Aduhan, Ekhor-Niduolu Communities Celebrate End Of Boundary Crisis

[00:00:00]A major step towards lasting peace was taken on Thursday as palace chiefs from Benin royal palace officially demarcated the boundary between Aduwa and Ehor mid-water communities in Owan local government area. The exercise was led by Chief Emovon Igbe-Mudia and witnessed by community leaders, elders, youth, and residents from both communities who gathered in large numbers to observe the historic process.

[00:00:41]Community leaders and residents expressed appreciation to the Oba of Benin, Oba Ewuare the second, for his intervention, describing the resolution as timely and historic after years of dispute.

[00:01:08]This moat has now stand as the boundary between Ehor mid-water and Aduwa. So, this side of it of this moat belongs to Ehor, while the other belongs to Aduwa. The palace has done the needful.
