Don’t Industrialize Dysfunction | David DeanAdded:
Like, once you start seeing it, you may start choosing to punish people, which is not the right way, because people will naturally react to that, and then you won't get a true understanding of like how your organization behaves, and then you'll have people leave and all that kind of stuff, and you don't want that dynamic. And I use the term surveil in that regard. You don't want to surveil people utilizing these dynamics.
You want to help them and create opportunity, because they're going to be the ones that help you move the company forward with that. So, um and the biggest thing for my book is is it's more about a state of mind approaching AI. It's let's think about AI in this way and in this manner before we solution, because everyone's solution is going to be different in regards to it. But when it comes down to behavior, especially around governance and those different types of things, you know, there's technical aspects around it.
