Our excavation is complete and now ready for the footings

[00:00:03]It's time for another update on our excavation for our new home with Cedar Glen.

[00:00:09]Let's have a look.

[00:00:11]Well, it's ready.

[00:00:13]It's all ready for footings.

[00:00:15]Water, sewer, and storm have been run in, backfilled.

[00:00:19]That's all set.

[00:00:22]Need to get it surveyed again for the footings, but the excavation is done.

[00:00:27]That's how we're looking.

[00:00:29]Definitely going to need some fill brought up.

[00:00:31]Obviously, we're only sitting down What are we looking at here?

[00:00:35]Only in the ground 4 ft.

[00:00:37]So, not going to have that much foundation sticking out. So, obviously, we're a little bit low here, so grade's going to come up.

[00:00:44]More of a level lot, but yeah.

[00:00:47]Next week, long as the weather stays like this, there will be a foundation here.

[00:00:53]Then the fun really starts. Once the foundation is in, then we start going vertical.
