[00:00:00]Really what St. Thomas says is if you have a faculty or part that is wounded, [music] whether that's because of just say we're all broken human beings, we have tendencies that are flawed, or because of your upbringing, or just because of your environment has built [music] these tendencies, the way to heal and reorder those is through virtue. The four cardinal virtues are what I really focus on. Prudence is knowing what to do to achieve a goal. The second is justice, [music] giving another person what is due to them. The third is a fortitude, which is basically the ability to do difficult things, the willingness [music] to confront challenges. And then the last is temperance, which is basically moderation of [music] your senses, moderation of pleasure.
