[00:00:11]Good late morning and welcome back to the show. James Rule XRP. I tell you what, last night I stayed up late. I brought a friend of mine to a concert. We went and saw Aaron Watson and I tell you what, it was a wonderful concert. He is a country singer. Uh they mix rock and roll, they have fiddles, they have banjos. I mean, it was a really great show and the reason I bring this up is because my friend and I were were standing in there by the stage and and right beside us was another couple and I introduced myself.

[00:00:42]I shook the guy's hand and and I come to find out he's one of the road managers with some major country singers that are always on the road traveling with them and stuff and I gave him my business card and it had James Rule XRP on it and he goes, "Wait a minute, you're invested in XRP?" I said, "Absolutely." And he's like, "You know what? My wife and I have been invested in it. It's going to change the world. It's going to change the future of banking." And we got to talking and come to find out all of the major country stars here in the past 6 months to a year that he's been promoting and riding with and stuff, he's mentioned XRP to them. So, when you least expect it, you never know who you're going to run into. I mean, it's such a small world and it's just so amazing just a have a conversation with a complete stranger that has ties to these major country stars and has put the bug in their ear about crypto and XRP and all the above and it's just it it's really exciting. But yeah, Aaron Watson putting on a really great show. You know, everybody I talked to about XRP throughout the years, everybody that it bought it higher, and right now they're looking at me funny, like a deer in the headlights, going, "Well, James, I spent two or three dollars on XRP, and I'm in the negative right now." Well, people, you have to be patient. You have to be patient. You have to be patient.

[00:05:36]US Senate Committee to consider Clarity Act crypto bill next week.

[00:05:41]And [snorts] this kind of goes over, and it says, "At its core, the Clarity Act is an attempt to replace what critics have called regulation by enforcement, Gary Gensler, with an actual rule book. Instead of the SEC suing projects after the fact and letting courts sort out the definitions, the bill would establish those definitions up front. Stablecoin regulation is also on the table. Banks have been pushing to ban stablecoin rewards, arguing that yield-bearing stablecoins undermine traditional deposit bases. Crypto firms, predictably, see the differently framing stablecoin yields as a form of financial innovation that shouldn't be strangled in the crib.

[00:06:24]The bill has attracted bipartisan backing, with Senator Cynthia Lummis and Tom Tillis among its most most vocal supporters. Both have been advocating for the legislation since late April 2026, working to build the coalition needed to push it through committee. And I'm sorry, I'm a little tongue-twisted this morning. It also brings up Brad Garlinghouse.

SEC Chair Paul Atkins pushes for tailored crypto rules for on-chain markets. SEC Chair Paul Atkins said the agency is working towards tailored regulations for on-chain financial markets and blockchain-based trading systems. He outlined potential rule-making around crypto exchanges, broker-dealer classifications, clearing systems, and on-chain yield products. Atkins reemphasized his support for the Clarity bill, people.

So, my goal is the the next time that I see him at the next event, I want to be lean and mean and fit and he's going to help me get there. So, you know, it's all about the people. It's all about the positivity. It's all about looking past the trees, knowing that you are making the right decisions, meeting the best people around the world. You know, some of my best friends I have not even met in person yet. I talk on the phone all the time. I mentioned this in Las Vegas, but you know what? The ones that I finally get to meet, build a relationship with, learn about family, learn about, you know, our futures and our goals and our ambitions and our bucket list, it makes it all worthwhile.
