The Neuro Sensorimotor Integrator (NSI) is a cognitive training exercise that challenges the brain's ability to process, remember, and respond quickly by having individuals visually track randomly appearing targets (such as letters or words) while recalling specific items from memory in sequence, thereby stimulating cognitive processing, working memory, visual attention, eye movement control, and reaction time simultaneously.

Neuro Sensorimotor Integrator ( NSI )Added:
This looks like a simple brain exercise or a memory task, but it's a little more complex involving multiple brain systems. This is a neuro sensory motor integrator. I'm going to demonstrate memory saccades. This is where you look at letters appearing, tapping them in the order they appeared, H U T O, and then remembering the third letter. We want to do better than I did.
If we want to make it more complex, we're going to add words to the letters.
So, you could say hat, tuxedo, umbrella, octopus. Have the patients challenge their their sensory processing, their motor cognitive, and memory.
