In elite educational institutions, social class and family background often determine student success and social standing more significantly than academic performance, creating systemic barriers for students from less privileged backgrounds.

Unless This Student Left, Nobody Could Leave The Conference RoomAdded:
When freshman Jack was about to introduce himself, he was suddenly interrupted by a few students who had arrived late. Not only did all eyes in the room turn toward them, even the principal didn't dare to speak. Jack had intended to continue his introduction, but he realized the microphone had been cut off. It turned out these latecomers were heirs to top financial empires, especially the leader Mike, known as the tyrant. It wasn't until they calmly took their seats that the room finally settled down. At the end of the orientation ceremony, Jack was ready to leave, but a classmate blocked his way.
He noticed that no one moved. Everyone was waiting for Mike to leave first.
Once Mike exited the conference room, everyone finally breathed a sigh of relief. Jack didn't know where his classroom was, so he politely asked a student for directions. The student looked at him with sheer disdain and walked away. Left with no choice, he decided to find it himself. Just then, a girl named Anna suddenly stepped in front of him and offered to exchange phone numbers. Jack didn't notice her smile at all. After a while, he finally located his classroom. The classroom shocked him, bright, spacious, and equipped with top-of-the-line desks and chairs. But just as he was about to sit down, the teacher called him over.
When he eventually found his classroom, even though the front seats were empty, no one wanted to sit next to him. In the end, he had no choice but to sit in the back row, where the desk was practically unusable. He quickly realized that at this elite private school, grades didn't matter, family background did. The school divided students into different ranks. The less wealthy wore navy blue badges, while children from financial dynasties wore crimson. Some students warned him not to wander around carelessly and not to offend the wealthy families. As long as he could graduate smoothly, that was already a victory.
Jack outwardly agreed, but he soon went to find Mike. Offering his hand in friendship, Mike merely glanced at him and ignored him. Only Lisa continued talking to him, inviting him to a weekend party and promising to pick him up in a luxury car. That same night, Anna arrived at the airport early to meet a friend she hadn't seen in 3 months. She was a top heiress with a wardrobe large enough to fill an entire floor and servants always on call. After choosing her outfit, she went to the party, but she wasn't happy. She despised the woman standing next to her father, her stepmother. After dinner, her father criticized her outfit, demanding she dress in her stepmother's style from now on.
Oh, oh, my goodness, she will.
