Sometimes We Judge Before We Even Realize It And How Awareness Helps本站添加:
Have you ever noticed sometimes when we see someone our mind instantly make a judgement. For example, I know myself when I in my car, sometimes when I see someone passes by I lock the door. This like this urge doing it. And I noticed is it really my own judgement? Or maybe sometimes yeah, it's for safety reason.
But the more we grow our awareness, I think the more we become alert or notice our own inner shift. The urge the tendency Let's do one exercise right now through our breath.
If you take a stick of three of conscious breath with me you can close your eyes and bring all your attention to your breath. Just three times.
Noticing the air goes in and out through your nose. Two.
One more.
Yeah, that's it. That's an awareness practice.
And the more we become aware using short meditations or mindfulness practice, the more actually we are able to observe our inner self, our inner shift, our urges our tendency that applies to speech, actions and even thoughts.
So this is something we're growing in our Hollow Kindness Circle Community.
