So I have become the shareholder of the company named land since two or three years ago. The reason why I bought their company's shares was that it was really cheap, unbelievably cheap. And still the price of the company's share has been still been very cheap. So you would need only 5 cents 5 cents for one share.

Shugaya is another midsized um thrift recycle shop which is very very good at selling all the video games at the lowest pricing. So let's go to the Yukon station first and see if the shareholder meeting is really enjoyable but or just a you know just you know kidding.

[00:12:36]Some buildings look like a little bit old buildings. And uh like I showed you the river is a little bit it's Aratamaga Aratamaga. The name of the river is Aratama River.

[00:14:52]And uh there were total um I believe 30 more walles 30 people 30 shareholders participated participating in the shareholder meeting and uh it was like 1 hour presentation uh and uh 30 minutes presentation and 30 minutes in Q&A session.

[00:15:23]So, and several shareholders had some questions uh regarding uh the future investment and uh regarding the strategy, the future strategy how to be growing the company itself.

[00:15:40]It was interesting. So and actually I don't know uh the purpose of yeah like I explained the purpose of I bought the company's share was first it was really really cheap and still it is really cheap just uh you know my investment was total like 3,000 Japanese yen only 3,000 roughly uh 2020 20 US dollars.

[00:16:13]So, and uh there was uh two decisions that uh we we had to vote even though I didn't vote. So and the one one was the the you know the selection of the run reelection reelection I don't know how to say you know uh the for the the the company's president and second decision we had to made was uh to decide whether uh we agree or disagree with the idea of the the retirement of the one of the corporate financial director or something like that the auditor there.

This is a very bold metal and nostalgic cafe McDonald's.

[00:29:24]Yeah, very interesting. I didn't expect that it would be so interesting to walk through the neighborhood in the neighborhood of the Yokohama station. So you see you never imagine you you never ever imagine that just a one minute not 1 minute 2 minutes from here to the place that I showed you.

[00:31:23]Yeah there there is a you know very very old the nostalgic place this is one of the mystery of the Yokohama station. You see the over there is a the platforms of the train stations. So I think it's now it's the time for me to go back to my I would like to stop by Surugaya before I I go home. So yes, Surugaya is one of another midsize thrift shop, recycle shop which is which has a strong market market share of their video games. This is it's actually Suruga is one of the popular famous uh used to game shop store and there's a there is a local store in the building that I'm going that I'm heading now. So yeah, before going home today, I'd like to stop by the Surugaya. And if I have a little bit more time, I'm thinking to stop by uh the Pokemon Center in Yokohama Station. So here's the one of the oldest and the biggest department store, which is named So Department Store.

[00:32:58]So go to the uh the building named Sky Building where the Sulu the local store of Surugaya is located in the eighth floor I believe. But this building actually itself has been underway. It's under construction for the new renovation. You see eighth growth floor.

[00:33:25]There's a Pokemon center at on the eighth floor. And here you you see the sue guy specialty store where you can buy the all the video games, toys, collective items probably Japanese animation. So there's a sky building.
