Get more out of Your Time as a CEO

[00:00:00]One of the things I always hear entrepreneurs say is if only I had more time. Now, you can't create more time, but you can get more out of each hour you spend doing things. I'm going to show you guys how you can get more time back. Number one, remove all low-leverage activities. If anything doesn't drive growth or drive serious revenue into the company, avoid doing it. Things like responding to emails, admin tasks, let all of that stuff go.

[00:00:28]The second thing is build a system that makes things repeatable. If there's anything that you do reoccurringly, build a system for it. Even things like eating. You eat, you know you have to eat every day. So, build a system that makes sure your food is there on time, right? That you know what you're going to eat in advance so you're not wasting time on putting that scrolling for 40 minutes deciding what you're going to eat. And the last and the most important thing is design your time. If you wake up randomly and then you decide what to do, you're never ever going to you're always going to be out of time. If you have structure, you understand what needs to be done when, then trust me, you'll instantly feel like you have 10x more time than you had previously. And trust me, these aren't my words.
