The state will refuse to address this issue. The federal will refuse to address this issue. The moment that you take laws into your hands, it becomes a bigger federal problem and state problem.

But to my greatest surprise, when I came here this morning, okay, before now yesterday, before before now, since that February, anytime I come here, Fulani people, they will carry their fowl and uproot everything I put in the farm. Both corn and cassava, they they destroyed everything.
