CRYPTO PULLBACK SOON! When To BUY?🚨 (Be Ready!)Añadido:
Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome back to Solidx Crypto or welcome to the channel if you're new and welcome to your daily crypto market updates. We're going to do a full update on the current situation in the markets.
So, we'll talk about the fundamentals.
The fundamentals have changed slightly.
So, [snorts] we'll talk about them. We'll talk about what what the what the situation is right now. We'll talk about the technicals. We just had a bit of a move down.
But so far we're holding it relatively well. I mean, we did lose some levels earlier today.
And you can also see compared to the value area that we held yesterday, we've seen a bit of a shift down.
Generally a little bit a little bit bearish, but the structure for Bitcoin is still bullish. We're still in an uptrend. And whenever we are in an uptrend, we can always bounce back. So, we'll talk about that for Bitcoin.
We'll talk about some relevant levels for Ethereum and XRP. I think at the moment both Ethereum and XRP are kind of in in the middle of nowhere, right? They're they're on top of strong supports, but not necessarily supports where I would buy from in terms of, you know, a limit order. Maybe if we get some sort of a fake out below that and then a reclaim, I would buy that. But I'll I'll just explain what the relevant levels are to watch.
>> [cough and clears throat] >> Then we'll talk about altcoins.
At the moment there are a couple of altcoins that I think are quite interesting. So, [snorts] wanted to talk about that, which ones are really interesting, which ones I'd be careful with.
>> [snorts] >> And that's going to be the video. So, let's get right into it. Now, ultimately what I mean with the fundamentals is that the general fundamentals in the financial markets are not bad. I mean, the S&P 500 has been incredibly strong of course over the last 2 days.
Crazy, right?
If [snorts] you if if you have followed some of these major stocks such as AMD or memory stocks at the moment such as Micron or SanDisk, they've gone absolutely parabolic. Right? More parabolic than a meme coin I've seen in the last 2 years. Absolutely crazy.
So, so those fundamentals are still bullish. I I oil prices at the moment are also falling.
Um you would assume I just checked the news feeds, you would assume that we have gotten some good news. That doesn't seem to be the case, but okay.
And uh volatility index is also dropping down lower. So, the fundamentals are very strong in the general financial markets, but the fundamentals for crypto have weakened slightly. Um and how we can see that is the Coinbase Bitcoin discounts that we are in right now.
So, [snorts] that tells you that there's, you know, reduced demand or less demand coming in from the United States. That's generally seen as something that's a little bit bearish.
If you look at the funding rates, funding rates at the moment are positive. The last time we had positive funding rates was the last time we were not rallying yet, right? So, that was the 3rd, the 4th of May.
Um And outside of that, I mean, if if you look at the full situation, like the the the No, I actually want to see this first. So, you can see right here, I mean, ultimately we got a lot of we got a few shorts trapped here. And if you look at the footprint chart, it's not incredibly bearish.
Um but you can see right here that that we still, despite falling down quite significantly from those highs right here, um [snorts] the order book depth depth is still quite robust.
That's not a not an English word, I think. Um still quite strong, still quite high, right?
Um so, that shows that that buyers are not catching up yet, or at least that that we haven't found a strong base from which we can actually expect continued bullish momentum. Now, like I said, those are reasons why we would expect some sort of a temporary pullback, right?
Um structurally, Bitcoin is still very strong, right? We have some very strong support right here at 79,800 with the 7-day rolling VWAP, the trend, basically, and the 382 fib.
And below there, same thing.
Um I think we can even drop down all the way into 77,700.
And if from there we get a good reaction and hold the real area that we need to hold at 79,200, we're going to be fine. But the question is is okay, the question in my opinion is not are we going to remain bullish? I think the answer is yes, for now.
Um and that's the case for Bitcoin, but also it's also the case for altcoins, right? If you look at the total three chart right now, you can see that there are signs of a local top forming potentially. But ultimately, I would say that it is most likely that we will actually hold the breakout here and that we'll see a move into into higher levels potentially, most likely.
Depending on the fundamentals, but most likely for now.
So that's not the question. The question is is okay, are we going to push down lower from here?
Or can we get some sort of a strong reclaim? Right? So so can we reclaim, for example, at the moment, I would say critical level for Bitcoin would be 81,200. Can we reclaim that?
Okay, then we have stability and then from that stability, we can get a move up higher.
Right? So so are we going to see this right now? Right? As the next move? Or will we see a drop down lower into 79,800, into the 79,000's and find support there, consolidate and rally up higher?
And first of all, that is a difficult question to answer, but how it looks right now in terms of the value development and the fundamentals for crypto specifically, I would say it is slightly more likely we'll still see a bit of a pullback.
And then [snorts] like I said, the key levels to look are 79,800 and then 79,000, which is the What is it? The two-week two-week value area high.
Um and then from there I would expect support, consolidation, maybe a bit of a flush down.
Um but then a continuation up higher because my price target still remains as at the previous quarter value area high at 84,000. Now, talking about Ethereum and XRP real quick, um like I said, I kind of stuck in the middle. I mean, I I would I would focus for XRP at 1.43 for a potential breakout. Looks unlikely at the moment, but it's not impossible.
And 1.38 for a potential buy.
Otherwise, 1.33. 1.33 is I think a good candidate for limits longs on XRP. 1.38 is only interesting if if we do something on the lower time frames like this, right? So, those are relevant levels for XRP.
Relevant levels for Ethereum at the moment, I would say are like Ethereum same thing. Like obviously, we're slightly bearish because of the price action yesterday, but we're at support.
Is the support enough to to buy right now? No. Um I would look at this level right here at 2260 for Ethereum where we have swing lows, but also the previous month VWAP. So, those are my thoughts on the market in general and majors. Now, talking about altcoins briefly here.
Um [snorts] you can see that altcoins have gotten a little bit more correlated to Bitcoin. Ondo has been an altcoin that has been relatively strong.
Um but for Ondo, I kind of want to warn you uh because we're at a significant resistance level right here at 38 cents and 35 and 1/2 cents.
Um I would say it's unlikely Ondo's going to break above this structural level after all the momentum that we have seen given that the momentum is decreasing.
So, I'd be careful with that. Um I can say the same thing and I know a lot of you are interested in this for Zcash, right? Zcash spikes into the upside, be my guest. Likely. But really to get a breakout and rally up higher, I think it's unlikely. And then there's like structurally, there's a lot of interesting interesting coins. Like I mean, ICP is very interesting as long as we hold 2.95.
I think NEAR is very interesting still.
I think Filecoin actually has the potential to rally again. Virtuals has been incredibly strong. So, there's like there's there's definitely um plenty of coins at the moment that I think are interesting, but I do think if we expect a pullback for the market for Bitcoin, which I do, I would say it's better to wait for those coins. I mean, at the moment, not a lot of coins are outperforming um Bitcoin over the the of the last 6 hours. and from the ones that are really outperforming Bitcoin such as Zcash, although and World Liberty Financial, I think those for other reasons are not very very interesting.
So, am I still bullish? Certainly. However, I think short-term a bit of a pullback is more likely.
I'll keep you updated on the situation fundamentally and technically and also when it comes to altcoins. So, keep an eye on the channel for that. But for now, that's it. Thank you for watching everybody. Take care and bye.
