I Had To Get Emergency Dental “Surgery” 🦷 Broke My Tooth

[00:00:05]I am in an elevator going to the dentist at 8:00 in the morning cuz I broke my tooth yesterday and I think I have to get it pulled.

[00:00:21]This has been life lately. Oh my god.

[00:00:28]I know. Look at my mouth. My teeth is jacked up. But it's over here that broke.

[00:00:41]My next lifetime I'm going to do better by my teeth. We also talk about how scary I look at a skeleton.

[00:01:13]My face feels crazy.

[00:01:27]Well, they pulled my tooth in a while. I didn't feel any pain. It was horrible. I should have took the option to get put to sleep.

[00:01:48]Drill, hammer, all types of crap.

[00:01:56]I guess cuz the way it broke all from eating a dang mint candy.

[00:02:03]That's what I get for eating candy, right?

[00:02:07]They call me in some antibiotics and pain medicine.

[00:02:13]um said I'll be sore for a couple of days. The swelling and I should be numb for like the next 2 to 4 hours.

[00:02:26]It was a lot. I'm so glad I was off. I was already off today cuz Drew has kindergarten graduation and now I'm missing it.

[00:02:38]But I wasn't expecting this to happen. I'm just glad they could get me in last minute.

[00:02:48]Oh, crazy. The more time goes on, the more I look crazy.

[00:03:03]That's some pain meds.

[00:03:07]They're supposed to call in a antibiotic.

[00:03:11]I guess they didn't do it or something.

[00:03:14]But this is starting to wear off a little bit. I go home and take some pills. If they call it back in, I'll come back out later. But I need to go and chill out. Little dental take home kit. I got my bill and some like after care instructions and then some gauze and a ice pack that I need to put on for the swelling.

[00:03:46]And I got some um ibuprofen for pain and then Tylenol with codine if the ibuprofen don't help. So, they only gave me four of these. So, these is just just in case. I'm waiting to hear about the antibiotic. So, fun fun day. A bad ankle. I know.

[00:04:18]The numbness is starting to wear off.

[00:04:21]It's several hours later.

[00:04:25]I've been sleeping. I did take a pain pill a while ago. I just took the regular ibuprofen. I didn't take the one with the coating.

[00:04:34]Um, I finally stopped bleeding. I think I kept having to redo the gauze cuz it kept bleeding. I do have a couple of stitches and he said they'll dissolve.

[00:04:46]Um, it's like 2:00 or something. I haven't eaten yet today. She said I could have soft stuff after 4 hours.

[00:05:00]Um, I think I'm going to have one of my protein drinks that I got yesterday from Walmart.

[00:05:07]I'll start off there cuz it's I don't know. She said nothing crunchy or chewy or too hot. I do have some oatmeal.

[00:05:19]Maybe I'll eat my oatmeal. That sounds like a good idea.

[00:05:24]I'm like starting to wear off cuz like all this whole side was numb.

[00:05:33]Like it's just still feels weird.

[00:05:36]Um but I'm starting to feel up in here. So it's starting to wear off which is making me nervous because So, I've been drooling all day. Um, it's making me nervous because they was really tugging and pulling, hammering and drilling.

[00:06:05]So, I feel like once all this stuff wear off, it's going to hurt and I might take another pill before it completely wear off, but I don't know. They did call in.

[00:06:25]Antibiotic was not ready yet.

[00:06:29]So, um I think I had to take it for 5 days.

[00:06:35]but it's not ready yet. So, yeah, I got Drew a teddy bear since I missed her graduation and um I got her some bubbles.

[00:06:56]So, hopefully her mom will bring her by so I can see her today. I did post a short some pictures and a little video from her graduation. So, >> go check that out.

[00:07:20]30 gram of protein, 3 g of sugar, and 170 calories.

[00:07:27]Salted caramel truffle.

[00:07:33]I keep going to the left side of my face, but I think I get the salted caramel part of it, but it mostly tastes like chocolate.

[00:07:50]It's okay.

[00:07:52]The banana one is still my favorite.

[00:07:57]Let's hope it filled me up a little bit.

[00:07:59]I did take out a boiled egg to kind of get room temperature a little bit, but that's pretty soft. I think I should be okay to eat the egg, but I'm going to drink this and eat the egg.

[00:08:15]It's really coming off now. So, I probably take some medicine and go back to sleep. Got mail from Miss Annie. Some oatmeal pies >> homemade.

[00:08:34]It's another one here for Kisha.

[00:08:38]She's not in town. Might have to give them away.

[00:08:44]It smells so good and it's soft. I can eat this. My dinner some oatmeal.

[00:08:52]I let it cool down a little bit so it wasn't too hot. But um still a little swollen. The ice pack did not work because it would not activate.

[00:09:02]They gave me one that didn't work. But um not too bad.

[00:09:10]Uh I could feel the stitches though.

[00:09:12]Like of course keep messing with it cuz you know I could feel it. But um it's like almost 5:30 right now and all of the numbing has like really went away.

[00:09:26]Um, so I'm starting to feel to feel everything, but it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be. So, um, I think hopefully I've gotten past the worst of it. Still sore, but definitely not as bad as I anticipated.

[00:09:47]But going to eat my oatmeal and continue to relax a little bit.
