This video demonstrates how to analyze institutional supply and demand zones across multiple time frames to identify high-probability trading opportunities. The presenter examines technology stocks (Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Meta, Cisco, QCOM, Micron, Coherent, Illumina) alongside the S&P 500, showing how institutional buying creates demand zones that support price movements, while institutional selling creates supply zones that can trigger declines. Key principles include: demand zones become support levels when institutions buy, supply zones become resistance when institutions sell, and quality imbalances require strong institutional participation. The analysis reveals that stocks with clear institutional demand zones (like Apple, Tesla, Cisco, Micron) tend to be bullish, while those with removed demand zones or heavy supply (like Meta, Illumina) tend to be bearish or neutral.

🚨 Trump Takes Tech CEOs to Beijing - What Institutions Are REALLY Doing in AI StocksAdded:
How's it going fellow traders? Magic Trader here.
And uh we got some news today. Donald Trump uh visiting uh Beijing and he's going with some of the top CEOs of some of the uh big technology companies. Well, some big tech and AI names are going to be joining him uh today. And so I thought it'd be uh an interesting thing to take a look at the supply and demand of the big institutions for those stocks.
And so before we dive in, I want to take a look at the S&P 500 first of all.
Um we were looking at this one yesterday in yesterday's live session, but let's take a fresh look at it.
So what we know uh by looking at the multiple uh time frames is we have very bullish monthly chart, okay? Institutional demand came into play and it's been upside ever since. The banks are buying this one, okay? Very aggressively. S&P 500 on the weekly time frame is also bullish and the banks are coming in with some institutional buying here. This is demand that is being created. Hasn't been valid yet. Hasn't been validated yet, but it is looking pretty good. If price stays up at the highs, we should have a very good demand zone down here so that if price were to drop, we would expect a big move to the upside from there, okay? So S&P 500 is looking extremely bullish. Now, let's look at Apple.
Tim Cook going with um uh Trump today to Beijing.
And let's look at the stock of Apple. So this is one that we were talking about um for quite some time. We have a very bullish 6-month chart, okay?
Institutional demand came into play here at 193. And so we were looking for a monthly demand zone to uh enter into long positions and here was a monthly supply that turned into monthly demand almost like support becoming resistance or resistance becoming support. It's the same concept with supply and demand.
And um price dropped into this area and that was at 250. Right now we have Apple at 294.
So, it's being um supported by a monthly structure just like the S&P. Okay, it's being supported by a monthly structure. And next, let me show you what we've got here. If we take it down to the month uh weekly time frame, all right, we are bullish. Why are we bullish? Because look at what we have right here.
That is institutional demand down here just below 280. That's institutional demand. So, the S&P 500 we see very bullish on the multi-time frame supported by weekly demand.
Same thing with Apple.
Bullish on the monthly time frame with monthly demand in play and weekly demand recently created. So, if there was to be a drop in price, we'd expect to see buying uh from this area here, okay? So, Apple looking super super bullish.
Another company CEO uh heading uh to Beijing is uh Nvidia.
And if we look at Nvidia, we can see on the monthly time frame once again, we have monthly demand area. Actually, this was a demand zone that we gave to members as a buying zone. That was at $90. It's more than doubled since since that time.
Um price came down into this monthly demand zone and boom, shot up like a rocket. Now, we had a big mess here, okay? For quite some time. Didn't produce anything good. And I'm still not seeing anything good with this move to the upside here.
Yes, demand came in on the monthly time frame, but it was all the way down here.
Since there Since then, there hasn't been anything of any value being created on the way up. Now, we have an imbalance here. This is not a good quality imbalance.
Meaning that if price were to decline, I would expect this area to be broken through and price to drop. So, right now price is being held up by buying, but not big institutional buying. Not from what I'm seeing on the chart, okay? So, I'd be very careful with Nvidia. I think, you know, unless they come in with some aggressive buying and we can see it on the charts, I'm not very supportive of Nvidia from what I'm seeing from a supply and demand perspective.
Tesla is one of the stocks that I am in.
And the reason being is because, well, we had two signals on this one.
The monthly chart is very bullish.
Okay? We had institutional demand come in here and institutional demand come in here.
And uh we had a long signal here. We had a long signal here. Both given to members. And actually, the first one here, I give I gave it to our Telegram followers when price was up here. I said, "Wait for a drop down to here and then we buy." And that's exactly what took place. And so, here's the second signal right here. Uh price dropped, tapped into that demand zone, and it's been upside ever since. Looking good.
What we can see on the weekly time frame is we have institutional supply here.
So, I suspect when price does get up here, we could see some downward pressure. But because overall we have a monthly demand zone in play, I expect over time this area could be taken out and produce some new demand for a continued move to the upside. All right?
Meta on the other half on the other um uh on the other case is is not on the other hand is not really looking good, okay?
There's lots of supply here.
Okay, if we look at the monthly time frame, unlike the S&P where we had monthly looking really strong, this one is not so strong.
I give it a a yellow square, okay? It's not strong. It's not bearish, it's not bullish, it's in between.
And so a demand zone has already been removed here.
Supply zone was removed here, okay? And right now we have some demand that's being contacted, but with demand zones being taken out, supply zones being taken out, there is no rhyme or reason for what price is going to do based on the monthly time frame. So, we stay out.
But on the weekly time frame, this is not bullish. This is bearish. And the reason being is because of these supply zones that were created by big money, okay? And as you can see when price rallied up to the supply, it dropped.
And here's another example of a demand zone turning into a supply zone, and now we have price dropping from supply as well. So, Meta is is bearish, okay? If anything, they're going to use any bullish news as a way to offload positions because of all the supply that's coming in to this chart, okay?
Supply zones are used to short and as as places to take profits on long positions.
Uh CSCO Uh this one very bullish, very strong.
Look at the higher time frames. We can see that there are they are super aggressive.
There's no doubt that the 12-month chart is bullish. There's no doubt that the 6-month chart is bullish, okay? You can just look at it, right? There's no doubt that the monthly chart is bullish and we have institutional demand created down here at $80.
And we have two momentum candles to the upside. Usually after demand comes into play, two momentum candles are created.
Usually we get a pause and then a drop.
So at this point, I would think that we're likely going to see some profit taking on Cisco. And after some profit taking on Cisco, we're likely going to be seeing a drop to institutional demand. Once it gets to to demand, that is the spot that I would want to be buying because that's where the last big buying from the banks came in.
Uh QCOM.
Um so somewhat bullish, okay? The reason why it's bullish is the 6-month time frame has a very aggressive demand zone that just recently came into play. That was at 125.
Here's the two tests of that demand zone, okay? Price rallied pretty aggressively on the monthly time frame, but here's a major institutional supply zone. The first time came to supply, price dropped, and now we had a very big large wick trading through the zone.
But right now, the zone is being reclaimed. As you can see, price is coming right back into that zone. If price closes into this zone, very bearish for uh QCOM. So right now I'm on the fence with this one. I wouldn't be bullish or bearish.
If it closes inside this, then I will be expecting a move to the downside.
Okay?
Uh Micron Technology, super strong.
Very bullish. It's very clear, very bullish, right? You can look at the higher time frames, but let's look at the monthly time frame. Here's the one that I'm focusing on. The reason being is because we had institutional demand coming into play here.
And how many candles? One, two momentum candles. So, this is usually the time where we'll see a pause and then some kind of a pullback. Will we pull back all the way to 400?
Anything is possible.
Only thing I know is that after two major momentum candles like this, I would not want to be a buyer, okay? So, even though it is bullish, I would label this as not a time to be buying, okay?
Time to take your foot off the gas, take some profits if you're into a long position right now, and wait for pullbacks.
Uh C H O H R, Coherent.
This one's not too bad.
Uh very bullish as you can see as well.
Uh only thing with this one, when you look at the monthly time frame, there is no really nice looking demand zone, okay? There is a pause here, not great. Pause here, not so great. This is not so great looking, all right?
Um on the 6-month time frame, we have a major demand here, and we have one momentum, two momentum.
So, uh I would be very cautious with this one as well, okay? Very nice bull run, but I'd be cautious with this one now because we could see a pause and then eventually an eventual drop. So, be careful cuz everybody's starting to buy these stocks now, and this is usually when big money is is offloading their positions, okay? So, I'd be very careful with that.
And last of the technology and AI companies, I L M N, Illumina.
Uh looking pretty good. Only thing is, um you know, the 12-month chart is bullish, but we have demand down here, and it really hasn't contacted that demand. Very close, but it really hasn't. If I look at the 6-month time frame, 6-month time frame is bearish. And the reason being is because they just created a major institutional supply zone here at 170. That means big banks, big money came in and sold this at that price range between 170 and what was it?
240, okay?
>> [cough] [clears throat] >> Excuse me. So, if they're coming if they're coming in and selling, shorting this stock at that price, I don't want to be a buyer unless I know they're not shorting. And the only way I know that that they're not shorting is if they remove that, okay?
So, that is what I would be watching for this one. So, some pretty good ones, some pretty bullish, some pretty bearish, and some stocks that we should just be waiting, okay? Hope this video was helpful. If you want to know more if you want to learn more with us, whiteoakfx.com.
