IJM targets RM3bil shareholder payout, to list construction armAdded:
IJM Corp Berhad plans to distribute 3 billion ringgit to shareholders over the next 3 years through dividends, treasury share distributions, and value realization initiatives.
The group said the plan could translate into total dividends of 83 cents per share over the period.
IJM also introduced a new dividend policy with a payout ratio of at least 40% of net profit.
