Successful business scaling requires a systematic approach combining team alignment, consistent routines, and continuous optimization. The key principles include: (1) establishing a shared mission and values among team members, (2) implementing synchronized daily routines including workouts, work blocks, and rest periods, (3) maintaining strict accountability through metrics and milestones, (4) creating isolated 'camp' environments to eliminate distractions, and (5) celebrating achievements while maintaining focus on long-term goals. This disciplined approach enables teams to compound results over time, with meaningful outcomes typically appearing after 6 months, significant progress after 1 year, and substantial transformation after 2-4 years of consistent execution.

Our New Office in the Caucasus MountainsAdded:
For this one, we got to use those axe from our beautiful business partners shop.
Welcome to FP Mansion. our new base in the Caucuses Mountains, not too far from where the whole fun patch story even began. But let's not talk about the past. Let's talk about this year's goal.
$30 million. Big big number. We specifically got this place to achieve that. Optimize our whole routine. This may look luxury, but this to us is a prison. We are not leaving until we get this target.
>> And that's exactly what today's video will be about. We're not going to show you a luxury tour going room by room.
We'll show you the lifestyle, the workouts, the routine that's getting us all these results every single year. And you will see everything in life, how a real brand is heading towards nine figures. So, let's get into it.
>> No time to waste.
>> It's Friday. The whole body is high.
whole body.
We're going to finish up the week. Let's go some sprints.
>> Everyone's ready. Let's go.
>> Boys, see Fridays. This is the final push.
Look at the sprint workout we have outside our house. It's around 100 m if you start all the way down. And it's very steep and we just have to do it.
Push it and it kills you.
Guys, we're living a mountain, isn't it?
>> So lad, the workout is we start slow. We do seven sprints.
First one warm up. Second one faster.
Third one even faster. Four, five, we race.
Six is like your final push and seven is a warm down. Trust me, sprints tie you out insane.
>> I have to go a bit light. I have to go a bit easy to make sure everyone's ego is intact. If I go too fast, people get jealous. So, we're going to keep it slow.
All right. Ready?
3 2 1 go.
Caucus Mountains, lads. Get your team out, get a house, and lock the [ __ ] in.
Every night I sleep, and I'm pissed off that in the morning I have a workout. I hate it every night.
>> Look at him.
>> But once you do it, he's lost. Look, he's white. There's a lot of vomit. You can't hack him.
>> Morning routine complete. No phones, no technology, nothing for the first two hours of the day. Keep your brain stable. Keep the dopamine low, good level so that when you do decide to work, it's easy. It's easy. This is the hard part.
I know.
What are you doing?
>> 9 to 12 is silent work.
Like yeah which you get but not the cash just on the making >> where if somebody has W in their wrist and they put the stop doing the big arch punching we can actually track their real heart rate calories burnt activity rate and it could sink very very well.
This operation, this small operations does cut the cost.
>> Guys, update us properly. What's happening?
>> We cut down the the weight of our product, the actual weight. Now we cut down the size of the product cuz that will save us. We already saved a lot of money cutting down the weight. Now we're going to save another $200,000 just by cutting down the size.
>> Long story short, if we reduce our packaging by 2 cm, we can save over $200,000 this year. And now the job is literally just to get a new sample of the packaging for our primary product.
Bye-bye.
>> You look you look disappointed, mate.
What happened?
>> They're running business in the morning.
Got a call. Somebody in social media team is resigning because of family.
It's a family time problem. They're not spending enough time with their family and what can we do? Of course, we understand. She actually told us uh 3 weeks in advance. She's going to continue working for another 3 weeks.
So, thanks for that. And I wish her and her family all the best. She's going to have to hire someone else on board and train. And I always think when people leave, it's uh growth for the brand cuz we're going to find someone better.
But yeah, these are the news. This is how it happens. Just you're doing your work. You get message, you get a call and your brand changes for a bit and you have to fix the problem.
Lunch is ready, guys. We are super efficient. We have everything on time table. Everything pre-made. Cleaning all done for us. Cooking all done for us.
Look at this protein. I think it's three eggs, omelette, chicken breast, black piece of bread, avocado, some butter.
Nice and simple. Let's wait for the lads to come in. We're going to wait for them.
Nautimus, the lord of the seven seas, mate. That's what your GPT calls you, doesn't it? Tell us. Tell us what's your day going like >> what's your Friday saying?
>> So, there's been I'll talk about the whole week. What's happened this week?
There's been a lot of changes. First of all, we revamped the whole website.
Completely custom AI 2 three days.
Agencies got smoked. What would have cost me 25 $30,000 has been done in two three days with just myself and my genius brain. Second thing is I'm hiring some product developers. We need more products. One thing we've realized more products, more products, more products. And I'm not hiring one product developer. I'm hiring two. Cuz I thought the whole training and on boarding process, it's a long thing. It takes a lot of time. If I do two people at the same time, it's just much faster, much more efficient. So yeah, we're just we're just pushing the pedal down and going full force with products.
>> Hey Timothy, >> how was your Friday in the fun punch mansion mate?
>> Friday in the FP >> clothed this week recently has been clawed. A lot of clothes. It's taken over like all the thoughts now is just like need to optimize cloud. I need to make it faster.
>> I need to do everything like I'm remaking all everything we work with with claude now. like just improving it, remaking it.
>> To be honest, we've caught him at 3:00 a.m. one time behind the PC playing Claude.
>> Sometimes you don't sleep because of it.
>> Yeah. Is it safe to say you're abusing Claude now?
>> Claude's abusing me.
>> It's a Friday. Busy Friday.
So, we're preparing for the World Cup collection. It's quite a big event for us. We're actually trying this new product collection, launch, marketing, creators, putting on the website, and yeah, hiring new people. I was just hiring a content manager. She's going to be working full-time doing some more content shoots in the house cuz we realize that how important visual content is, and it's important to have it come in every single month. So, consistent visuals update. And then let's let's show you a quick winner we had yesterday. We launched uh the new USA edition. Launched some ads in first day. It was on very little spend around $200. 3.8 rowers and honestly quite happy the ads were made with claude and some prompting with Higs film. I made them in like a day, day and a half and they're producing results straight away.
So I think for fun punch the next big step is to make sure we keep dropping these custom hbacks. So I run ads for this product right here. It was a US edition. And you can see that customers in our final, they're happy. They're buying 3.8 roll. That's first today. Uh we're going to start seeing how it performs over the weekend.
So yeah, man. Busy day. Busy day. Every day a lot of things can change. A lot of things can change. Some people leave.
Some people want to join, losing money, random expenses, product issues. Like we're always at war. So that's how the Friday is going. Whoa.
>> Salam guys.
We got new delivery and one of them is from our beautiful business partner Shopify.
For >> this one, we're going to use those axe, >> guys.
Some samples of the World Cup campaign that's launching next few weeks. Look at that. Dentland premium. Look at the springs.
Yeah, guys, the new hero product is here.
>> This is what we're excited for. Big fun punch prototype.
Guys, this was prototype V1.
Look at that. It came with many small suction cups and then we attached three Rangeback suction cups and we realized that it sticks pretty well. Correct. But then we didn't like this bulky [ __ ] So, we designed this. We call nice and flat is quick to set up.
testing products live.
But I was just waiting for this one to see if it happened. If it happened, factories allow us to make an iteration.
It's fine. This is normal products. This is like our fifth iteration of this product and there's still problems. We need a sixth one. Why did they come out?
I can get it.
This is fun punch for real.
What do we do in this office with all our products? Basically, >> we punch for hours and hours and hours until we break it. Then we see what's broken and we tell the factory we have to fix this. This one though, it seems quite unbreakable. There's only one problem.
>> This part we might need to fix. as well.
But I think the iteration on the base and the spring and the suction cups is quite of a success. What do you think?
>> Yeah, definitely. This is what I mean when I say saving shipping costs. Look at the size difference between this and that.
Look at this. This just looks old.
>> Yeah. And one thing we do when we're designing products in Fun Punch, we're not proper proper boxing brand. We don't try and get this super fast rebounds like this. We are Fun Punch broad.
Everyone can use it. Kids can use it.
Adults can use it. Teenagers can use it.
Grandparents can use it.
>> It's very simple fun punch. It's in the name. It's for everyone to be used.
>> And this this is the reason we actually used to want to be a boxing brand. We used to want this until we realized how small the tongue is. So we switched off our whole like identity, our whole branding to be broadened for everyone so that everyone can use it. And we have this fun punch app coming very soon.
It's going to teach everyone how to train and how to actually use the products adding the digital experience increasing the perceived value returning customer LTV. Adding an app is going to be a big big game changer to the road.
Guys, so the day is nearly done. 7:30 p.m. Friday. We're working 12hour days.
Nothing can stop us. But sometimes we got to celebrate as like you saw. We got a package. And if you zoom in down there, why is there only two plaques when we've done more than 120,000 orders so far with Farm Punch? All right. Got a little note here. Let's read it. Says Farm Punch 100,000.
100,000.
That's how many lifetime orders your store has shipped. This is a major milestone in your entrepreneurial journey. one likely filled with thousands of twists and turns along the way. But right now, it's time to celebrate. We are honored to be a part of your journey and want to recognize your progress, incredible achievement with a custom Shopify milestone. Shine it, share it, but most of all, soak it.
You deserve this. Entrepreneurs like you are building the future and changing the global commerce game for the better. We imagine you're probably on to your next move. Your passion for action is clear.
So, as you work towards shipping 1 million orders, know that Shopify is here to support at each and every stage.
Make no small plans. Shout out Harley.
We love Shopify. I think guys, you've helped us grow a lot and we're going to receive that 1 million order plaque >> very, very soon. We promise.
>> To be fair, with Shopify, we've never had any problems. None. Never had our store taken down. Meta ads have never been down. A very clean, very good businessman.
>> Oo, >> this one has aura. This one is different color.
>> Last one. I think we're >> So this is guys what success looks like apparently in the modern day. Let me tell you something. Having these three plaques just makes me realize that there's no competition in this world cuz we sell punching bags and we're building a global brand selling such a unique product that people first took on serious and we're about to hit multiple eight figures this year, nine figures next year.
So use this as motivation. It's all about your creativity, your teamwork, your dedication, your routine. how you and your team work together, your goals, and yeah, if you believe in your mission being big enough, you'll scale it to any numbers. If you told me 3 years ago, you'd be holding this. That 3 years ago, kid would have been gassed. He would have been super super happy. But still, this feels tiny. We need 1 million. This is baby numbers. Baby, I think maybe not this Q4. Next Q4, we'll hit the one. I think in terms of units, we've sold like 400,000 units overall since the start.
Orders a bit less.
>> Yeah, because you get big orders, double, triple orders. But this is when it was hit. Everyone saw December 15th, 2025.
Look at that. Amazing.
>> And finally, look when 10,000 orders was hit. November 3rd, 2025. Just one month after we got 100,000 orders. And look at this one.
>> Yeah, >> we had we had three companies. We had a UK company, we had a Hong Kong company, and both of them were bad, which means we had to switch Shopify as many times.
Now we have the US, the proper setup.
>> Yeah, cool.
>> The gold one is missing. See, you just won more and more no matter what how much you achieve. But we're happy. And now the goal to 30 million is 1% closer, lads. Now we're in our garden. As you can see, this is how we end our day. You know, this whole house is built for max efficiency. Just like we said at the start of the vlog, and this nice garden is to reset. We learned a lot of mistakes in the last 3 years. And now the mountain lifestyle is the most suiting. We're not holy. We still go out here and there, but usually on Fridays, we just make some meat, you know, talk some value, reflect, keep the dopamine levels low.
>> Yeah. As as you saw downstairs, we got that 100,000 Shopify plaque just now.
Instead of going out, the boys are having a barbecue. Nice little evening.
>> Four ribe eyes marinate for 2 days. Nice olive oil, pepper. First thing we done when we got this house was buy this nice grilling machine. Burgoff grilling machine, guys. So, this lifestyle, it looks very nice on camera. We live in a nice fourfloor mansion, but bro, we went through a lot. Went through a lot of making six figures, spending it all on a penthouse, living together, living separate, living with girls. And yeah, we want to share some value on how you can build the same routine that we have.
So yeah, it took 3 years to get to this efficient routine. A lot of lessons learned, I guess. How can they replicate this with their friends? Number one, I would say guys, you need to find real partners, real friends who actually align with your mission, who have the same values as you, and that you enjoy spending time with. Cuz living together isn't easy. So you got to make sure you're living with people and working with people that you can see every single day for 12 to 16 hours. You feel fine going to party. You have the same goals, same missions for the next 5 to 10 years. And second thing I'd say is set the routine with this team. All three or four of you, however many people you are, have to come. You have to align. You have to say we are going to wake up at 7:00 a.m. We're going to do a workout 7:30. We're gonna eat 2 pm.
We're gonna Everyone has to have that exact same routine like an army. That's how even armies are built. It's men together that go in the same routine.
And clearly it works. And guys, every big business, every uh successful football team, all the champions, they're all a team, group of men and deeper. They all follow the same training routine, same calendar, they eat together, train together. Correct?
So why you and your friends wake up random times? One of them lives with his girlfriend, works from there. No, if you want to take things serious, you have to go on a real camp like we do. You have to pick two months, three months where you go move in together, get an Airbnb, leave all the distractions, leave your city, and just lock in. I'm not saying you have to do what we done where we left everything behind. You can live in London, then go up Wales for 2 months, get an Airbnb, lock in, come back for a month, and keep doing the same thing.
And I really, really recommend do the routine together. Sleep, wake up, set up, and work. Yeah. And the longer you do this, the more it compounds. And that's the hardest part. It's how long can you last? If you last just 3 months, nothing much's going to happen. 6 months, you might see some results. 1 year, you'll see something. two years, three years, four years, that's when it starts becoming ridiculous. You have to stay locked in for as long as possible with that same team, with that same mission. And I'll tell you something, guys, about the pool. We have scorecards, metrics to track, and our metrics are down. So, we're not allowed the swimming pool. As soon as the metrics go green, that's when the pool is allowed.
>> It was his joke behind the camera. But next week, we'll fill up the pool, get some girls in it, and celebrate the Friday the right way. does this [ __ ] dopamine detoxing. So, like we said, we do have a strict routine, but at the same time, we also go out and party together, spend, have fun together, get that social battery recharged, and then come back in and lock it. So, that's how you can build it with your team, guys.
First thing, start by partnering with one at least one more guy. Get the business idea. Second thing, save up some money. Third thing, go in, rent an Airbnb. You can start easy, right? Two months first, one month first, even two weeks, and then ease into it until it becomes your lifestyle and becomes how you work. Cuz remember, every great artist before they write an album, they do the same thing. They go on a camp, they go to a specific mansion and calabases, they lock themselves in a studio with their engineer that they wrote all the hits with, and they just get into that repetitive creating mode.
creating. And we say this because we lived through it. When we first started the business, we done a two-month camp in the Guda Woody Mountains where we were completely isolated away from everyone. And that's how we started this. We realized, wow, this camp actually worked. After that camp, we went on to camp number two, which was Thailand for 2 months, which was a bit a bit crazy.
>> It was a camp.
>> Uh after Thailand, we had a penthouse >> and we stayed for 3 months. It was a decent camp, but still living in a penthouse when you don't have million dollars at least saved up is a distraction cuz you live in this nice place and it just feels wrong to lock in. It feels right to just go party. So learn from us. Never ever betrayed the routine. And if you want an indepth like story, you can go to our video how we scaled an 8 figure brand. It's linked below or it'll pop up on the screen. And we'll continue our goal to 30 m. I think right now we are in max level camp mode.
This is the maximum you can get. There's you can't get more efficient than this.
We literally spend maybe 30 minutes of the day doing something except working.
So if you want to get to the final level, this is what you do. And guys, thank you for tuning in. This was the Caucuses mansion vlog. And next video is going to be huge. World Cup is coming up. There's a lot to lose. There's a lot to win and yeah, and we're going to get every single day closer to the mission of scaling Farm Punch to 30 million this year. Tune back in in next episode and we'll see you there. Let's eat.
I think it's ready, boys. What do you think?
