[00:00:37]After some time, when I started looking for him, he is nowhere to be found. I tried asking people where he is, but nobody knows where he is. I don't know what to do. I'm calling on anyone who is willing to help me. Please help me find my son. Officials at Tsumkwe Clinic confirmed that Kau was transferred to Windhoek for medical attention, but never came back.

[00:01:02]There is currently no trace of him or any records to prove his whereabouts or whether he is dead or alive. The mother says she has received conflicting information about the whereabouts of her son. She says some people tell her he is alive and some inform her that her son has died.

[00:01:21]Carrying a dim smile, the evidently worried Nanny informs us that she is optimistic that her son will return home.

[00:01:29]Nanny is calling on anyone who has information on the whereabouts of her son to assist her in finding him.

[00:01:36]The NBC News reached out to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Social Services.

[00:01:42]Walter Kagmanja described the situation as unusual and said the Ministry has launched an immediate investigation to establish what transpired and the road traveled by Kau. He said the Ministry only learned of the matter after the NBC reached out for a comment on Tuesday.

He added that the health authorities engaged all relevant departments in the ministry.
