This analysis accurately diagnoses our collective intellectual decay, where the speed of information has effectively outpaced our capacity for reason. It serves as a necessary, if uncomfortable, mirror for a society that has traded deep skepticism for instant, unverified validation.

The Problem With How We Think Today | Professor Jiang AnalysisAñadido:
Good morning everyone. Welcome to what will be Tuesday's join the dots recorded on Monday morning. All right, so silver's open just slightly up from the Friday close at about 8040.
So only sense in it. Um but as you know we're on a journey so we don't care what it does, do we? I'm going to start today's show on something that is so vital and I think most of you really understand this. It's called critical thinking. Now, I've talked about it many times, but I haven't actually sort of given you the full explanation of what it means and what its implications are.
And I found a great piece. It said, and this is link number one, so you'll find it in the description. So, go down and have a look, please. Please. It's called Why Critical Thinking is Disappearing.
One, passive acceptance of everything.
No more so than say a virus or vaccines or America's horrible uh Trump's a Uh China is wonderful and rising.
Passive acceptance of everything you're told. Number two, no longer question anything. You don't want to question anything. You just want to accept it. So you no longer question things. Even though they might sound a bit odd, you just Okay. Number three. The world is so loud, fast, and saturated with information. And that's social media, isn't it? Because before social media, we had the BBC 9:00 news. That was it.
Oh, no. News at 10 just afterwards. That was it in the UK. Now, how much news can you take in? How much news is there? But how much of it is true? And how much of it do you actually apply critical thinking to to assess whether or not it's true?
Number four, the human mind has been dulled. Yes, it has. Number and what happens when AI comes? If you think the human mind is dullled now, what about when AI comes?
Number five, what happens when critical thinking vanishes to be left with? And these are four things that you're left with if critical thinking disappears.
instant reactions. No more so than in discussions with people where people just rise and slam down the hardest they can instantly. Number two, surface level opinions. Yes, no depth, no inquiry, no challenging, just surface level opinions. Opinions formed by the narrative, formed by the system.
Whatever it wants to give you, it gives you. You stay with it. Surface level opinion. Number three, collective echo chambers. Yes, you don't talk to people who have a different opinion. It's too much effort, too much hard work.
Just talk to people who agree with you.
Yeah, that's what that's what happens.
So, you get collective echo chambers where everyone just reinforces the same message to each other and then at the end of the day, they're absolutely 100% convinced they're right because there's no argument. There's no debate. Cuz people can't be bothered. Those who do critical thinking can't be bothered to challenge someone who can't be bothered to do any critical thinking and therefore just accuses you of being a Nazi or a fascist, whatever.
So all of that, and this is in the piece, I'm not making these words up.
All of that ends up with collective stupidity.
I think it's true.
I I' I'd rather say ignorance, but ignorance in a right in a nice way. In other words, people are just ignorant of the truth and the facts because they haven't challenged it. So, I don't it will cause stupidity in the end because if everyone believes everything they're told and never challenges anything, well, they are a little bit stupid. I'd rather call it ignorant, but ignorant sounds a hard word. It's not. It just means you are ignorant. You you do not understand that issue.
That piece absolutely fantastic. Please, please, please take the time to read it.
Link number one. Okay. Why critical thinking is disappearing.
Let's apply it now to a situation. Let's apply it to Steven Bartlett, who I respect totally. Watched him many times on the television and I think he's a great guy. However, Steven doesn't do everything. He has a team of researchers probably who get put together these shows for him and then he comes on and does the show. So we watched him interview with Professor Yang. He's not a professor. Ergo, the rest of it is a lie. If someone comes on to television under the title Professor Yang and he's not a professor, to me everything he says is null and void because he's allowed you to believe a lie straight away. So why why is everything else he says not a lie? And this is really important. I watched this show and it got to 3.2 million views in one day. Now 4 days it's had 5.5 million views.
This is espionage or infiltration at the most beautiful at its most beautiful. Because here we have a really credible, very intelligent CEO who has been fooled or his research department have been fooled to interview someone who is gaining massive traction from such interviews. 5.5 million views and he's a liar. Base one. Base one, he's not a professor.
How do I know that? Link three. Link three, lies real talk because Lei realized that this is not true. So what's behind it? So Lei did a lot of investigation and she found this guy had risen to sudden prominence through Tucker Carlson. Now we know where Tucker Carlson's heading now, don't we? And we know he's gone completely off peace from his old I'm a friend of Trump. Now it doesn't matter whether he's right or wrong to go off peace, but he has given a Chinese spy and I'll come on to that.
He has given him license to talk to the world and Steven Bartlett has followed up and con and confirmed that license to talk to the world with 5.5 million views. And I would argue that these people are not using critical thinking. Why would this nonprofessor who was and I've got his history here which is in lies real talk which I will link number three.
Okay. So, well, who is he? He was born in China in 76. He moved to Canada at age 6. He was he graduated in 1999. He is not a professor. Not a professor. He went to China in June 02.
He was detained by the Chinese police and deported to Canada. Now, if you're detained by the Chinese police and you're deported to Canada, you do not go back to China. They don't want you. Oh, hold on. No, he went back to China. A year later, one year after being deported, he went back to China.
And the CCP by 2017 praised him publicly for his work in China. He was in October 2010 going back to 7 years he was allowed to criticize China.
Really? You're not allowed to criticize China in China.
So he was but that's all part of the CV building, isn't it?
Okay. It's part of a CB CB building because if he's going to come back and he's going to claim all the things he's claimed about China being the rising power and the and the West being the decadent power and the and the dying power.
He needs he needs this story built and he's had it built. So now he's come back. He's getting five million audiences and five million audiences.
Tucker, five million audiences with Steven Bartlett. If you go to Steven Bartlett's site, um I think it's Diary of the CEO.
If you go there, you'll see the first comment is by Steven. The second comment is by me. And I put that up there two days ago and said, "Steven, he's not a professor. Everything else is a lie."
And I linked realtor talk where it explains his history and therefore the fact he has to be a spy because he could not have been deported from China and allowed to come back a year later unless he was turned to become a spy.
So I looked the other day I thought well have a look on the BBC and see if it says anything about spy. And the last thing on the BBC when I looked two days ago was 2015, a Chinese spy in England.
And yet two weeks ago, there was a guy who was arrested, a Chinese person who was arrested in the Home Office for using the Home Office data to identify Chinese dissident in the UK so that the CCP could punish them. That case is public now. The BBC have finally caught up with it, but it took a few weeks.
Now, what I'm telling you is, and I've said it ever since I started this service, the Chinese don't act like Trump. They are very sophisticated. They are very careful.
They infiltrate. So, they don't make things public. They just infiltrate. And if you look at Canada, if you look at Australia, if you look at the US under Biden, and remember those talks in Anchora between Blinken and Sullivan and Fang, if you saw that live, you would know the truth, but you can't see it live anymore. And you can't. It's been completely cleansed, washed, cleaned on the internet. You will not see the introductory remarks by Wang Feay where he absolutely tore into America for about 12 13 minutes when it was meant to be a 5-minute intro. And of course that had the whole talks on the back foot the whole time.
So there was no talks. There was just defense attack, defense attack, defense attack. There were no talks.
It is so frustrating. And it all goes back to critical thinking because if you use if you apply critical thinking you will see that if someone claims he's a professor and isn't was deported by China and then allowed back a year later and then comes back into the west spouting all this wonderful stuff about China. The rising of the east, the death of the west.
Steven Bartlett says he made three fantastic predictions that all became true. Well, one was Trump was going to be elected. Well, hold on.
Hold on. 80 million people almost voted for him. We knew Trump was going to be elected because of what Biden had done.
It wasn't difficult. So, was that a ground changing prediction? No.
It's just so easy. If you follow those criteria for loss of critical thinking, you will see the whole situation displayed openly, brazenly.
This guy is talking to more people than probably Donald Trump on a on a on a news bulletin. He's probably talking to more people and his voice is getting heard because the West is promoting him because he calls himself a professor and predicted Trump would be elected.
Well, I said Trump would be elected and I can call myself a professor. I'm not, but I could. He did. He's not. So, if you watch link three, lays real talk, you'll see that she completely exposes his history, which then shows you he's not a professor and he's very likely a plant by the CCP to infiltrate gradually, peacefully the Western systems. And he's doing it with Tucker Carlson and now with Steven Bartlett, the two biggest shows. Maybe maybe Joe Rogan next, but I think Joe will see through it. Joe's a bit clever than Tucker Carlson. And I'm sorry Stephen I think is ever so clever. I think his researchers have let him down.
I really do. So now this all comes down as I keep saying to you, please understand if we go to the economics of this. China is covering up a colossal collapse in its economy. its property industry as I said the other day 43 major developers over 100 billion in sales there's now 10 529 EV brands yes 529 EV manufacturers in China there's now 129 and it's expected there'll be 15 by 2030 properties collapsed cars have collapsed the industry the consumption has collapsed and they've only got exports left and guess what everyone is fighting their exports now and the Chinese are spying and the West can't see it.
I I I give up sometimes because all you got to do is apply critical thinking.
That's all you've got to do. Question things.
Have a look at the what you're really being told and what it could mean.
Don't just accept it. Challenge it.
Okay. Thank you very much. I hope you understand that this all has massive economic, therefore financial, therefore the price of silver and gold are two of the only assets that will come out of this whole realization of everything being wrong. They'll come out stronger.
Thank you very much. Cheers from an Greg and me.
out.
