Sony’s overvaluation of Bungie illustrates a fundamental disconnect between speculative investment and the actual scalability of niche game designs. This financial decline serves as a sobering lesson on the necessity of balancing creative identity with broad market accessibility.

So, that one's probably going to be the one. There's Horizon coming out. Um, I still have some footage for Sam, so we're gonna Let me see what we could do with that this week. So, stay tuned. Um, >> let's make it like a fiveminute video.
Game good. Game good or no?
>> Yeah. Here are the skits we filmed.
Here's some skits. Game's not very good.
>> Yeah, maybe a sit down review or something. We can talk about it. But, okay. So, uh, that's what's coming in AJS. What the hell is going on in gaming news, Alex? Big week, small week. Uh big week, few stories. Um but one of the things I want to talk about is uh Jason.
You know, Freddy's got you some new movies and stuff, but uh Jason hasn't been around in a while because there's been a legal dispute. Um trying to make, you know, see who owns it >> and so it's like, you know, a lot of people, a lot of franchises are coming back, but now uh uh we know >> been cleared.
>> Yeah. 824 uh picked up the rights and now has a show.
>> Yeah. And so, um, it's coming sometime soon. So, >> I've already heard about the show.
That's the Crystal Lake project, right?
But I guess it stalled because of the, um, >> ownership.
>> The ownership.
>> Yeah. Well, the original Crystal Lake was in development since 2003.
>> And so, it's like they've been working on Crystal Lake for a long, long time.
And so, >> they've gone through different showrunners and stuff, but it looks like we're getting it sometime soon. So, uh, exciting.
>> Hopefully, it's pretty good. I do like A24. I guess all the streamers will be doing a bid bidding war to see where it goes. You know, HBO or um >> Amazon, Netflix, Apple.
>> Apple. There's some Tuby. God damn it, Joe. You're just like this big Tuby fan.
Why don't you send them an email? See if we partner up with them. But how much you mention Tuby?
>> I opened up [ __ ] Tuby and guess what it said?
>> What?
>> First movie right here.
>> Don't you It was there.
>> It was there. Got added recently. I saw >> Yes, he saw too.
>> They're promoting OJ at this point. They partnered with you, >> man. Say win. Say win.
>> Yeah, >> [ __ ] >> All right.
>> Worst John Carpenter movie.
>> Maybe not the worst worst.
>> Yeah, there's >> it's down there.
>> Yeah.
>> All right. In video games, Aliens Fire Team Elite 2 is coming this summer. So, we got a peek at it this week. Saw the trailer.
>> I love anything Aliens. Now, the first one obviously had its problems, right?
This wasn't like, you know, the the crazy thing. Then this is not the top down RTS. This was the, you know, squad-based one where we go in as smart gunners and pulse rifles and it's action. I like that. So hopefully they can learn from everything that they, you know, um, all the stuff that they covered in the first game.
>> Yeah.
>> Which, let me see, user reviews. We're looking at about 5.7 uh average on Metacritic.
>> Yeah, it's pretty bad.
>> Oh, that's that's >> it was pretty disappointing.
>> I liked it a tiny bit better than that.
But >> yeah, >> I liked it because it reminded me of a better game that I used to play that no one else, but maybe you know, I know that you played Aliens Online. Uh and so it reminded me of that. It wasn't like Aliens Online actually felt better than than this game. But uh this is going up to four player. Uh, and so, uh, and then they're adding a specialist class, which actually is pretty interesting. So, you can pick and choose different bits from each one and kind of customize your own character, which I think should be cool.
>> I need more polish.
>> I just Yeah, I hope it's polished and I hope everything turns out great because I think more I mean, it's a it's a rich universe and I >> It is. Can we add more aliens? Like, I know they had like a whole bunch of these weird toys that were never in the movies, but >> look at this. I just got to mention this. Tenton Geek, a user score. I just saw this because he typed Aliens Online.
A return in kind to the days of Aliens Online on the Game Store servers back in the '9s. It's me and Alex. Uh they really brought a lot of what I wanted to see in a third person dungeon crawler horde mode v PvE. Glitches and bugs really kept this from a five-star launch, but patches made it better.
Long-term it needs more content and a bit more openw world approach if it wants to be more than a here today gone tomorrow memory. having a dedicated standalone single player campaign would have pushed it over that threshold if you ask me, which I agree with this.
Yeah. So, we'll see what they have in store for that. I I'll look it up right now actually to see if there's any information on whether they're going to put maybe a single player map campaign or something.
>> Yeah, I haven't read anything about that. Um, and we don't have a specific release date. It's expected to be out this summer. Um, it's up uh you can get it on Steam or Epic Game Store. Um, that >> with how fast it it's coming out, I would say no, but we'll see. Yeah, I imagine it's going to be one of those like $40 $50 games with m like, you know, multiplayer or this kind of thing only and >> and no campaign, but we'll see. I mean, could be. It says yes.
>> Campaign >> will feature a single player mode. It's not necessarily a campaign. Oh, >> AI bots will accompany you, making it a low stress option to explore the campaign. So, may it maybe >> that's cool.
>> Maybe it will have a campaign.
Okay.
I'll look into it more while we go to the next story.
>> Yeah, I want to feel more >> immersed, >> less hor like horrid mode because I see some of the problems we had in the last one is just like your space marine and there's like 900 xenos. It's like no, you're dead. You're dead, man. I don't want to I don't want this. They're not zerglings, man. You know, this is something that like one should be able to take out your whole squad if you do it wrong.
>> Not if you have Wendy.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Can we get Wendy as a character?
>> I never knew why we didn't have four players.
>> I don't want to make do the mouth thing.
like bringing in somebody from from our community to play with it.
>> Yeah. No. All right. Well, things aren't going so great in the live service world. Uh the Hell 2 community is pissed. Um I mean, >> wow.
>> Mostly negative on Steam and those are pushing down the overall score to uh down from overwhelmingly to mostly positive. Um, people real upset and it's it's weapons are keep getting nerfed and so playing what you have been playing feels bad. Uh, they keep adding war bonds you have to pay for and um, you know, and they're not fixing bugs.
Performance is getting worse. Patch notes don't lift list the buffs for enemies. And the things that apparently upsetting people the most is Airhead's not really communicating with fans to let them know about like what's changing or what's going on. So, a lot of people just ultimately feel like they're kind of being squeezed um a little bit.
>> Blame a Sony. They're like, "Hey, this is a good property. Let's squeeze that one because everything else sucks.
>> Everything else isn't making very much money." So, yeah. I mean, they were kind of the golden child of Sony's live service cuz it was Airhead did a really good job. They made a game that a bunch of people wanted to play. They did it seemingly in the right way and they're shifting away from the right way, which is, you know, limited paid war bonds into now there's even more of them. And so, um, >> I'm assumed they just like they can't say anything because like they don't know like, well, it comes from up top.
So, it's whatever they want and it could change from day to day.
>> Yeah, it's it's definitely going to be they can't mention that Sony is doing the pulling the strings. So, >> um, I mean, they're still doing well with with players. Um, I mean, 35,000 people playing. Um, it's down. I mean, their their all-time peak is 400 over 450,000 people concurrently playing. Um, but they still got decent numbers for the size of the project it was. But, um, if >> it's a success, >> yeah, >> huge success. At this point, it doesn't matter. This is this is profit. Uh, you know, you you it's a live service game.
You don't expect the game to survive forever, right? The players are going to drop off. The numbers are going to go down at some point. Halo Infinite was supposed to go forever. Joe, now I looked it up. I the reason why I was looking all confused in this order is Aliens Fire Team did have a [ __ ] campaign. I don't know what he's talking about. But now that I go back and I think he wanted a standalone single player campaign only just if you're playing by yourself with a completely different story than Aliens Fire Team cuz remember we did play Aliens Fire Team. It's like it has a story set 23 years after the original trilogy and there's the pathogen with like different creatures with the white alien kind of looking thing towards the end or something. It was four acts and 12 missions. So of course Aliens Fire Team 2 is going to have a campaign. It's just the same campaign that you know like a same structure probably 12 missions probably some DLC afterwards only you can go through it with four players instead of three players. Uh, we'll see if it adds a standalone single player campaign. That's not gonna happen. I'll just tell you nothing. They're not doing that.
But okay. All right.
Yeah. So, uh, Hell Divers, they're they're pretty upset about the way things are going. And then the problem that with some of these things is if you're doing a live service game, you need to have a game that is around for a period of time where people are going to feel comfortable investing their time and their money. Because Avalanche doesn't make all of their money just based on the initial purchase. They want you playing for a long period of time and that's how the servers stay on. They they're like, "Hey, you know, I'll throw you five, 10 bucks, 15 bucks every now and then because I get so much use out of your game, but players aren't happy with the way things are going. They feel that the balance the balance changes on the nerf seem to be what people are really pissed about." And then again, just kind of radio silence from Avalanche. Yeah, that's a problem because, you know, as I said, yeah, it may be successful, but if you have a community that likes the game, which they clearly do, you need to start shaping the game to meet their needs.
>> Yeah, >> these are the people that pay you money and play your game. So, try try not to ignore them. I don't know why, you know, what's happening here. Yeah, it should be simpler.
>> I just assume it's going to be Sony telling them what to do. It's like they want to maybe do better. Do you think Sony come butts in on every little individual change or decision? I don't think >> I don't think on every one, but I imagine they have a meeting with Sony and Sony's like, "Hey, I I would like you to do a couple more war bonds this this year." And like it's it's subtle, but I mean, it does feel like almost a philosophical change where they are going more towards some of the microtransaction stuff. And again, live service does not work at all if you don't continue to support it constantly.
>> You know, we constantly tease Fortnite.
Fortnite constantly gives their fans what they want. They give them new stuff to do. They're they keep up with everything, new skins, new new tie-ins and things. That's why it's been around for so long. And if Sony wants to do 16 live service games, which, you know, they don't uh not anymore. You know, you have to make sure that you continue to support them. Otherwise, in the future, no one's going to be dropping money in the next live service that you launch because they know that you're just going to maybe not stop support, but like support's going to get shittier a couple, you know, a couple years in.
>> And that's not good.
>> And that leads us into probably the biggest story of the week. We've been talking about it and saying keep your eyes on May the 8th because May the 8th was Sony's uh endofyear investor meeting. the one time where they are not allowed to le to lie to people or misrepresent. And so, um, >> I mean, they can, but they're going to get in trouble.
>> Yeah, a lot of trouble. And so, uh, Bungie's information came out, um, and it was not it was not good. Uh, >> did a video, check it out.
>> So, PlayStation, >> breaking news. Yeah, >> PlayStation uh records $765 million impairment loss from Bungie as operating income falls 41% in Q4. Um >> now that does not mean that Bungie is like losing that much money or they spent that much money on Marathon. It just means that Bungie was worth this amount and then it dropped 200 million and now it's dropped another $560 million. Um, and this is again on top of what people are estimating uh is a $200 million loss for Marathon. Um, Marathon we know roughly what it sold, how much money it cames from there, and then limited microtransactions uh purchases in there. It's it's looking like they've lost I would say at least 175 if not $200 million just on Marathon alone with no change in sight. So, real bad over there in terms of uh Bungie and Sony.
>> Yeah.
>> So, >> do you Does it make you want to spend a bunch of money in Marathon?
>> Not at all.
>> So, >> never did in the first place.
>> When's the wipe coming?
>> Wipe June, right?
>> June.
>> Uh we don't know exactly when season two is. People speculate maybe the first week of June. Uh, and if so push updates on Tuesday and usually events go live on Wednesday, probably June 3rd. Uh, that's the second day of death. Uh, that we'll we'll have to see how it affects the player base.
>> That's what I'm kind of curious.
>> Um, I've pulled up the numbers. You know, obviously I've had it going for a while now. Uh, last week around exactly this time, which is 11:00 a.m., uh, there was, uh, 7,783.
uh now this time, same time from last week, 5,960.
So, it is steadily dropping and we we're in the middle of uh May. So, you got two more weeks left in May. So, 3 weeks from now, I'm sure that that'll look like 3,000 to 4,000 is my prediction. Mhm.
>> And then once that wipe comes and when that wipe comes according to this, that's everything. Your your progression from into the stupid [ __ ] missions and [ __ ] If I have to redo that, I may stop playing. That that's going to it's going to lose me and I'm one of the only ones left playing that these boys. I mean, they work for me and I can barely get them to play it.
>> The day he's like, "Oh, we're going to play." I was like, "Oh, [ __ ] I need to reinstall you have to grind to be able to purchase basic shields. It's so miserable. But I think they did add it to the the new free loadouts actually do come with green shields finally. So I think it it'll be a little easier. And I do think that there's going to be a big uh bump.
>> So the the root of the story is that Sony's [ __ ] stupid. And they way overpaid for Bungie. Bungie is not worth $4 billion. Was never worth $4 billion at that time. Right. uh because they were, you know, doing Destiny by then.
It's not like they were, you know, Halo.
Um this is they Sony was banking on them to make something amazing in the future.
Uh and since they were already doing Destiny, I'm confused at what they thought would be the next big thing.
Well, here comes Marathon and it was not the next big thing. In fact, it seems so obvious now that it was always going to be a small thing, a niche of a niche of a niche. Destiny raids were already only done by 11% of that player base and that's what they were focusing on. So, they got just so tunnel visioned down to uh placating and and satiating the smallest, most hardcore section of the player base that of course their next game is even more small and hardcore and sweaty and fun as [ __ ] and PvE focused and great for those types of people, but is not going to appeal at all to the mass market. And that's how you get a multi-million dollar billion dollar evaluation where everybody comes and joins the game. So if they had done marathon where there was at least a single player campaign so that most people can dip their toe in and be like oh what's this other mode? It's like now go to tow cityi and then and then we all get printed there. I think it would have done far better, but either they were smelling their own farts or they said, "No, that we're going to be the greatest extraction shooter to ever come out and they did half a third of the numbers that Arc Raiders did." It failed. Uh, and so we're going to get devaluations of Bungie as a company because of that and uh because Sony overpaid. So, it's a combin It's two big fuckups going and and do dominoing into each other. Now, Sony probably knows something that we don't know. Uh, I do think there's more devaluation coming. I think that we got a 200 million, then we got a 500 and some 75 million. I think maybe another 200 and then and then we're good. But the reason why it stops there is cuz I am dead [ __ ] certain that Bungie is working on something right now. They were like, "Don't don't worry, Sunny.
Check this out. This is what we're working on right here." It's all probably concept.
It's an empty word document that just says Destiny 3 on top.
>> Look at that. You like that? And then like all right, I like that. Well, we'll see. I don't I a lot of Paul Tazzy doesn't think that, you know, Destiny 3 is coming and and >> he's got a lot of people there.
>> That feels really desperate, too, for them to do. It could be a new IP and that's even more dangerous and companies stay away from that [ __ ] because it could be another marathon.
>> Alex's idea was perfect. It's three, but then just starts shifting the boobies.
>> Yeah, that's how you do it. boobies.
Okay, >> that's how you get people to buy skins.
People don't want neon robot skins to make you look like the NPCs if they do want >> no >> boobies.
>> That's obvious. That's super obvious.
>> Now, uh, you know, and so as far as saving what Bungie is doing now for evaluation, trying to get more people into Marathon, I'm sorry, I just don't think it's going to happen.
>> It's not. There there will be small bumps here and there, but they're going to be small and and less impactful than other games that put out content that get bigger bumps. It's going to be smaller bumps. Uh based upon everything that that I know and my experience and years in the industry, uh it would take some heavy heavy work to bring back large amounts of players. heavy heavy work that I don't think number one they have the staff for because they're probably already working on other [ __ ] and number two they don't want to invest any more in something that they know they're going to you know mothball uh a year or two down along the line and instead put resources into the next thing that could appeal to a mass market >> well Budgies also put out that they're working on they're like we don't want to do big DLC and big big changes we want to do small patches and it's like I think you need a big a real big thing to get to lure Everybody's all happy with the, oh, look at this quote. They're not abandoning Marathon. They're Marathon's going to continue. They're going to support Marathon and the dedicated players. It's like, they were always going to say that.
>> They have to, >> even if they even if behind the scenes they're like, no, uh, cut it out. Uh, reduce the content for this, uh, you know, run it on live support until about this date and then you're done.
>> I mean, they would have said the very same thing.
>> Well, Sony said, quote, "Player reception is strong and engagement metrics such as retention also remain at a high level.
No, it's not. What are you talking about? I mean, that's absolutely wrong.
Just look it for it yourself. 70% of the player base is on Steam. You can see the numbers on Steam yourself.
>> They're they're not very good liars. Um, now what they will say that they mean is the the hardcore keep playing it. Well, yeah. I mean, you're going to have a dedicated people who are hardcore about something log on every day to get their free little shotguns and their ammunition and their bits and their shields and then and then either they log off or they play a little bit more and eventually they're they're starting to dwindle now.
>> They were hardcore high guard.
>> I mean, season 2 has a [ __ ] night map.
>> Oh, is it the good map?
>> No.
>> Joe, is it the good map?
>> No, it's night map. Dire marsh, which I stay away from Dire Marsh. I don't even want to play Dire Marsh.
>> I want you to see less of it.
>> You You want me to see less of it and for it to be harder? No, I don't even want to play it when your new update for season 2 is a night map. That's [ __ ] pathetic, man.
>> Turn the lights off.
>> There's one more update called I forget what the system is called. I think it's carrier or something like that where you can customize your runner even more with different you can make your triage faster because he's got less mobility than some of the other ones and you can do this and that. Yeah, that's cool.
Again, that's something for hardcore players that, you know, are sweaties and the casuals don't know how to do, don't give a [ __ ] about, and it's not for them. The only thing that would happen is if you bring a single player campaign and then you filter that campaign into an extraction mo, your extraction mode that's already there, that can bring back people. The other thing that can bring back people is aliens. Put more [ __ ] aliens in it. Fits. If this night map on Dire Marsh doesn't come with aliens, what the [ __ ] are you doing?
What the [ __ ] are you doing over there with this license? And I guarantee it's not going to come with aliens.
>> Yeah, >> I can't guarantee that, but I mean it they seem stupid enough to release it without any Yeah. Um, and then like we mentioned with Hell Divers is the people who are playing, even if you are a hardcore fan, are you incentivized to throw Bungie money knowing that this game potentially gets shuttered sooner than it would had it been successful?
And you're going to be less likely to be like, "Oh, I'm going to buy that skin pack or I'm going to buy whatever all these cosmetics and these things where these live service games really make a lot of their money, most of their money, because they make a whole lot of money just selling to 1.2 million people. So, >> we've got a Suicide Squad Kills a Justice League situation in coming.
Season one, season two, >> season three. [ __ ] I >> Are we even going to get to a season three? I mean, we're barely getting to a season two, so we'll see. Numbers are already >> Yeah, but it's like, what does Sony like, does Sony do another get another black eye where they just cancel another live service thing and just go, >> they're not going to cancel this one.
And they're going to keep this one going for a year past when it was solvent.
Okay. It's not even solvent now.
>> No, it's lost 200 175 200 million.
>> But they're going to because they're already in they're going to put minimum life supports skeleton crew at some point and keep it going even when they know that any other one would have shut down by now. So, we don't really have to worry about that. Um, but that what that means is less support, less content, less big things added to Marathon over time versus if it was successful like Arc Raiders. Skark Raiders was huge and I was like, "Wow, you play Rock Raiders." But I don't know. Yeah, >> even Embark is kind of looking like they fumbled some of that.
>> And then the Sony's got two paths where they fire everybody or fire a lot of people and they just say, "Nope, Bungie, you have to go even smaller." Hopefully they do the right thing and they keep all these people and just say, "All right, start work. Keep all these employees, start work on your your next big project that hopefully they're already working on.
>> I want Bungie to win." Okay. I liked Marathon more than most. Uh but I could have I recognized its weaknesses and we saw this coming and we said it exactly in our review. So go check it out in the review. Uh I just hope that they're they survive out through the next thing. And honestly, I want a new IP, but that's me selfishly saying I don't I don't give a [ __ ] about Destiny. Destiny turned me off and I got out of Destiny. I have two reviews off for Desi. Go watch them.
Those are my opinions. And you know, I think that they were amongst uh wellsupported uh live service games, but terrible new player experiences. So, if Destiny 3 rolls around, that needs to be, you know, fixed. Uh but I would prefer something different. Give us [ __ ] something like Planet Side 3. That'd be [ __ ] sweet.
All right, that's what I got for this one.
>> Okay, I got something. Let's see. Uh, I found it interesting that Far Far West, this is a cowboy co-op shooter that we tried out that we thought was fun and had a little bit of an explosion of popularity. Well, the developer says that its service provider is quote unquote currently drinking mojitos instead of helping All right, update. Evil Raptor says that the servers are up right now, but the promo codes aren't still still are not working. We're still working on a fix, and we hope that the servers are going to hold from now on. Uh, but this was uh after the original story that it dominated the Steam NextFest back in February. So, it came out, it was a hit, in fact, such a big hit that they struggled with the servers. Um, and I guess uh let's see. Uh, quote unquote, "Our network provers anti-DOS system is triggered due to the spike in player count that happened today. This means it currently won't be able to join public lobbies or claim the promo codes in the game." And then uh let's see problem until the problems are resolved.
And then that they said the studios were going to fix the issue as quickly as can, but ward on Discord because you know video games these days all all of them have Discord. Then when you go into their discord, it's like look uh our excellent service provider is currently drinking mojitos instead of helping and uh so they were getting a little salty that uh they're you know and I would be too because you probably pay those providers a lot of money to do [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Yeah. You you don't have a whole lot of opportunities to have a game blow up and if something like that hampers that I mean you're turning something into like millions of dollars into you know nothing.
>> Yeah. So they it's through their smile you can see their annoyance. Uh they sold more than 250 uh,000 copies in just 2 days. A great sign of success. Um so but they've kind of ironed it out now and hopefully they've ironed it out.
>> Hey, there's 25 22,000 people playing right now.
>> Pretty good for game like that.
>> It's fun.
>> Um yeah. Okay. Well, that was a a small little story. I've got more, but we're going to save it for uh the second video. Um, and oh, I I could tell you this. Uh, Mortal Kombat did well at the box office. Um, however, uh, there was a little bit of a drop. And this is something that I anticipated, uh, that once all the video game players went to go see it and the people who desire Mortal Kombat, um, mass audiences are probably less engaged. If they see Mortal Kombat 2, they're like, "What?
Where's Mortal Kombat 1?" you know, and they probably don't remember the 1993 or seven ones. Um, and I think that's and it also didn't help that it released when we went drove there, there was tons of cars in the parking lot. I was like, "All right, Mortal Kombat." And then I realized it was Devil Wears Prada, too.
And so, I'm sure a lot of guys had to do their girlfriend and wife duty instead of going to see Mortal Kombat. They were like, "Babe, can we see more?" All right, they got to go to >> Hey, the first Devil Awares product is a good It's a good book.
>> I've never played I've never seen it.
So, >> yeah, game was terrible. But a few ticket sales of of guys dragging their girlfriends to see Mortal Kombat was probably not happening that week when uh Devil May Devil Wears Prada, whatever it is, uh was taken away from that. Uh so they are at worldwide 63 million after that first week. A little weaker on international. So that that spell doom for for the you uh for Superman. It might spell doom for Mortal Kombat. Uh the domestic growth 63.5% for 40 million. International only did 36.5 which is 23 million. But I I never expected Mortal Kombat to be a huge international hit, but I just wish it had done a little bit. I hope it at least breaks even cuz I you know >> so I don't think it's going to be this ma smash hit and you know they tried to move it to this slot specifically to be a smash hit. It's already running out of steam uh a little quicker than they want. So I will keep track of the box office and uh and tell you what that might mean for a potential third uh movie because they are definite they definitely tease it, you know. So, but it's making money. It's only is it an $80 million budget and the first week we've already made 63. So, I think we're on track to to be profitable. It's just how much and what will the studios be willing to give you for a third one.
>> I think it's going to be tough. I'm probably 50% drop off the next week >> and that you need to make at least 120 if not 160 total box office. Um, >> yeah, I'd like to say I fought valiantly at the box office but lost to uh the the the Devil Prada.
>> Yeah, Mel Street's great. I mean, it's hard to beat Mel Street.
>> Sounds like you wanted to. Should we have gone to Devil?
>> I You can You can watch both. I No, I don't I don't necessarily need to see The first one was good enough. I don't need to see the second one.
>> Yeah. So, >> I hope they would do better. I'm sure they hoped it would do better and that's why they moved it here. But I think it's hilarious that they moved away from Beonia and then got smacked down by another female another female land film.
You know, it probably would have done better in the Bonia slide.
>> For sure.
>> Just saying.
>> Yeah. Then with Mother's Day weekend, they're like, "Let's go see this movie."
>> That's Mortal Kombat. Drag Mom to Mortal Kombat.
>> Yeah, that's not happening. It was Mother's Day weekend. That's Oh, that's what the thing I forgot. And I was like, a lot of them are having to do girlfriend and wife duty because they're mothers and they're can we go SEE MONICA?
>> SHUT THE [ __ ] UP. IT'S MY DAY. IT'S MY DAY. WE'RE seeing Devil May.
It's >> like god damn it. You moved this movie specifically to try to for it to do better and you chose to go up against the a [ __ ] juggernaut that's like telling I'm going to let's go up against GTA 6. Stupid.
All right. Well, we'll keep an eye on that because I do want a third film. I think it was fun enough to earn a third.
Maybe they'll have to go back to HBO Max. I don't know. We'll see. All right.
