IJM targets RM3bil shareholder payout, to list construction arm

[00:00:00]IJM Corp Berhad plans to distribute 3 billion ringgit to shareholders over the next 3 years through dividends, treasury share distributions, and value realization initiatives.

[00:00:14]The group said the plan could translate into total dividends of 83 cents per share over the period.

[00:00:21]IJM also introduced a new dividend policy with a payout ratio of at least 40% of net profit.
