Successful cargo van business operations require proper business setup including LLC formation, business credit establishment, and professional presentation to secure contracts; mentors provide structured training and industry connections but mentees must be willing to work hard, build relationships, and understand that business success requires patience, persistence, and willingness to pay for proper resources rather than expecting free opportunities.

man.
>> Man, what's good, man? Cargo P in the building.
>> Y'all know what it is, man.
>> From Georgia, the the Dallas. Uh I'm enjoy I've been in Georgia all week.
I've been in the a I got one more week up here in Atlanta. U helping my sister.
Um cuz she got a serious situation going on. So, prayers go out to my sister, y'all. Um and you know, just being big bro and holding it down and and still trying to, you know, run my business as best as I can. And thanks to Cargo Pedo and Field for um holding my business down. I appreciate y'all. Like for real, for real. Um and yeah, we got I got one more week up here and then I can't wait to get back to Florida because I got so much business I got to handle down there. I got some meetings I need to do.
Um some big meetings I need to do. Um but other than that, man, like look man, we Carl P said he had um something important he had to do today. So we had to come jump on early today. Um cuz he can't miss that that money opportunity.
That's a nice amount of change. So, I wouldn't even I wouldn't even want to interrupt that in no way, shape, form, or fashion.
>> Not g not gonna do it at all.
>> Hell no.
>> Those of you that's looking to get in the car business, man, a lot of you all ask us a lot of the same questions a lot, and that's fine. We know a lot of new people that, you know, you might just be your first time seeing us on here. You don't know nothing about us.
My name Tony. I've been in the cargo van space for seven years. Um, I've gotten thousands of people up and running through my mentorship program. My average mentee makes anywhere between 120,000 to $150,000 a year. Uh, I love what I do. I love teaching people. I love training people. I've been literally training for five years. Uh, I'm trying to retire after this year though because I just feel like I'm burnt out on it a little bit.
>> It's a wrap. um pretty much retire retire on enrollment facts on letting people come in because I get I need a break from that from letting new people come in. So that's why I tell y'all if you if you you want to start this game and you want to be highly successful like someone like Cargo B who started with me back in 2022 when this man made $3.2 million last year. So if you want to be like him, man, if you have the opportunity and the means, the budget to start this business and you want to do it with me, do it now before you ain't going to be able to do it. I'm going just tell you like that. I'm just being real with y'all. So tap in >> because it's not easy. Cargo don't even know how to do it. You feel me? He he tell all the time.
>> Oh, what we say? Oh, the dynamic boo stick with us and Cargo P. Changing lives one contract at a time. I love that fam. That's fire.
>> My boy say changing.
>> Hold up.
>> I got the same thing. I had just got a phone call.
>> N Yeah, the the phone calls coming in.
No, don't do Don't do that now, guys.
>> Okay.
>> Now, I was gonna say, man, everybody want to do this this this work. No, no, no. Let me take that back. Everybody want the money, not the work. Let me take that back.
>> But what it takes to actually run >> a business, what it takes to really like put in the game, like, man, nah. So even even when people ask about mentorship, even when they be like, "Oh, you g you gonna do it. You gonna do it next. You gonna pick up the mantle."
Absolutely not. Absolutely not. Y'all would hate me. So I don't want to do I don't want to do nobody like that. And I don't want nobody's money at all. I don't care about your money like at all because it ain't worth it. You know what I'm saying? Like with me, I cut you off.
Like Tony got Listen, I'll be telling y'all. Y'all better be grateful for him, man. Like Tony got given like patience and understanding and stuff like that. I ain't got it. It ain't there.
>> He does the uh >> Yeah, >> that's why Tony got back in >> and I don't you know.
>> So no, I can't do it. It's crazy.
Okay, so look. So, uh, let me let me just go ahead and say this now for everybody that's going to be asking about loads and stuff like that. It's the weekend, man. It's a wrap.
>> That's right. And we tell y'all this all the time. No military secret.
>> Hold on.
>> T D, what up family? How you doing, man?
>> Hey, and on top of that, tomorrow is a holiday.
>> Holiday. really going to be >> you fa to be say look and I just I said that the other day I was like yo you gonna have people saying yo I've been sitting since Friday it's a weekend like >> I don't know what else >> if if you have if you have a age authority meaning like your authority is a year old I would say get on select this lower board get on DAT lower board you got you all gota I'm gonna give you I'm be so real with y'all today um you all got to spend money to make money.
You have >> You can't start You can't start no business and not expect business expenses. That don't even make sense.
>> So, look look, let me dumb it down for everybody. Everybody that's asking Tony to book their loads where what load boy you think he paying for?
>> Like at the end, I'm I'mma tell you something. I'mma tell you something. Our people our people today like, "Oh, you want to get on the phone for free? You want low boards for free? You want everything for free. This this is what's wrong with our culture. Everything ain't free. You know what I'm saying? Like it's it's almost like >> Well, damn Cargo, you got here for this.
I paid this man.
He didn't he didn't he didn't just say, "Oh, bro, hey man, I think you a cool dude. Join my mentorship for free." I paid for it. I paid for his time. I paid for his information. The only difference was I took the information and said, "Hey, I got to go get to it." I hate to be dependent upon somebody else. And unfortunately, the reason why I don't want to do the mentorship is because a lot of y'all are too dependable. Like, y'all too dependent on the person.
You're not going to call me all day every day and say, "Man, I don't Bro, that ain't Listen, I'mma lay out what I did to get to where I'm at. You can either follow it or don't.
>> But I know you're not. Listen, >> I'm 41 years old.
>> I'm 41 years old. I don't want to look like I'm 50. Okay.
Only thing.
>> Hey, that's real now.
Some facts.
>> I may not even look 41 to some people, but damn it. I don't want to I don't want to I don't want to get a I don't want to get aged out because y'all stressing me out. Hell no. But it it's crazy, man. Like, and that's my thing.
See, I ain't gonna lie. If I did a mentorship, man, I probably had like 30 people, bro. like that. That would be it. They'd be like, "Yo, you got the smallest mentorship ever." Because, bro, I can't deal with I can't deal with all y'all, man.
>> Yeah. Now, I will say now it's going to be some lows popping up tomorrow. Um, >> it will be.
>> So, like, so like my 1enters, if you in my 1% program, we book your lows, like, you know, we in a different group chat.
So, you know, hit us up, you know, cuz we we always, you know, the dispatch team, they always make sure y'all got loads, you know. But far as like all the other mentees, we off off on all holidays and weekends. Give us give us all time to spend time with our family, handle business and stuff like that.
>> Look, let let let's say this again.
I'mma say it again for all of y'all.
Okay, >> Cargo, y'all y'all see what y'all done did, man.
>> Unless y'all got a load, >> stop hitting that line. Like listen, y'all gotta be respectful, man. Like, we work hard to do all of the stuff we doing. We still got our own businesses we still got to do, but we give y'all the time. We give you 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to 6 Monday through Friday on the weekend. Give people a break, man. Like, I'mma be honest with you. You can't hit me up in a Saturday morning talking about your business. I don't care about your business at that point.
I ain't clocked out. Like, treat us like y'all treat the banks. Treat us like y'all treat the rest of the damn people in the world that got a business. This is still a business and it's your business. You the one went down there to the Secretary of State and set up your LLC.
>> I didn't do.
>> So, you got to run your business the way that you want to run it. But you gonna stop hitting that line because I ain't gonna lie. See, that's why I said I'm not ready to be somebody's mentor because I start going in.
>> I cut you off. Like, man, take your money back. Goodbye. Because it's not worth it. It's really not worth it. I swear it's not like people got to have a break. A lot of y >> How do I do it, bro?
>> I don't know how the hell you do it. I I I ask all the time. I be like, "Yo, what is what you got?" And whatever you got, whatever the most high gave you, I don't want it. Okay, I'm sorry. I do not want it. skip over me, bro. Listen, I would, bro. I would rather drive. Okay, I'd rather drive, bro. I do not want to deal with people >> and I'm I'm Look, look, this to the mentees only, not everybody else.
>> Hold on. Let me give him a disclaimer real quick. So, >> so like maybe like a week or two ago, I I had I got a probably like a week ago, I had to come to I'm in Atlanta right now, so I had to come take care of my sister. And those of you that don't know, my sister had a stroke. So, I've been taking care of my sister, right?
Um, and I'm gonna be up here probably like another week and then I gotta come back to Florida. So, I asked Cargo P, I said, "Cargo P, man, can you like, you know, come into the group chat with the mentees and like, you know, help me run a mentorship, you know, while I handle this personal some personal things I got going on." So, Cargo P said, he said, "Bro, I got you. No problem. I'm here."
So, but by him being in there and he's seeing what you got to do, he like, "Hell no.
Hey, listen. When you got >> man all the mentees, right?
>> Okay.
>> The first step, the first step in the mentorship when you join, it's a whole to-do list, man. It's a whole It's structured a certain way. Mhm.
>> Nobody goes into the portal cuz all of the questions I be seeing, >> they're literally in the portal, man.
>> They're in the portal, man. Like, I don't get it. Like, all of it's there.
But y'all hate to go through the And then >> y'all I'm I'm be honest with you. Some of them question y'all be asking when we get on the phone with y'all. I'mma make I'mma make this today.
You got like 10 minutes on the phone because you ain't got nothing going on that much to where we gota go above that. Anything above 10 minutes we gonna start taxing. I'mma start look. Hey, you know how they do? I'mma pause the conversation and say yo >> kid.
>> You going to hit that zel or something because just sitting on the phone.
>> What are we talking about, bro? Like it's van >> pick up and drop off and keep going.
Yeah, >> like it, bro. Like, oh man, how can I get this? The way you get contracts, let me tell y'all again. The way you get contracts, you make sure your business is completely set up to where you can go to a company and say, "Hey, I was just talking to uh I forgot his name. I'm sorry I forgot your name, but I was talking to somebody, a mentee, and he went to a company and they told him, they said, "Yo, if you had like five vans, we would give you this contract."
Mhm.
>> You gota you got to offer them what they need. If you don't have what they need, keep building your business.
>> Appreciate that.
>> You're not gonna get a contract today.
>> You ain't gonna just wake up and be like, "Oh, boom. Let me get a contract."
You got to present them something.
>> They don't know you. Who Who is this uh snag snag snag person because >> Oh, man.
>> Don't worry about them, dog. I'mma get them out of here for you. Don't even worry about >> because you you already know. I'm in I'm in Dallas.
>> Gone. Don't worry about it, man. Got it.
>> In Dallas. Okay, that's all I can say.
I'm in Texas. Let's get to it. But anyway, uh but yeah, like so when y'all are asking because we keep on talking about the blueprint, but I don't really think nobody understand the blueprint. I don't I don't get it because like right now if we call like one of the other mentees that's been doing well for consecutive years at a time, not a month, not two months, three months, years, >> they're gonna tell you the same thing.
>> Hey bro, well, how did you get this? Oh, I was out here working and this happened.
>> Oh, I was doing this. Oh, I didn't call all damn weekend, all night because I need you to save my business.
>> Follow the blueprint. Take your Okay.
Are we Are we that far removed >> that you ain't got to pay your dues? Do nobody got to pay their dues no more?
>> I even know in the streets you got to pay your dues. I even know when you go entry level to a job, you got to pay your dues before they even think about giving you a raise.
>> Why is it so different here?
>> The entire man, I appreciate all that love for my sister, man. Thank y'all so much, man. Like I said, >> yeah, I'm probably gonna be up here just one more week and then I got to get to Florida because I got some a lot I got so much work I got to do in Florida. I got to stop by my business. I got so much I got to do. I see VJ. I see VJ in the building, bro. I appreciate you, bro. You do not even understand.
Especially during these times I'm going through. Um, but soon as I make it to Florida, I'mma check on all your stuff, bro. And I know you should be good. And I can't wait to uh, you know, to to make sure you good, bro. For real.
But yeah, man. Jacob, >> appreciate that, man.
>> But you know what that that that's even another thing in life when somebody going through something, an emergency, anything like that, and other people step up, it's kind of like, yo, like we're still human, man. And sometime the lines get crossed.
>> And when you cross that line, >> when you cross that line and you you you know, you show that you're a little disrespectful to the situation, I'mma be disrespectful to your s. That's why I keep telling y'all Tony is a godsent person for y'all because it wouldn't be me. None of y'all are talking to me that way. I'll literally come and drop your [ __ ] off and then we can figure it out.
But I would never be able to do that.
Like no, bro. If I told if I told you if I told y'all that one of my f my sister, my mama, my grandmama, one of my children, if I told you that I was dealing with a personal issue and you keep telling me about my business, I'mma turn back into that other [ __ ] I'mma turn back into him. I'mma come see you cuz I'mma show you how much your business means nothing to me when it come down to family. And you should feel that way, too. So that's why when y'all be crying about 365 days out the year, I need a load. I need a load. Spend time with your family because they not gonna always be here.
>> Like stop. Like I'm telling you, man, this mentality, that's why I can't do mentorship. My mentorship would be damn near 20,000. Keep it real with you. Cuz I know cuz I Why we say this?
>> Yeah, because you gonna get you gonna get some gray hairs and you gonna make >> it's not easy.
>> But that's the point. You going you're going to make it back though. Like you're going to literally make it back.
Hey bro, 20 20k.
>> You going you going they going to make the 20,000 back in two months. Like >> and literally >> three months at the most. Yeah. Even if you did turn 20, you they gonna make >> So that So that's why all I'm saying is is that we just got to be respectful, man. Like we got to be respectful.
>> What's your name?
>> The same way. What happened?
>> S I'm in Atlanta. Um, I mean, so if you you can use a virtual address for your business, but do your business have business credit? Like, have you established business credit for your business in order to get funding?
I'm in Florida looking forward to viewing your older content and learning.
Oh, yeah. Most definitely, man. I've been doing this. I've been mentoring for five years. Also, I was going to say, um, me and Adrian got a, uh, we working on I just dropped it today. Me and Adrian working on this class. And then also I'm I'm working on some with Adrian to get people funding and the percentage is gonna be lower than anybody charged for the funding. So that's something else we gonna be working on. So if you got a 680 or higher credit score, no late payments, no collections, about four to five years of credit history, and only about two or three inquiries, then we can get you funding. U I got to put the number up and all you got to do is just text funding. But you got to make sure don't don't text funding and you know you got a collection or you know you got late payments. That don't make sense. You're not going to be eligible. You need to go through a credit repair before you're eligible. So I I'mma put the number up and all you got to do is text funding and then um and we gonna get you in the system and link you with Amar. We're gonna try to get as many people funding. He doing this for his birthday. His birthday is in like one month and so he he just want to show a lot of love and get a lot of people funding. So I'm about to help him do that.
um friend.
>> Yeah, you got I see. So, yeah. So, you don't have business. So, you don't even have uh business credit. So, for you to get a cargo van or to start a business, you're going to use your personal to get started.
>> Is it necessary to have a website? I mean, it's not necessary starting off, but eventually, if you want to get those direct customers, those direct contracts, they're going to check to see if you got a website. um especially if you advertising your business or something like that, companies are going to click on it to see if you got a website to see how they can reach out to you. So that's something that um that companies do do. Hey, so the comment above though, he said, "I believe you're speaking to tier two and above. I'm trying to figure out how to get from subcontract on demand work to get in contract." So it has nothing >> all of it's going to be sub.
>> Yeah, I don't have nothing to do with tears. I I think y'all don't probably understand that I've never upgraded to any other program. I started in tier one. I've never upgraded. So, it it's not about that that like >> I did I didn't even have all the other the tier one the tier twos the 1% >> cuz I ain't gonna lie.
>> Cargo P, y'all got to remember Cargo P started in 2002. I mean 2022.
Yeah, it was it wasn't because if if it was I would have uh I would have done the I would have done the 1% or something. Just do it for me. But uh >> Yeah, because I mean the 1% come with so much. It's like it just come with so much. It's like it's too come with too much if you ask me.
>> Yeah, it um but no, the your tears don't have nothing to do with your contracts.
Your contracts >> is about your business. How are you? How are you like just like you said a website?
>> Do your business even have a website?
>> Do you have enough employees that are running under you to really present your company as if it's a big company?
>> I'm telling you, when you're a fleet owner, they look at you different.
That's all I can tell you >> because you can cut down on their issues. Are you You're supposed to be the problem solver.
>> That's fact.
>> That's how you get contracts. Be a problem solver. Hey, you need this, you need this. I got all that. All right.
Well, let's talk.
>> That's how you get a contract. We can't just call, "Hey, man. Uh, we got a a mentee. He need a contract."
>> Now, I could do that, but you have to pay for it like for like you would have to pay for now two. Now, with me, tier two, we do give you a guaranteed contract for over the road, but then we also connect you like now, let's say you don't want to do an exclusive contract.
You have options. So, you say, "Yo, Tony, I want to be I want to book and bid on my own loads and I want to work with multiple carriers." And then we'll help you set that up. So you do got you got options no matter cuz I always tell people you can do this business however you want to do it. So if you if you this this what I want this what I would like my mentees to do or anybody that's you know I like you to say yo bro I want to do this I want to run my business like this. How can I run my business like this? And then I'm going to give you the ex the full blueprint on how to run it exactly how you want to run it. You might say yo Tony I can't I can't be gone for too long. I need to be home at least once a week or or once every other week or whatever the case may be. I'm gonna say, "Okay, this how we need to set you up." You might say, "Tony, I need to stay local. I need to be able to come home um every night because I got two or three kids, a single parent, whatever your case may be. Okay, this what we need to do." So, that's how you got always, my mama always taught me a closed mouth don't get fed. So, if you want to make a certain type of money or you want to run your business a certain way, all you got to do is just tell me.
Same thing Cargo P did. What, two years ago, Tony, how can I make $1 million in one year? That was what he asked me. How can I get to what you're doing? I gave him the full blueprint. The man did not wait around. I swear, I don't know if it was that after he asked me that, I don't know if it was that week or the second week, but I already knew he had started buying more vans. It was immediately. He did not even wait. The second week, he did not wait. He started immediately.
And next, and the crazy thing about it, the next time I do an Inerson event, I'mma go on my phone and I'mma show y'all how many vans this man was buying.
Like, it was it was mindblowing uh the level of vans that he was getting.
>> But you know what though, the crazy part about it is the first year >> you fixing your you fixing your credit?
>> Um, I'm getting fixing your business.
>> You're structuring everything so you can go do that.
>> It wasn't just a >> It was It was It was planned. It was like, "Yo, I need to make sure my business is good. I need to make sure my business credit, my personal credit, I got to make sure all this stuff is good to go talk to them people about, yo, I need Vans. I got to connect. I had made a connect with a guy in in Atlanta and he was like, "Yo, bro, whenever you need Vans, bro, holl at me." I said, "Bet."
So, I hollered at him when I was ready and then it just went from there. But, you know, again, it's >> normally you still normally you still need your own insurance. Uh I had somebody hit my hit my phone number up um earlier today and he said, "Man, I'm paying he" He said, "I'm paying I think he said I had to put 2500 down >> I saw that >> for my insurance and I'm paying 1300 a month." And I said and I said, "Well, why why you are why did you do that?"
Because I because what happened was I seen his number and I noticed I talked to him like early 2025 and I was like bro like you could have got with my insurance broker. I could have got you that insurance way cheaper. I'm like bro I told you like you know you didn't join the mentorship. You tried to do it on your own. See that's the thing. You try to do it on your own and you paying 2500 down for commercial insurance. That's too much money to be putting down. you should be putting $1,000 $1,500 down. So that's the thing about knowing somebody in the business and you using all their connections. You going to save yourself money across the board. You do not want to overspend in this business. You got to understand you don't got no semi-truck. You don't got no box truck.
Those make a lot of money but they expenses are very high. You have a cargo van. You got to understand what you working with. you know, a cargo van, keep the overhead as low as you can.
Cargo vans average 2500 to 3500 a week just starting off. And that's if you with me. I can't say that you're going to get that if you try it out on your own. Over time, yes, you will be able to figure it out and learn over on your own and then finally get it or build a proper relationship. Right now, we got people with short attentional spans. We got people who will get a contract and that first week if they only get two loads, they don't want the contract no more. It's like, damn, you didn't even get that contract a chance. That same contract, somebody else might have it and been with them for six months and they bringing in $4,000 a week with that same contract. But because you got two lows in one week, you were so quick to give up. You said, "F building a relationship. That ain't what I want.
They ain't give me but two loads." You can't think like that. That's a That's a short attention span. You got to think way bigger than that. You got to understand, y'all, people out here got fleets. I was in a meeting I was in a meeting with Ford >> and Ford told me there was it's a lady that has 1,800 um drivers in her fleet. 1,800.
>> That's like like yo, we not scratching the surface. That's that goes to show you just how much money out here. But we don't think we can get it because we don't believe in oursel. We don't think it's possible. It is possible.
>> Or Oh, no. No. They may believe. They just don't. Yeah. They believe in you doing it for them. It ain't They don't want to do the work they >> Yeah. That rate map that rate map is to help um to help you all understand the rates in different cities and states.
And that's and that's extremely important too because that's one of the key factors of why people don't bid correctly and they'll say damn I've been bidding but I can't get a load. Every time someone tell me that I say give me a cargo P is a witness. Y'all got to understand Cargo P is in my mentorship group chat. He sees everything. So somebody said um they was like I said well explain explain to me how you bid.
>> Yeah. And when he show when he explained it to me, I said, "Bro, you are over bidding." Like, "How did you get that bid?" And it ain't nothing wrong with that cuz you still got to learn. Don't beat yourself up. That's what I'm here for. I'm here to teach you so you can understand how to properly bid. So, if you got a load, let's say your load is 200 miles. Let I'm going even put you in a bad area. Let's say you 200 miles.
Let's say you in Utah. Utah is a tough area. So 200 miles and you in Utah, I'm going to say you you you going to get that load for about $250, maybe $300, you know, if that, because you in Utah.
Now, if it's a long distance load, let's say it's a,000 miles coming out of Utah, they going they're going to try you. I'm telling you, they gonna tell you 700, 750. You might get 800. You got to understand where you where you're in a dead zone. It's hard to get out of that area. Or let's say you're in North Dakota. Same thing. You got to know where you're at. You know what I'm saying? If you in Washington State or Oregon, >> you got to know where you at. Not saying you're not going to make a profit. You still going to make a profit. But the key is to get out of that area and get in a better area. Get out of Utah and get in that Midwest or get out of New York and get to the Upper East Coast or or at least get to Texas or somewhere like that. So now your next load is a better load. You know, if you notice your lows when you book loads, if y'all notice the price fluctuate. The reason it fluctuate is because you're in different regions. Different regions pay different prices. That's why this is important for you all to learn this. Um it it just it just that's why I don't like when people hit me and they just say, "Hey, I need loads. Can't you just book me loads and I pay you on the back end?" No, I don't know you. Because when you mess up my authority, when you Hold triggering one second today, y'all. Cuz he's witnessed this stuff.
>> One second.
>> What is this backend [ __ ] though? Like, everybody want to do stuff on the back end. Oh, yeah, man. I I got you, bro. If you do this, bro, no, man. Pay me up front, bro.
>> Yo, you couldn't Hey, look, you couldn't finance your cargo van on the back on the back end. You couldn't get that commercial insurance on the back end.
You can't pay for gas on the back end.
So respect >> on the back.
>> Like for real. It's just real talk though. I'm just speaking real to y'all today, man. Cuz I feel like sometimes certain things that need to be said so people can understand it more and it be more of a respect level and also you gonna get up and running and you gonna make money. That's the key. We're all in this to make money at the end of the day. We're not in this for you. Wake up every morning >> you looking for loads to get. You looking for contracts and routes to get so you can make money. You not in this for no other reason. You in this to make money to take care of your family. And me and Cargo P as mentors. We Well, Cargo P no mentor cuz he said he ain't doing it. But me as a mentor, I'm in this to make sure you make money.
>> I'm just a little bro. Uh somebody in the car. Grind.
>> Grind. I mean grind more.
>> Make sure you got your LLC.
>> Listen. Listen. Y'all y'all y'all might not want to Y'all don't probably believe this. I don't know cuz I can show it to you. But anyway, me and Tony both have almost had similar past when it come down to the grind. Tony door dashed. I door dash everything. Listen y'all, there's so many ways. I was Door Dash for like 14 hours a day.
>> You know what I'm saying? But I was seeing some good money because I was willing to go to other cities. I'm not stuck to a city. I go where the money at. So the point is is that if you're in a car, you can do whatever you can do.
>> Yeah. to to grind. And on top of that, don't leave your job so fast. Everybody be want to just leave their job so quick. And I'd be like, you're not even there yet. Like, you ain't you ain't made it there yet. So, listen, stay on your job and grind. I was doing that. I was a general manager running a restaurant and then I would door dash when I got off work because I was about the money. And then when I came across Tony's video, I said, "Cargo vans? Wait a minute. I ain't never thought about them. And I jumped on and I my grind still stayed the same though. I don't stop. Y'all be talking about, man, uh I don't want to work this thing. I don't want to do that. I do everything in the cargo van. I don't care if it's freight.
I don't care if it's jumping on a app.
If it's if it's available, I don't care if it's joing on Door Dash, CB Driver, whatever they got going. I'll touch the freight. I won't touch the freight. I don't care. But the point is, you have to put yourself in that position. And every time I did it, it was building a relationship because then they call, "Hey man, um, two months ago you came and did this for us. Are you still available?" Yeah. What we talking about?
How many you need? Oh, we need this much. Yeah. Okay. Well, it it'll I would negotiate this price. We'll see you Monday. That's how you do it. You put in the top. Every every most people that struggle, you're only struggling because you're too entitled or the Facebook group jacked you up. Some guru done told you something different. You have to work that. You ain't no shortcuts, man.
There's no shortcuts.
>> That's true.
>> So Tony's not like the only shortcut >> is really mentorship, but that's putting you in position. That's a cheat code >> to get. But it ain't it ain't it ain't gonna stop it ain't gonna stop the fact that well damn. Well, I'm uh I'm Tony's mentee, so I ain't got to build no relationship. I'm just gonna go do what I do.
>> That's not how that work.
>> Again, I tell y'all, I'm nobody. I'm nobody in my eyes when it comes down to life. I just look at I just work hard.
But listen, Marlin, um, London, who some of the other drivers that really be getting Oh, I forgot. What's >> Oh, but I'm just saying everybody Everybody that puts in work. That's the difference. They put in work. There's not, it ain't nothing.
>> Listen, y'all. I ain't getting nothing under the table. Hey, bro. You know what I'm saying, bro? I'm going to give you a little number.
>> I mean 102 for the guaranteed contract.
All you need is 300,000 liability with 100,000 cargo. But now if you want to work with multiple carriers, then you need to get 1 million liability with 100,000 cargo. Because see with me, I'm able to >> I'm able to I'm able to set you up to where you don't have to spend a lot of money. That mean if you get the 300 liability, that's a more lower insurance policy. Now if you if you want to work with multiple companies then you need to get the 1 million because all other companies going to request for you to have the 1 million. They don't want to allow you to have the 300,000. Now now I will say over time once you build the relationship you can step to them and say hey can I lower my policy from 1 million to 300 because I feel like we got a good rapport. I feel like we both understand each other. We make good money together. And most of the time most companies will say yes. they'll allow you to drop it back down. That way it saves you more money. You can start putting that money back in your pocket, you know. So, it's a lot of different rules and methods to this game. Um, you know, and it's just all about just who you know and how you get set up. That that's that plays a big role, you know.
I it's it's it's a little like disheartening like to see like people rush get up and running and get the van and paying high high van notes, paying high insurance notes, and that's a lot of stress. You know what I'm saying? So that's why I'm just trying to make sure y'all set y'allselves up the right way the first time. That way you don't got to go back and fix nothing. And if we got to fix something cool, we'll we'll try our best to turn your business around for you.
>> Uh NYC, hey, are you following me on any other social media joint? Because uh I'll send you the one that I use. It's a solar uh generator though and it works wonders. Okay.
You said Cargo P. You still got the million. Hell boy. Hell no. I've been let that go.
>> Yeah, I got I got 300,000 though.
>> I don't I don't even use one million.
>> No, hell no. Look, you know what I did?
I called and told them I said, "Yo, >> I didn't made y'all too much money. We got to drop it.
>> It's time to go."
>> Absolutely.
>> Absolutely.
>> It's time to go. And they said, >> but I'mma tell you, bro, even even like some of my mentees, um, I had sent them to my insurance broker. She got him a quote for like 630 for 1 million. 630 a month for 1 million liability.
>> Well, with 100,000 car.
>> Yeah. So, it really that's what I be telling y really who y'all know, man.
Like, some people can really put you in position to change your life and help you out like you know, it's just really who you know that this game that let's talk about this cargo p like even when let's say those of you that got age authorities. So, I'mma tell y'all what to do if you got a age authority. But some of y'all going to listen, some of y'all not. You still going to want to do it your way. So if you got a >> We do cargo vans.
>> We do cargo vans and box trucks and and personal vehicles.
>> So >> medical carriers is not not really what we do, but we got we got something for that. But yeah, like we don't we want to move freight more. But yeah, we yeah, we can we can tap you into the medical space, but we focus on cars.
>> The reason I see for me, I've I've done everything. So, I'm I look at So, people that got cars, >> the car game is different. The car game is a hustle. You really got to hustle with that car. If you got a car, you got to be signed up with every app. You got to be on Craigslist. You got to be um searching all your local carrier companies that need people with cars.
You got to have your LLC, your EIN number, your business bank account. You need to have some little light equipment, some type of push cart, gloves, rubber bands, all that type of stuff. You got to have all that if you want to be successful using your car, you know, and you got to really put yourself out there. The car game is different from the cargo van game.
That's why when some of y'all go on CB Driver, y'all be like, "Man, I don't see nothing for cars. I keep seeing everything for cargo vans." So, if that's what you're seeing, I don't care if you got a door dash like I did, like Cargo P did. Uber Eats, Postmates, I done did it all. You know, save your money. People be like, "Man, how get People be like, "Man, everybody can't afford that. How How I'm going to get my money?" If I'm sitting here telling you I was Door Dashing in the rain >> until I got up enough money to go get my cargo van. And what makes you any different than me? You You scared to do that? Your pride is in the way. You can't go you can't go pick up some food and deliver it and and make an income.
>> Hey, >> I did it.
>> I'mma tell you something. If your pride is out there >> like listen man.
>> Okay, listen.
>> If you ain't got that hustle in you, man, it it's not gonna matter.
>> That's true.
>> It's not gonna like >> I listen I I went from 150 a day on Door Dash to damn near doing like 250 to 300 a day. Mhm.
>> You know, my my highest and I'm going to be honest with my highest my highest month uh dash and I was in Charlotte, North Carolina just there.
>> Yeah.
>> Cuz it was popping >> doing damn near almost 4:15 a day >> just going dumb. And then I then I went back home and said, "Yo, hey, it's time for a van."
>> Like I I'm telling you, man. Like listen, bro. I still got the app. I can now I ain't logged in in forever, but I still got that. The last time I logged in, The last time I logged in was that night we was on live >> and I was dashing. I was dashing on live >> because everybody's pride is too damn high, man. Like y'all are so like I swear to God y'all act like all of a sudden everybody is like 150k and above now. People still people still making 30,000 a year, 40,000 a year, 50,000 a year. People are still doing that. So when you come up and you be like, "Yo, I'm transitioning from this job. You ain't never even sniffed 100K." So why are you why are you talking down on 70k, 75, 80? You got to get there first. But like I said though, that entitlement and this delusion that we got in this country is crazy to me, man. Like everybody is not you're not willing to do what other people are willing to do to make that money. If you if you even open your mouth to say cargo, I'm trying to make 3,000 a week. Are you willing to drive to Washington?
>> Are you willing to go there? Because if you're not willing to go there, don't come to me about no I want to be regional making 3,000 a week. Y'all gotta stop talking to me because now then now then I start talking bad to you because it's disrespectful because it's like hell you can make 2,000 in in one in one trip if you just took it across the road. But then what happens? I got to be close to home cuz I want to sleep in my own bed. I hear men say this.
That's what's crazy to me. It's the men that's talking like this. But that's for a whole another topic.
I don't even want to get on I don't want to get on no men right now. Shout out to all the brothers grinding, but right now we gonna have a power out sooner or later.
>> Yeah, >> cuz the hustle is just different, man. I I'm sorry. I'm not a man basher. I believe that brothers is going to do what they do, but it's the women that are going across the countries. It's the women. It ain't the men. The only the only men I know that's going across the country right now at least is me, Maron, a couple other people in the chat, but that's it. Nobody's going across.
>> Hey, my guy, shout out to my guy Kaiser.
Kaiser got on my program and he did on he did 4,100 this week. So, shout out to Kaiser only been Kaiser ain't Kaiser only been with me for 30 days. He already had a $4,100 week.
>> Where did he go? He went away from his own little hometown.
>> Oh yeah. Yo, Kaiser told me straight up.
He said, he said, "Tony, if the load makes sense, you ain't got to ask me, just book it." That's what he told me.
He said, "Bro," he said, "Bro, I want to show you I'm gonna be that next millionaire." That's what he told me.
And >> in 30 days, he's sending her he's sending the results. 30 days.
>> Listen, any any dispatcher that I got, any one of them will tell you we ain't calling him unless it makes sense. And when they call me, I know it makes sense. That's why they going to do it.
But I trained them to do that now. Hey, don't don't call me for some BS load, man. Hit me with the big I want to go over the road. Stack me up. That's how you get partials, guys.
>> Yeah.
>> You prove to the dispatcher that you're worthy of doing the job. You communicate. You're on time.
>> You literally go pick the load up.
>> Like, you do everything >> that you need to do. That's when you start getting >> Yes. Yes. Not not really DOT is MC your authority. The authority allows you to go state to state. So let's say you in my 1% program you'll be up under my authority. So you able to go state to state. That's why we have you add us on your on your insurance. So So you're able to go state to state. That's the whole purpose of it. I got a prime example right now. No cap y'all. I got a mentee out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida named Noel. He just signed up to my program. He ordered two vans. Right.
Well, he ain't just signed up, but he's in my program. He ordered two vans. I talked to him.
I forgot what day, but it was sometime this week. I talked to Noel, and Noel said, "Bro," he said, "To Cargo P, listen to what this man said. He said, "Tony, how can I make a million in one year?" I said, "You want a million in one year?
You need at least four cargo vans, two box trucks." He said, "Okay, um, I want to get I need that ASAP." And was dead ass, bro. The man went to the Ford dealership and bought four cargo vans.
Brand new 2026.
Brand new 2026.
I said, "What the hell?"
>> Now, now I only say this. If you got the means, >> go ahead. Because you got to understand here and my 1% we gonna book the load.
You gonna make the money.
>> That That's facts. It ain't no in between. That's facts.
>> That That's That's another thing with the 1%. When you sign up for the one, >> no stopping at weight stations, none of that type of stuff. This is none CDL.
You don't do none of that with a cargo.
>> Uh when you sign up for the 1%, you just got to let people put you in a position to do it the right way. Like you like like the 1% stops all of your questions because now it's like uh yeah, we going to do it for you. The only thing you need to be doing is paying attention to how it's being done.
>> Yeah.
>> That's it.
>> And it's funny you say that because I have people be like, man, do I still got to do this? Do I got like bro we do everything you ain't got to do nothing >> like that's what I said you don't have to do nothing paid >> you pay for it to be handsree you know so let it be handree but the problem is again the one thing we're going to drive and I'm probably gonna drive this to the end of to the end of this time is that >> um if you don't have patience man you're not going to last. I I swear you're not.
You're not.
>> Yeah, cuz everything this whole game requires patience. Man, I had a 19 man.
I ain't even gonna say too much, but I love her and she she she's a beast. I got to give it to her. She go crazy over the road, but she >> she might not mind me talking about this. Shout out.
>> Huh?
>> No. No. I got somebody. No, we don't.
So, we're not giving you a cargo van.
Like, no. No. you have.
>> I mean, cargo vans run used anywhere from 25 to $40,000 used. If you buy brand new, they go for 50 to 80,000 brand new. So, when y'all say that, it's mind-blowing to me. That's why I just tell you how much a cargo van cost because maybe you don't know how much a cargo van can cost. So, I really just tell you how much it cost so then it can make more sense to you.
>> And and I'm and I'mma keep it real with you. If you want a cargo van like right now today, like if you want a cargo van again, shoot me about 5K and I got you.
>> If if you gonna make some payments, but holl at >> if you're in tier one, how do you transition into the 1% club? I mean, you just have to text me and u I'mma give you the credit for the tier one and then you just pay the balance for the 1%.
Hey, what's up with your 2K credit connection? What's that 2K credit connection?
>> I don't know what that is.
>> Okay. You got your You got your um Sprinter van. You pay 43,000. That's what I'm saying. Sprinter vans are not cheap. So, I don't know what me making y'all be >> y'all be saying, "Does the mentorship come with a cargo van?" [ __ ] Buy me one.
No, for real, man.
>> I'm waiting on some funds to come through to buy the van cash and I'm not have the payment. That's smart. U Hey, Tony and Cargo P, what advice would you give on pacing yourself on lows? Like, how long you suggest driving before taking a break or I mean, so I always tell people that safe safety is first no matter what. Even even every owner, operator, and fleet owner that I have, I tell you straight up, I don't I don't care safe. Like even if a dispatcher is like, "Yo, I need you to do." No, I need rest. Period.
>> Hell yeah.
>> You know, that's just what it is.
>> I ain't going to lie, some sometime you got to get a little psychotic depending on the situation. But I'm I'll just tell y'all this. The reason why I drove him 19 hours uh from um Arkansas to Cali and I went up up I went to Modesto, California. Um the reason why I did it, one of my drivers had he couldn't he couldn't make it. He was like I mean he was out of there like you know just depleted of energy. And I said bro bring uh bring me the van. I I'll drive it out there. You just drive the other one. So that's what I did. I got on the road. I drove 19 hours. I did not stop guys. I stopped for gas.
>> I did not go to sleep, >> but I had to get there. So, sometime you got to get a little psychotic, but for the most part, no. Listen to your body, man. And and communicate.
>> Yeah, that's the that's my Yeah, that's the V that's the VIP mentorship, but I don't really promote that one no more.
That's a 15K program, but that's that comes with the credit repair. That comes with the guaranteed funding, all that type of stuff. So, that's a 15K program.
That's why I created the 1% program. and it save you some money, you know. It's almost the same, just a little bit a little bit of tweaks.
Uh, man, what about El Paso? I mean, El Paso is not a good area. The the the freight the fre the lows are going to be low coming out of El Paso. So, you got to understand that. But I will tell you this, >> if you take the time to build the age authority, you will get higher paying loads coming out of El Paso. If you're just starting off, it's almost like you gotta you gotta you entry level. You gotta take when you're a rookie. You got to take what comes with being a rookie.
That just part of any game.
>> U let me see there's a cargo. What style of dimension cargo vans would you suggest about? I always tell people Ford Transit 250 high roof extended cab. Get you by the 2018 to 20 2020 2018 to 21, you're good. Like you don't really need no 22 23. If that's what you want to get, get it. You know, I would suggest to go buy a brand new cargo van.
>> Yeah. If you got the money >> Yeah.
Marco, what what's your question? You said I'm back at this question. What what you mean, brother?
>> Let me see.
>> Oh, 1% program do not cover down payment. No, it does not. Hey, listen.
you we were talking I think we were talking to you I think but the one the 1% >> the 1% does not come >> with a cargo van down payment it don't cover nothing for the insurance like >> well hold on let me let me explain to them let me explain to them what the 1% program is so you can understand the services that my company going to do for you so if you in my 1% program my 1% program will not only you don't have to drive your cargo van if you don't want to but we will help you find a driver.
We'll interview your driver. We'll do the background check, the motor vehicle reports for your driver. We'll put you in a group chat. We will do a lease on put you under our authority that is highly risky to us because you got to understand a lot of families eat off this authority. So, if I put you on this authority and we're booking your loans, don't f it up.
>> Period. Do not f it up. You got to understand that we set your whole business structure up for you. If you need a LLC, fine. Real do. You need a DTMC, BLC3, UCR numbers. We do all of that. You get to use my staff to help you run your business. That's what the 1% program. If you're eligible for funding, we'll even get you funding.
That can be 50K, 100K, 300K. I had a mentee, no cap, and if she's on his right now, she can put it in the chat and let y'all know. I had a mentee that eligible for $550,000 through the 1% program because she had the credit profile, she had the business age, and she was eligible for that type of um that type of funding. So, that is the type the level that comes with my 1% program. You know, that's a lot for for 10K. That could be easy 20K easily.
>> Yeah. I got a I got a question. uh be made. Are you now I'm just asking this generally speaking like for real for no no jokes or nothing. Are you trolling me or are you being for real for real?
Because I just explain how you get contracts. Like I I'm I'm telling you if your if your business is not set up properly, you get contracts by going to businesses and telling them, "Hey, my name is so and so. My company is this." Then you bring forth like a portfolio of everything that you have that you offer.
And then you tell them, you do your research and you tell them, "I noticed that this is what you guys do or this is what you guys need. I am your guy or woman.
>> Give me a call. I would love to do business with you." That's how you get contracts. Y'all keep on asking about contracts. And I'm not gonna lie, it's starting to tick me off just a little because y'all don't want to do no work, man. And I'm saying this respectfully or big bro. That's all I'm doing. I'm not I'm not trying to son you. Ain't trying to disrespect you. I'm just saying y'all got to y'all got to start presenting your business. Y'all listen. Y'all are acting more like employees than business owners. And that's where we got to separate. Go to the companies and get the contracts. They will give them to you if you present it properly. dress to dress for the occasion.
>> Make sure you look Make sure you look presentable, obviously. And and go in there with confidence.
>> That's right.
>> That's all you do. Go in there with confidence, man. I promise you that's how I got it.
>> That's literally how I went and got it.
Now, you talking to somebody that went and got it.
>> I didn't Tony, how many times have I called you said, "Hey, bro, can you get me this contract?"
>> Never.
>> I've never done that. Matter of fact, I did ask Tony for the otr.
>> He he had the whole blueprint once he got in the portal. Cargo PC in the blueprint >> and and that's it. All he'll do ask me for advice. That was it.
>> That's it. Hey, bro. I'm looking to approach this company this way. Do you think that makes sense? Yep. Hey, that would be right, [ __ ] That's right.
That's perfect. So, what I'm saying is I'm not telling you something that I ain't doing myself. I still listen. When I'm out, I still go and talk to people.
>> Yeah. Hey man, I see that y'all listen.
When I went to Sherman Williams, I knew that Sherman Williams had cargo vans. I seen them.
>> Mhm.
>> And I said, "Yo, do y'all do y'all deliver, you know what I'm saying, everywhere?" Like, man, how y'all be doing that? And he broke it down to me.
And I was on a delivery one day when I was on the app using Dispatcher and they had I had like 30 something uh damn things of uh paint and I was like, "All right, I'm going to drop them off." The dude told me, "I'm so tired of paying the third party. Do you got your own company?" I said, "Absolutely. Let's talk."
>> But I told him, I said, "Yo, I got two tire routes that I do." I said, "But >> what is your route looking like?" He said, "Man, I just need somebody to pick it up from here and drop it off there."
I said, "Yo, $300 a day. I'll do it." We locked in just like that. It wasn't no long drawn out process. It was literally me being in the place and being confident that I can give him what he claim he's looking for. And that's what I keep telling y'all. The way you're going to get contracts is if you're you're confident in your business and you can offer them a solution.
You're not going in there begging for a damn job. A lot of y'all beg for jobs.
That's what it is. Tony, can you just book my loads? That's a job.
That's it.
Yes, we provide payment plans. Um, I actually got a special event going on all week. It ends what? Monday. It ends on Memorial Day. Y'all get $2,000 off on the mentorship program. So, if you're looking to join the mentorship program today, you will get $2,000 off. It depends on what your credit look like for the payment plan, but I do have a couple of people that do get approved um with the payment plan. That way, you just make monthly payments. I think you can do up to six installment payments if I'm not mistaken. is through PayPal later. So, if you text this number, um, just text mentorship, I'll send you over all tiers, send you over the discount.
You let me know which tier you want to get started with and then I'll send you the discount link and then you can either check to see if you can get approved for the payment, but if not, then you still get the discount. So, either way, you know, you good. Um, I mean, I just I haven't I haven't went live on TikTok in a minute. Uh, I I just been having my own personal thing. If it wasn't for Cargo P, I won't even be on live right now, just to be real with y'all, you know.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I just wouldn't, you know, I'm doing this for Cargo P.
>> And I'm And I ain't gonna lie to you. I I actually don't like going TikTok live cuz it it'd be way too many It'd be way too many trolls on that one.
>> 300.
>> You can use the 300k insurance. Yes. Cuz the guaranteed contract that we give you, you you able to use the 300k liability with 100,000 cargo.
I'm sorry for asking somewhat of this. Same thing I tell my mentees, you're supposed to ask questions.
>> I have a mentor right now. I ask a hundred questions. I just do, you know, because I'm trying to learn. Damn. I'm trying to learn. So, thank you. I'm trying to learn. So I got to ask questions of things I don't know about.
You said do your research on companies to see what they are offering. I missed out man. Yeah. I mean you always want to do research like you want to check all >> I got you.
>> You want to check all warehouses in your area. All medical carrier companies. You want to go to their website to see if they do deliveries. You want to check allarmacies to see if theiesies if they do some type of deliveries. It's really just putting like another thing you want to do. You want to advertise your business, you know, go on LinkedIn, go on um what's the other one? Go on Indeed, like promote your business. Let people know that you have a carrier company.
>> That's that that's what I mean by being set up properly, structured properly, so you can go present these business, you know, present your business to another business. That's how you make that's how you that's how you make it, man. That is the cheat code at the end of the day. is not is not filling out a lot of applications. That ain't what we do. We pull up and be like, "Yo, you know what I'm saying? Like, this is what it is.
This is who I am. This is what I got.
Now, if you go with one van, you got one van. If you go with a fleet, hey, I got a fleet, brother. I got whatever you need for the to get the job done. Let me know. And if I don't got it, I'll go get it."
>> That is the type of mentality you got to have if you want to be successful in this game. That's That's what Terrence did. Terren Terren done [ __ ] since April. I think he had like over $500,000.
>> Oh yeah, he doing he doing some real dumb numbers.
>> Yeah, he's over $500,000.
>> Uh my Instagram is cargo p >> cargo p_1984.
Um but yeah, no, you you gota you got to be willing to put in the work.
>> I'm nonexclusive. If you if you get loads from us, you can get loads from other people. I'm not I'm never going to lock you in like that. In my 1% program, I tell my goal is to train you to where you able to run your own business.
That's that's the end goal. It's not for it's not for me to always have to book your loads for you. Not saying we don't do it. That's what we do in the 1%. But the goal is to set you up to where you done fig you done learned how to do it.
We done taught you how to do it. And now and that's the best feeling in the world. Booking a load at a really good price and and now you working on booking your next load and you keep seeing that money hit your bank account. That is the best feeling in the world.
>> And that's the way to go. Hey Stephanie, text that number up there on the screen and we'll we'll talk to you about, you know what I'm saying, the whole uh 1% mentorship situation.
>> Yeah, I send y'all over all the details.
If y'all want any details, just text the number and I got flyers. I got flyers for everything. I got flyers for what your credit should look like, what your budget gonna be, depending on what your credit look like. I have everything already structured. I've been doing this. This is easy work, you know. So, we got it all mapped out for you.
>> Uh, you offer the 1% folks report. Yes.
Uh, yeah. For the for the 1% you need.
>> Yeah. So, they charge me 80 like 81 bucks. $80 and some change to do the background check and the motor vehicle.
The background I think is 59 and the motor vehicle is 20. So, it's a total of like $81 for the background check and motor vehicles. I had to tell one of my mentees that because he had I think I had did background on about eight people. I said, "Bro, you know, um, they charge me to do that, right?
I got an account with a company, so I do I do a net I do a net 30 with the company."
>> Is your name is it Taj? Is it I hope that's I hope that's how you say your name. But what you said the rate map if you're in the mentorship program? Uh, I >> Yeah, she's talking about that map that I have with the race. Yeah.
>> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, yeah.
>> Oh, she said, "Where can I find it?" I mean, if you text our number, I'll send it to you. But it is inside the um mentorship community. It's in the community also.
>> No, I that's what I was about to say. I didn't know I didn't know if I didn't know if she was in the mentorship program cuz I was going to be like, "Yeah, it's in there." But if not, just text the number and we'll get it to you.
>> And I mean, it's cool to sign up with companies, but I would wait to uh That's good that you did that because I'm gonna be real with you. That's good that you did that cuz he said, "I signed up with companies but he ain't got on yet because he don't have the van." But you don't even got to sign on. Just check to see if they got availability. That's the key. Yeah.
>> You know, that way you know how many contracts you can get and you don't even have your van. This why it be stressing the people to get the van last. I dropped a video >> yesterday and I said get the van last.
And somebody was like, "I'm confused. I don't understand why you keep saying get the van last." If you see how many text messages and DMs I get, then you'll understand why you get the van last.
It's that simple. Why would you want to get a van and you ain't got no place and and you it been two months your van sitting in front of the yard and ain't moved yet? That's why I say get the van last.
>> And on top of that, excuse me. And on top of that, that person that just asked that question though or made that uh statement like right now, if you signed up with them companies, what if they call you tonight?
>> And let me just I want to tell y'all something. I ain't being cocky, but I'm a multi-millionaire, right?
And if I'm texting you, you should text back.
>> You definitely should text back.
>> You shouldn't be like, "Oh, I need to get on a phone call with you." If you want to get on with me, go to my profile. You can book a one-on-one consultation. I charge $300 for consultations. Let's make We're going to keep it all the way professional. But I'm I'm texting y'all. When you hit this number, I'm texting you so that you don't have to pay $300.
I got everything mapped out. Like if Jeff Bezos text me right now today or Elon Musk text me right now today, you think I'mma tell them you go holl at me when we can talk over the phone? I'll be a damn fool. And I ain't f to be no damn fool.
>> Absolutely not.
>> Period.
Like it's just what it is. Like y'all got to I'm telling y'all we we us we we so entitled like we and I got to say we because it's facts. We are extremely entitled. And I'm not saying like we ain't going to never get on a phone call. I'm not talking about no mentees.
I'm just talking about people that I don't know. Like if I don't know you and I'm willing to have a conversation with you and I'm texting you. You got to understand y'all. When y'all book loads with these companies, these companies going to be on the phone with you. They just not you're going to be in a group chat. They're going to be emailing or texting. Even with the brokers, they they a broker if you go on a load boy right now, what the broker say? Cargo P.
>> They going to tell you, hey, you got telegram >> and they tell you do do not call me >> and do and no and no look that in the notes. Hey, they tell you they tell you that when when they send you when you book a load, it'll say in the notes down there, do not call. email only or contact this person only. Like nobody's getting on the phone with y'all.
>> And the crazy thing is the crazy thing is even let's just go lowlevel to Door Dash or anything like that. If you didn't messed up on a route, you're calling customer service. You ain't talking to the CEO of Door Dash. It's never happening.
>> So my question is, what is this infatuation with just Well, I want to get on the phone, make sure it's real. I could scam you on the phone right now if I wanted to.
Like we we gota we got to cut we got we just got to cut the unprofessional stuff out.
>> That's all it is, man.
>> That's it.
>> It's unprofessional, especially amongst us. We just man, we just love to make it hard for ourselves.
>> It ain't got to be that way, man.
>> And and miss out on major and miss out on major opportunities that could have changed your life.
>> Facts, man. Listen, when when you hit that line and we respond back, man, I got to get on the call. I got to know is it worth getting on a call right now?
>> Cuz nine times I'm telling no cap. Yo, 99% of the time you wasting our time. I'm being honest.
>> Cuz it's in the portal. It's in every not even that just like if I rather you go and watch my videos and then come back and holl at me. I rather you go do that >> because the amount of information you going to receive is going to be next level.
Someone say, "I want to buy a 1% mentorship and I want to hire someone to do all the driving." That's exactly what it's set up for. How much capital do you think I need worst case to do the setup?
And my credit is not good. So, if your credit ain't good, I'mma tell you a breakdown for your commercial insurance alone. That's going to cost you about I mean, not commercial, but the cargo van going to run you about 5,000 8,000 down because you you say your credit not good. Commercial insurance about 1,500 down. So off the roof, you gonna need about 10 grand just on the cargo van side. You gonna need that cost because your down payment gonna take so much money. That that's that's how I started.
My credit score was 505. I had to put 9,000 down to get my first cargo van because I had bad credit. And that's why I'm so big now on telling y'all to fix your credit so you can get funding and use OPM, use other people money to start your own business.
Let me see. Tony, can we reschedule the conversation if I end up getting too busy at work under the PA? Or you the one booked the um I think you booked that consultation for Tuesday.
Um if I'm available like tomorrow or or whenever we we gonna work it out. It don't matter. I got your I got your number. So we'll work it out whenever whenever you want to work it out. We gonna make it do what it do.
Oh, damn. Cargo P, we already at an hour, bro. We said we're gonna do an hour.
>> Yeah, I know. We said >> Cargo P got a lot of money he got to go make today.
Yeah, tomorrow holiday. You right. Yeah, Cargo P got Cargo P boy. That boy that'll hustler boy. That boy, he a hustler. That's all I can say, y'all. He a real go-getter. Enough money and enough money. Uh so 25,000 I need to pay for the 1% the capital for that. No the 1% is only 10k the capital to get the cargo van commercial insurance. Yeah I mean so yeah I mean I get what you're saying total. Okay I get what you're saying that yeah that'll be more than enough.
Yeah that'll be more than enough to get started.
Let me see. Do you see where my message I sent Cargo P?
He will have to check his own I guess on Instagram.
Let me see. Um, so with a car is apps, on demand work, and the grind. Yeah. So I mean, yeah, apps, local contracts, routes, on demand, all of that. Yes. You want to do a little bit of everything when you have that car.
I'm trying to find the email you sent your contract through. Do you know what is under info? It's info.
All right, Jacob, have a y'all.
>> You can hear me, man.
>> And have a good um Memorial Day, man.
>> Hey, don't worry.
>> Do not call that number tomorrow.
>> I'mma send you over that, man.
>> Tony, can you hear me?
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, okay. Yeah. I ain't I felt like I went out.
>> My boy say he waiting to buy his third van. Put another drive in. Let's go.
>> Oh, he going he getting conference. If you got a surprise, let's go, man.
What's good, Tony? On the weekend grind.
Just dropped off a load trying to catch a load for the Memorial Day. I know that's right. I know that's right. I love to hear that, man.
Enough money.
>> That means there's some that means there's some dedication out there.
Hell yeah. And building some good relationships.
>> Yeah. That's the only way you going to make it, man. You're not going to make it by somebody giving it to you. You got to go take it.
>> That's real talk.
>> That's just how it work. That's how it work, man.
That is real talk.
Yeah, I gotta get to the money today for sure.
>> Oh, y'all already know, fam.
>> Boy.
Yeah, we can't we can't play no games with that >> at all.
>> All right, so here we go with this question that I I ain't gonna lie. I don't really like this question, but uh because it's your business. Like I mean to be honest with you, let me I'm going tell you something. You know, most people do 7030 split with their drivers.
Now, depending on your situation, some people might do 6040, but that better be a damn good driver. Um but yeah, I mean 7030 is normally uh what it is. And on top of that, make sure you cover the business expenses first and then you pay the driver. That's how it works. That's how >> if you if you giving up a higher percentage, if you're doing like like 30%. Yeah. You want to take out your expenses. Yeah.
>> So, just make sure that's what you're doing. Don't just do it. You know what I'm saying?
>> That's real talk.
>> All right, Cargo P, man. I know you about to get to it, man.
>> Oh, yeah, man. Look, I'm about to get strapped and load as we speak. I already know it, man.
>> Hey, appreciate y'all, man, for u joining the class today. We had to jump on early today, but we appreciate y'all, man, for coming on here.
>> Yeah, man. Y'all, you know, any questions?
>> It just really quick like it ain't been slow for me. The lows been jumping like nonstop.
>> Heavens, [ __ ] is crazy how many loads be coming through.
Uh, I'm a 1% member. I need to schedule a call with you to discuss a way for me to finally drive. Yeah, that's fine. Uh, so before we even get on the call, just make sure you go and open up a um Indeed's account uh so we can do a job listing.
Oh, I remember you. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, you said holl at you on Wednesday. Yeah, I remember you now. I appreciate y'all, man. For real. Thank y'all.
Say, I'll be in Atlanta for one more week, too, man. So, y'all tap in, man.
Get with me. All right, Cargo P, man. I appreciate y'all. If you ready to get started, just text that number right there. Remember, I'm giving y'all $2,000 off on all tiers. So, let's get it.
>> Yeah, man. Don't waste no opportunities.
And if you coming to me with any questions, it better be serious. Okay.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I got to take care of fam.
>> I got one more week, man.
Ah, appreciate you, Cargo Pet, for holding me down.
>> You already know, bro. You already know.
>> Well, my blood pressure been Well, I ain't going to count. The other day, my what it was? Uh, what? 180 over 115.
>> Yeah, that's out of control and crazy at the same time.
>> I got I got to take care of my health, too, for real, bro.
>> Absolutely.
