[00:00:00]This looks like a simple brain exercise or a memory task, but it's a little more complex involving multiple brain systems. This is a neuro sensory motor integrator. I'm going to demonstrate memory saccades. This is where you look at letters appearing, tapping them in the order they appeared, H U T O, and then remembering the third letter. We want to do better than I did.
