[00:01:32]>> As a memory, good memory was um I got a furlough. This was before I got um charged with the with the And um I got a furlough to see my my grandma before she passed away.

[00:02:59]>> [ __ ] they charged me when I was supposed to get out. Like um >> The day you were supposed to get out, like in R&I in booking?

[00:03:05]>> No, like you like the the day before of my release day, they came and like, "Oh yeah, you're not going home.

[00:03:10]We're going to make sure of that [ __ ] you know?"

[00:03:12]>> That's what they told you?

[00:03:13]>> Yeah.

[00:03:15]>> Okay. So, what happened? Um you went to trial and everything? You lost?

[00:03:20]>> Um I I lost my my finishing.

[00:03:24]So, back back then, you know, laws were different. If you did a an adult crime, you going to do the adult time, you know?

[00:03:31]So, they charged me as an adult right away. As soon as um I charged with murder, um I had my first court appearance in county jail, you know? It was in county jail.

[00:03:40]And I was um I was I was 16 at the time already, you know?

[00:03:45]That's what they cuz they didn't hit me with that [ __ ] until a year after, you know?

[00:03:49]Right Right before I was supposed to get out for the 211.

[00:03:52]So, um yeah, like they just they just came out of nowhere like, "Hey, like we're going to make sure you're not you're not going home or anything, you know?"

[00:03:59]I was like, "Fuck, like shh I didn't even know what to think, you know?"

[00:04:03]I was just like surprised like I guess I was in shock, you know, like I was in shock. I was just in my in the They took me to a to a visit vision room.

[00:04:13]And that's that's when I was just like in the vision room I was just like, "What the [ __ ] you know, like like [ __ ] I'm I'm doing life, you know, like >> You thought you were a mastermind before that? You didn't think you would get caught?

[00:04:25]>> Yeah, I didn't think it would I mean it was already a year already, you know, like it was a year that passed by. So, I was like, "Yeah, I'm good."

[00:04:32]>> I'm good. Yeah, you know, like us Yeah, the [ __ ] At that that time I was like, "Shh [ __ ] you know, I'm going to just do whatever."

[00:04:43]>> [clears throat] >> So, how how um how did they catch you? Like was there informants? Was there cameras?

[00:04:50]>> There was informants, text messages, a bunch of [ __ ] like Well, I mean I was young and stupid, you know, like so people would like I heard this happens and that, you know, I heard it was you. I heard this this, you know, like a bunch of hearsay and top it off informants and [ __ ] that that were >> Well, the reason the reason why I like to go in depth about how you get caught is because it could deviate another person dog from committing a crime.

[00:05:20]>> If you lay out >> If I mean >> everything that that they do and use and and all the tools they have to catch you, bro. You know what I mean?

[00:05:27]>> Yeah, cuz >> So, if you could if you could just >> about a lot of people don't know about about phones. Phones are big issue, you know, like when you're out here trying to gangbang and stuff, you know, like a lot of people like to post. A lot of people like to have their location on all that stuff. Like bro, all that stuff gets you caught caught up, you know, like Like they see all that [ __ ] you know, like it's not like like especially now now right now like bro you you can't gangbang on nobody without getting caught, you know, like >> So, how they use the phone against you?

[00:05:56]They pinned your location? They uh >> They broke into my phone, like um they they like >> They don't need to find >> a device to to They don't even need your password. They have a device that gets into your phone and they could encrypt any message that you sent before on Facebook, Instagram, whatever you even even if it's deleted they could still uh find a way to get that to get that um message back, you know?

[00:06:21]And for me in my my situation that they had a couple messages going back and forth of the day of of the incident and then that that's where they're like, "All right, yeah, it was for sure." You know, he was asking for for balls balls what is he's asking for this this and that like he was preparing, you know, he's preparing for it.

[00:06:41]So, that that's how they got me, you know, like encrypt the messages >> So, it was premeditated?

[00:06:46]>> Yeah, premeditated.

[00:06:48]>> So, they weren't they weren't you you weren't on a wiretap before or after?

[00:06:53]>> Nah, I wasn't on a wiretap. They just had so much evidence gathered gathered against me, you know? So many people that that uh pinned me out like, "All right, yeah, this is him that did it, you know?"

[00:07:10]>> But whoever got arrested with you >> Nah, nobody got arrested with >> Nobody got arrested? What was you you were yourself?

[00:07:17]>> Yeah, I was >> So, how did people tell you if it was you by yourself?

[00:07:22]>> They tried to blame me or or someone else and those was got scared and pointing me out, you know?

[00:07:29]>> They did that they played that okey-dokey. We know it's you, but it's really not him.

[00:07:34]>> That's the cops, right?

[00:07:35]>> And then and then that's how they got they got two [ __ ] like that.

[00:07:38]They did the same [ __ ] to both of those "Oh, yeah, we know it's you. We identified your car there. We know it's you. We identify you there.

[00:07:47]And this [ __ ] what they did is like, "No, it wasn't me. It was this fool."

[00:07:50]>> But how can they tell how can they tell on you if they weren't there, though?

[00:07:54]>> That's the thing, though. They were there, you know?

[00:07:59]But they identify me, you know? They put the blame on me and [ __ ] So, they didn't get busted or nothing, you know?

[00:08:05]Like briefly [ __ ] you know, you know how it is, you know, like you get into it, enemies, you know, like you guys really chase heads, gangbang, do whatever you got to do, you know? So, anybody anybody that was stepping in my area, like [ __ ] it, you know, like it's open game, you know?

[00:08:21]And that particular day, you know, the the wrong person was there, you know?

[00:08:26]Wrong person was there, said the wrong thing, and I was just like like in my mind, the way I was thinking, I was like, [ __ ] like I've been getting banged on, you know?

[00:08:34]I've been getting shot all that [ __ ] you know, like so I'm going to go, you know? Then shh it's open game, you know? Or even if it's not even in in in my area, you know, like even wherever you wherever you at, say the wrong thing, shh it's bad, you know?

[00:08:50]That's it. I mean, that's that's how I was taught, you know, like I don't know how it is for people now.

[00:08:55]Like now everyone wants to be on the phone and and and >> I mean, it's just a different like like I could I could say I could say uh during my time say it was a certain way, but that's just for the people that are living that life, bro, you know what I mean? It's there's killers in every generation, man.
