[00:00:02]Drinking too much alcohol can cause you to ruin your liver. Now, your liver is your second biggest organ.

[00:00:15]Your liver is inside your skin under your right rib. In the last 6 months, you've poked underneath your rib. Learn to talk, Scott, at least 10 times to feel your liver. and it feels tender and it's got you nervous. Not only does it feel tender, you'll poke on it, you'll breathe out, breathe in, and it it pops out like a boomerang.

[00:00:39]That's not normal. And then there's days you can't feel it.

[00:00:46]Stop touching your liver. Stop looking at your eyes to see if they're yellow or red. Stop having a hundred heart rate in the morning because you're hung over.

[00:00:56]Okay, stop with the cracks down your tongue. Okay, one of my major signs of alcohol cerosis is your tongue health.

[00:01:05]And if you get liver disease and your enzymes go into the hundreds, there's a good chance your tongue might turn yellow.

[00:01:14]You think it's just your eyes, your whole body is going to turn yellow up outside upside of your mouth, inside your crotch. And usually before any of that happens, you are alarmed in the bathroom by by taking a doodoo and it's black slime and you call yourself a prisoner.

[00:01:35]You went out of your way to make a a conscious choice for 21 years to destroy your life. Instead of being blessed and having opportunities when there's pain or happiness, you didn't manage either one of those effectively. And now you've lost almost everything. But I'm here and I'm going to get you sober.
