Make sure you're getting enough sleep.
Is number one. Sleep is probably the most important thing. I know there's going to be people that are going to say, well, I'm a chronic insomniac. I've tried everything. Nothing works. But, if you can't sleep, make sure you're practicing good sleep hygiene. Do not lay in bed and scroll on your phone for 2 hours before you try to go to sleep.
>> You're just asking for it.
>> Yeah, don't drink a whole bunch of liquids before you go to sleep. Don't don't eat a whole bunch of food before you go to sleep. Make try to sleep close to the same time every night and wake up the same time every morning. Don't do a ton of exercise right before you go to sleep. But, that leads me to the second thing. I think exercise is probably the second most important thing. You should try to do it earlier in the day, so it doesn't affect your sleep. But, that blood flow is super important.
