Smart doesn’t always mean wise in leadership追加:
Why do you think so many of the smartest leaders are not wise?
Well, let me start with preparation. I think a lot of leaders are not prepared for their role in a lot of ways. They [music] are they start out as being good at whatever was they were doing whether it's being an engineer or being you know a marketing person. And as they get into the role they're not given additional skills tools or or even mindset opportunities for what their job entails when they are now responsible for other human beings.
And [music] they have a misunderstanding of what it means to be powerful.
