Leg Pain and Swelling 😩 This is the Answer

[00:00:00]If you have a family [music] history of blood clots, that's another risk factor.

[00:00:03]And there are some blood type abnormalities that [music] patients genetically are prone to have. And if they have that condition, they're at higher risk for blood clots, [music] too. Typically, patients will have relatively acute onset pain or swelling that occurs maybe after a long trip [music] or after a surgery. Patients come in with a couple days of pain or orthopedic surgeons [music] will send their patients in post-op with unexplained pain or swelling. We'll get them diagnosed whether [music] there's a blood clot or not with the ultrasound.
