[00:00:00]You bought into it and took a role of COO, [music] and that's when it was at that $5 million mark and it went to $60 million then acquired?

[00:00:07]>> [music] >> Talk Talk about that a little bit. What the What was that like? I mean And how many people did you start at 5 million all the way to 60 million? How much did that change?

[00:00:15]>> Great question. You know, in in that very first year, we had a little over 20-some employees.

[00:00:23]>> [music] >> Paying at one point, let's say 150 employees, but we were getting reimbursed maybe 60 to 90 days from the time we were doing the actual work. And so at that point, it might have been 75 people we were billing for. And then the we grow to 200 in some 3 months later, and now we're billing for 150. And then we grow to bill for 300 people and we're only billing for 225. We're getting payments in and so it actually put a lot of financial stress on the company.
