[00:00:04]So students in this video we will discuss what type of screens you are having in GST because as many of you have commented about this GST. So in this video what are the screens you are having and what are the things you need to draw in the answers for what questions you need to draw the screens whether you can skip screens or not everything in detail we will discuss in this video. Don't skip the video, take a book and pen and whatever the screens I'm showing in this video just draw along with me. Okay? That will be helpful to you all to understand it.

[00:00:39]Okay? So let's get into the video ma. So as you have already known the damn sure questions so you can follow our damn sure questions. That questions only will come in the examination question paper.

[00:00:51]You don't need to learn any extra questions. GST is a damn easy subject.

[00:00:56]Within one day you can can finish your preparation and you can see your can score A+ or O grade in the subject if you are prepared very well with sincere. Okay? So let's get into the video. I will show the screens you need to draw it. Okay?

[00:01:13]In second unit students in second unit and in unit number four, second unit and unit number four you need to draw the screens. Okay? So this screens as you have already known it was already there in your tally that is computerized accounting you have already learned gateway of tally screen. Same that screen only you need to draw here ma.

[00:01:38]What is the in gateway of tally you will have masters, transactions, utilities and reports. In masters you will find accounting info and inventory info. Here accounting vouchers and inventory vouchers. In utilities import data and banking. In reports balance sheet, profit and loss account, stock and summary, ratio analysis, display and quit. Each screen this is screen any question you can draw. Whether it is a unit number one question you can draw, whether it is a unit number two, whether is a unit number five.

[00:02:13]This screen you can draw it for any question in GST. Okay? Gateway of Tally screen is must and should in your paper in your answer booklet whatever the question whatever the screens I'm showing in this video approximately six to seven screens you are having. That screens you need to remember ma. So this is the first screen. Second screen is Gateway of Tally inventory info screen.

[00:02:41]Okay here you will have inventory info no? This is screen you need to draw it okay? This is also pakka screen for every question in unit number two and unit number four. If you are attempting any question in unit number two and unit number four you can draw this screen both the screens because this screens will be valid for unit two and unit four questions. Okay? Here you are having Gateway of Tally inventory info. In inventory info you will have stock groups, stock items, unit of measure, voucher types, copy allocation details, quit. Already I have reduced the screens information to understand in an easy way. Again you please don't skip the screens ma. As it is whatever the screens I'm showing as it is prepared like that only. So this is the second screen you can draw it in unit number two and unit number four or any unit.

[00:03:39]Next third screen is This is the third screen ma. Here in inventory info whatever the things if you are clicking on stock group here you have in inventory info you will have stock groups and stock items. Just now we have seen second profile menu, second screen. Like that, if you click on stock groups or if you click on stock items, you will get this type of screen. What type of screen? In stock groups, you will have single stock groups. In single stock stock group, you will have create, alter, display. In multiple, you will have create, alter, display. Same like stock items also. Single stock item, create, alter, display. Multiple stock item, alter, display, quit. So, this screen is also default. You can draw it for any question in GST. After this, if you are clicking in inventory info, units of measure. If you are clicking on units of measure, just now we have seen no more here.

[00:04:37]If you are clicking on units of measure, you will follow another screen. What does this screen means? This is screen.

[00:04:44]This is the fourth screen in GST. Okay?

[00:04:47]So, this is the fourth screen. If you click on unit of measure, you will get units. In units, you will have create, display, alter, quit. That's it. Okay?

[00:04:56]So, these screens already you have learned in fifth semester. So, again I'm showing whatever the required screens is enough for GST, that screens only I'm showing in this video. Okay? So, this is the fourth screen. And the fifth screen is very, very, very much important. And without this screens in your booklet, you can't pass GST subject. Okay? What does it screen means? Statutory and taxation.

[00:05:25]So, this is place a key role in GST subject, ma. This is screen as it is, you need to remember in your mind. Okay?

[00:05:35]This is screen any question, whether it is a short question, whether it is a long question, whether it is from unit number one, unit number five, unit number four, three, two, any question, you can draw this screen. Okay? Without this screen, you can't able to pass GST subject. That much is important. Okay, we are learning about GST in this semester. How you need to activate GST in Tally? Without this screens, how you will activate? To activate GST, you need to draw this screen. Okay? So, that is statutory and taxation. Here, enable GST you need to keep yes.

[00:06:17]Set alter GST you need to keep yes. In default, it will become no. To enable GST, if you want to tax if you want to tax calculate a taxable GST to a good or a service, you need to enable your GST Tally, right? For example, you are going to Dmart to buy a chocolate. Okay?

[00:06:38]So, if you are buying a 10 rupees chocolate or 20 rupees chocolate, you will pay GST because D- Dmart is having a interstate transaction because it is having trans- like branches, no? You will pay CGST, IGST, SGST. These all taxes you will pay. In explanation video, anyway, I will explain. But, I'm sincere saying that this screen is very much important, okay? And enable VAT, value added tax, no. Set alter value added tax, no.

[00:07:10]Enable service tax, no. Set alter service tax, no. Enable TDS, no. Set alter tax TDS, no. Enable TCS, no. Set alter TCS, no. Except these two, all remaining all is no. Here, you will have tax info, PAN either or ID number, CIN number. So, this screen is very much important. This is the fifth screen in your [snorts] GST subject, okay? Now, we will go to the sixth screen, now.

[00:07:39]This is also a pakka pakka screen in GST. That is GST details, okay? So, how you need to GST details, how you need to give details in your GST after activating GST in Tally means you need to give the details in the screen. State Telangana only you need to write in your final exam. Registration type always regular. SSC of the other territory, no.

[00:08:09]Actually, SSC of the territory is no, okay? GST applicable from 1st April 2022. You can change the name also because financial year starting from 1st April only, no? And the GSTIN number here I have written. So, you just check out and you make a change of it. GSTIN number you need to write in the examination. It is a 12-digits number including numbers plus alphabets. Better you remember this GST number, ma, because you can write it any number, but it should be have character and numbers and it is should have uh like 12 digits, okay? So, better to remember this GSTIN number. E-way or bill applicable, no? Threshold limit always 50,000 you need to remember.

[00:08:56]And uh set all the GST, yes. Enable GST, no. You can here also you need to keep yes, ma. Provide LUT, no. So, this is the screen of GST details, compulsory screen. This is the sixth screen in your GST. And the last screen in your GST is GST tax details.

[00:09:16]Okay? Tax rate details is the last screen in your GST. And this is screen is enough for whole CST subject, okay?

[00:09:26]Okay, in tax rate what if you are giving 18% of the tax, okay? 18% IGST is there, okay? If it is 18% IGST, state government will receive 9% central government receive 9%. Okay, integrated tax will be 18. This nine, this nine will be absolutely they will only calculate entirely. Cess always 0%.

[00:09:48]Okay, here description whether it is a ice cream, whether it is a Dmart, whether it is a oil, whether it is a shampoo, whether it is something else, you can write it. Okay, HSN or SAC. That is this number. Okay, so you need to remember this screen as usual. Okay?
