And now you have the hydrogen added there.
And you have the OH added to the other carbon.
When you look at this structure, you see that it has an alkene here, and it has an OH on the carbon with the double bond, and that is called an enol.
Enols are not stable. They will undergo what's called keto-enol tautomerism.
So, KET which transforms it into a keto form, which will either be an aldehyde or a ketone. In this case, the double bond moves to this position here. So, you end up with And now you end up with that as a double bond, which is actually a ketone. So, the keto form will be more stable.
