Zebec (ZBCN): Buybacks, Burns, and the SuperApp That Could Change Everything!

[00:00:32]Not bad. Uh let's see. Let's go for the week. Sebec is down about 5%. For the month it is down 22%.

[00:00:44]And let's see for the year it is down about 32%.

[00:00:50]Now let's see. Yeah, I think overall, let me take a look at the overall it is down okay about 16%. So, one of the things we can say about the bag is still got a long ways to grow and a long ways to go, but we've had a ton of positive news as of late with the coin itself. And so, let's just go ahead and start looking a little bit. gonna talk about a few things and maybe add in one thing that we may have a question about, but we're not going to do anything unusual. You know what I mean? Nothing outrageous.

[00:01:26]Let's first of all go into the crypto markets right now. Let me refresh.

[00:01:30]Haven't done this in a second. So, yes.

[00:01:32]Now, here we go. So, the market cap right now is at 2.19 trillion. Fear and greed is at 34. Bitcoin is trying to approach um let's see, but right now it is still at 63,000.

[00:01:46]Uh let's see, Ethereum is at 1,800. So things are, you know, pretty pretty decent at the moment. Let's go ahead and look a little bit. Uh let's see. Let's go to the Bitcoin dominance. Might as well jump in. And now here we go.

[00:02:01]Bitcoin dominance is going to be at 58.6%.

[00:02:06]Ethereum at 10.2% 2% and the others are at 31.3%.

[00:02:10]Uh overall things appear to be going pretty decent and you know hopefully we can get some stability in a lot of areas that will keep the markets up. You know what I mean? So and and helping to go forward. Now first of all do not forget Zbec still got all the great things that we had talked about changing the way money moves etc. uh annual payroll volume, the 250 plus enterprise clients, and right here, this should say like uh a thousand uh not a thousand, but 100K plus monthly users on and off chain. And right here, we got 18 plus chains and 150 plus tokens uh integrated. So do not forget we also have our guys Algarand, Mastercard, Code of Pay, Deutsche Bank, Circle, Uphold, Institution, Assured, uh, Solstice, uh, what's this? Tokeniz uh, I can't, it's a little small for me, but I think it says G BP and Stellar. We got Salana, Algarand, etc. So things looking pretty dog on good at the moment. So, just saying still got a lot of partners. Moving a little bit, talking about the Zbeck uh cards as far as these are the cards you can spend anytime, anywhere.

[00:03:28]And don't forget, you got your silver, you got your carbon, and you got your black, etc. Don't forget that that is still available at any time as far as uh you're able to get your hands on these guys. So, with the silver, you can spend $1,000 per card and $10,000 a day. With the carbon, you can spend up to $10,000 per day. And with the black, there is no spending limit. So, just a heads up on that. Moving forward a little bit, don't forget the fact that Zbec offers your realtime payroll getting paid by the second. So, this continuous pay is very encouraging for a lot of companies and for a lot of employees. So, and I'm looking right here. I'm seeing the um what's this on mobile? So, that's beautiful. Now, right here, uh I'm just looking at this random picture. I just wanted to do the shout out because what this says forever uh this is David Garcia. Uh and let me click this. This looked like a really beautiful picture of uh Zbec Global. So, uh beautiful building. Just had to point that out.

[00:04:40]and you know it looks like it's got a lot of of views or whatnot. So very very very nice looking building. Um I'm sure the work is going well over there and and and hopefully God willing things are nice and humming. You know what I mean?

[00:04:53]So let's go a little bit further and this is going to be information about uh explore Zbec uh super apps mobile features. A lot of us are excited about the super app finally coming to mobile and that has been great. I know I I was like the 31st person to download. So, um so it's really amazing when it came out.

[00:05:16]Um don't forget this is where you can download on Apple uh app and that you can download on Google Play. And so let's see what else we got here. Yeah, pretty much um a little bit of everything going on. What is this? Ah, I guess it's just a Friday meme. It's always good. Maybe they got some back, too. You never know. All right, let's go ahead and look. Um, I'm not going to be able to say I know everything about uh some of the research is going on, [snorts] but there are some concerns about some buybacks and burns. And so, let me very quickly, this is from uh ZBCN Legend. So, let me just quickly go in here. Um it's saying uh grand rising all there is still misinformation going around regarding buybacks, burns, etc. Uh please stop following nonsense blindly and do your own research. This is straight from the source. So we're going right into the source which is talking about the buyback report.

[00:06:23]Um so there's a nice little report in here on buybacks. I'm not going to be able to read all of that information. I think the issue is, and of course, let me mess up my own face here a little bit. My bad, guys.

[00:06:42]And I'm going to go into the find.

[00:06:49]Yeah, find.

[00:06:51]I think the issue is the word burn here.

[00:06:55]And I I don't know if you can see it on my screen, but the word burn is not in this particular uh let's see, wait a minute, it is now buyback and burn initiative introduced included periodic burns as part of the network's early uh tokconomic strategy.

[00:07:18]uh this is the issue and I don't know whether this has been resolved but it's saying in early 2024 uh the the Zbec uh DA approved the zip 4 governance proposal evolving the network's tokconomics by pausing the token burn mechanism while continuing recurring buybacks. The proposal also enable a greater share of treasury resources to uh support um product development, strategic uh acquisitions, uh ecosystem expansion, and long-term network growth. So, what I'm saying is there's uh been some kind of um how can I say there's a concern by certain groups or certain investors about the buyback burns etc. of the fact that they were paused and this and that and the other, I don't really want to have a dog in a fight because I'm not really sure about exactly what's going on. So, I think instead of me like, you know, trying to jump into this and say I know what I'm talking about, I think the best thing for me to do is to just kind of give you a little bit information.

[00:08:25]And you, as the guy said, do your own research. And right here, the buyback program, this is another part of that, I think.

[00:08:33]Yeah, this is the same part I had here.

[00:08:35]So, let me keep it moving a little bit and go to the next thing. This was a tokconomics part.

[00:08:43]And I don't think the word burn was in here at all. Uh, but the thing is we're we're dealing with buybacks, but okay, here we go.

[00:08:54]This is where it says token buybacks and burns. But right here, if you read the entire information, it doesn't say anything about a burn, even though it talks about a buyback. I'm not going to go into that in detail, but you can get this from the site yourself.

[00:09:08]This is at the tokconomics part right here. You should be able to see this on your screen when you go into the Zubc network site if you want to do a little bit of research on your own. But guys, um to be honest with you, I'm not going to harp on these things too much because I think the bottom line is we want to be very cautious. Um [clears throat] and let me go back to what's going on. Um, where the heck are we? All right. So, with Zbec doing so well uh and so many great things happening, we don't want to all of a sudden um have an issue where we're so concerned about the uh buybacks, etc. until we're not using common sense. Let me see if I can get back to where we are. Move around a little bit. Sorry, guys. Here we go. I'm going to go back to the Zbec screen.

Uh, but we want to be very cautious because there's been a lot of positive news about Zbec and I think there's some issues that uh certain people have about the buybacks and about the um uh how can I say uh the burns. I don't I'm not really going to say I'm an expert on it, but I know that from the research I've done, it appears that the burns have been maybe just delayed. I'm not sure but the burns are still going to be in effect from all the research I've done mathematically from my calculations this should not affect uh inflation at all or you know Zbec should still be deflationary. So from what I can see you know we don't have an issue that's going to occur in a negative way because of this. So but like I said do your own research. Um, it's a little bit sloppy for me to um, bring this to your attention because of the fact that I don't feel that I want to say anything without having done all of the research.

[00:11:08]There are people that are that feel like they've done a certain amount of research, but even those people that have done a ton of research are still questioning and they're not fully sure about what they're saying. So I think the best thing for us to do as um a full disclosure I am a spec holder but I think the best thing for us to do as investors is to make absolutely 100% sure and of course if we have questions we have to bring those questions to the table but we want to make absolutely sure at the end of the day that things go well. Um, like I said, from what I can see, I don't see anything that's causing me issues, but if I do, I'll definitely mention that. For right now, Sebec is one of the most positive um dynamic uh coins that we have on the market. And I think the main thing is making absolutely sure that the tokconomics is matching the network and the business itself. The network and the business itself is growing very well and doing very well. And that's one of the things I want to be concerned about as well is that when these networks and these business start growing and expanding, one of the concerns that I do have is that will the tokconomics match the growth of the business? Is the growth of the business also going on with the tokconomics? So I believe that's going to be answered, you know, sometime soon.

[00:12:37]Mainly we need to get out of this uh situation with the bare market. nobody can get us out of it. Uh it's just a matter of time. I do believe things are going to turn around, but at the same time, um a lot of those answers will be answered in time. And in my opinion, once the bull comes back around, Zbec will be riding that bull very well. Guys, have a good one.
