Young investors can build property portfolios through creative strategies like rent-to-rent (leasing properties and subletting on platforms like Airbnb for £1,000-£2,000 monthly cash flow), purchase option agreements (buy now, pay later), and exploiting regional legal differences (Scotland allows property purchase at age 16, unlike England's age 18 requirement). Success requires persistent action, networking with investors, and understanding that property investment is fundamentally a numbers game where volume of viewings and offers leads to opportunities.

Student Tried Flipping A Cheap Property (RAW RESULTS)Added:
Can I turn a broke 17-year-old into the UK's youngest landlord and make him completely financially free in just one week?
This is Kane. He's 17 years old. And right now, he's driving a Lamborghini in Dubai. But only one month ago, he had no money, no business, and no GCSEs. I've helped thousands of people make tens of millions of pounds, but this is my biggest challenge yet. This is how we got here.
>> I'm here for the viewing.
>> About buying.
>> You're in the wrong road, man. Ask if it's a freehole property. Is it free to hold that property?
>> Hey, technically, >> come on.
>> This room's available now for £65 per night.
>> I could walk a,000 miles.
>> I thought you'd be really good at sales.
I don't know why I thought that.
>> You're a hard investor to Jesus Christ.
>> This is They're all going to be hard to sell to. Normally I would just tell him to off but because we desperately need the money puts us in a compromised position.
>> I sometimes forget that he's 17. Maybe I'm being too hard on him. He doesn't seem ready for this one bit. He's going from a boy to a man today. That's what's happening.
>> I think if I don't make money by 1:00 p.m. tomorrow probably going to look at failing the challenge.
>> So on day one I decided to help him go and find some deals.
>> I've seen your guys' property on Ry Movers. Look for 120,000. It's D road and mainly we do once we've done them mainly we do at the end yeah so we do so we sell them on at the end of come straight >> that's fine I'm I'm a I'm an yeah I'm a property investor my last purchase was about it was about 5 months ago yeah I could I could do that tomorrow if you like >> um no After a few early slip ups, he did build a bit of confidence and he started smashing the calls. Now it was time to show up for our bookings. But the only problem was what Kane was wearing.
>> Shall I meet you in the car if you want to get get ready and I'll meet you in like 5 minutes?
>> Yeah, I'll put your shoes on now.
>> Are How are you planning on Cuz Are you going like that?
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Nah, bro. I wouldn't go like that. Do you have like a suit or something or just blazer? I've got um one of my old school blazers that I could pop on.
>> You're trolling me now, bro. Just look.
>> Yeah.
>> Mhm. Okay.
>> Decent.
>> All right. Perfect.
>> Like you were meant to close a million pound. You know why you look like that?
Cuz you are, bro.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah. All right.
>> I'll see you in 5 minutes. I'm in the car. All right, bro. I'll see you in a sec.
Maybe that.
Does that look like a million pound deal?
>> So, what you think of this million pound?
Right. You look like a Liverpoolian drug dealer.
>> I'll just copy him. I wear exactly what he's wearing.
>> Welcome to the world of business, mate.
You look like me, mate. Was that a deliberate attempt to look like me or >> I love it, man. You're great.
>> Now it's time for our first viewing. We found a potential rentto- rent apartment. Rentto rent is when you take a long-term lease through a company guaranteeing the landlord rent every month. Then you rent that property out again. You subleasase it on Booking.com, Airbnb for a much higher nightly rate.
On average, per rent to rent deal that you get, you should make between 1,000 and £2,000 cash flow per month. And is one of the several strategies that I teach on my free online training. This was Kane's first viewing and it didn't quite go to plan.
>> Hello. Um, yeah, we come for the viewing. So, >> Kane, come here.
>> Nice.
>> Good to see you, brother.
>> Just make sure you take your shoes off, please.
>> We're do we're doing a um documentary on Kane's journey.
>> Okay.
>> So, like so, so we'd rent it for £750 a month and then what we would do is we'd house like contractors that are coming in and out the area.
>> Just need to close him.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah. To sell one. my company as I said.
>> Mhm.
>> It's a company that 7:50. Check the fuse box lights cuz obviously if we're doing the maintenance that's on you.
>> Yeah.
>> What are we doing?
>> Oh, okay. Shoes.
>> Oh, sorry, mate.
>> I have I haven't been outside.
>> No, no, I take my shoes off. Yeah.
>> Right. Okay, mate. Don't worry. Don't worry. It's fine. I probably should have said something.
>> Sorry. I I I didn't I didn't hear when everyone was taking I've just real Sorry. Yeah. No, it's really good space.
is perfect for um for what we're actually looking for. But what do you think about, you know, if I made an offer at £750 a month, you know, confirmed the offer today.
>> Oh, mate.
Mate, I am so sorry. I was trying to look for the fuse box.
>> Right.
>> Okay, buddy.
>> All right. I'll have to message him.
Hey, it's all right, mate. Don't worry about it.
>> I can I can sort you out all the new ones and stuff.
>> We can sort out the cost of the plates.
I've got some cash in the car.
>> Can you sort it out? Yeah, >> 100%, man. 100%. Did you say £25? I'll go and get I'll go and get the cash now.
I'll go get cash.
>> I'm so sorry. There you go. I'm >> right. I haven't got a five.
>> Don't worry about it.
>> You sure?
>> Absolutely fine. But at least you know what? That's a good example of when we make a mistake and something happens, we immediately fix it.
>> Sorry about totally fine. I appreciate that.
>> I'm going to have to check bleed carpets as well. Make sure you haven't tried dog poo in.
>> Oh, you're all nice.
>> All right, mate. In a bit, man.
>> All right. Thank you.
>> Good luck.
>> Thank you. I'll see you later.
>> Good luck.
>> I don't want to see that man again.
>> I don't want to see you.
>> I couldn't work out really liked us or hated us.
>> Everyone else took the shoes off.
>> Yeah, cuz he said he said, "I'll take your shoes off when we came in."
>> I never heard that.
>> Just make sure you take your shoes off, please.
>> No, cuz there's a lot to take in when you first get to a viewing.
>> I was looking around.
>> You were looking around in it. So, it's no big shoes were clean anyway.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Is it?
>> Um, no. No, no. So, is Kane speaking?
>> A Kane, buddy. Listen, I've just spoke to me brother Mark.
>> Um, he's uh he wasn't happy about the plate situation. I'm sorry.
>> Mhm.
>> Over that. It's all right. It was an accident. The only thing is, mate, it was 50 quid a plate, not 25. And there was two that got smashed. Should you give me Should we just block him and go?
>> Should we?
>> Don't just block him and go.
>> Right. [ __ ] him. Right. You know what?
[ __ ] him. Right.
>> [ __ ] him. Right.
>> Yeah, we just block him.
>> Let's just block him and go.
>> I don't reckon we should uh >> 50 quid a plate. He wants £100 two plates. Come on. Let's just go, man.
>> [ __ ] him. Block him.
>> We then had a little bit of free time, so we decided to go inside some estate agents and try and secure some deals that way. Kane's only 17, so he didn't know what to say. So, I decided to give him an earpiece and then I could tell him exactly what to say while he was talking to the agent. As if they've got any rundown properties that need work.
>> Hello. I'm looking for rundown properties that need a bit of work doing to it.
>> So, you've got a team of builders in Chester.
>> I've got a team of builders like down in Chester. We do a lot of >> We've just come across some cash.
>> I just like, you know, we've come across like a bit of cash at the minute. Now let them speak. Don't say anything.
>> 60 cottage.
>> Ask if it's a freehold property. Find out if the property is freehold.
>> Is it free to hold that property?
>> It's It's freehold. It's >> not free to hold. Free hold.
>> Is it freehold? Yeah.
>> Free.
>> Okay.
>> Ask them when they're available for viewings.
>> When are you available for viewing on this one?
>> Tomorrow morning.
>> Tomorrow morning. Okay.
>> Get a viewing in. Doesn't matter if you can make it. Forget your diary. Get a viewing in. Tomorrow morning.
>> 10:30 in the morning.
>> 9:30.
>> Book it.
>> 9:30. Yeah. Okay.
>> Book it. Book it FOR 9:30. WELL DONE.
This is genius.
>> I've cracked the code of making people financially free. Man, this is so good.
>> How you doing today, lovely?
>> I want to speak to somebody in regards to sales.
>> I want to speak to somebody in regards to sales, please.
>> What's the GDV? Do you think?
>> So, what's the DVD of this property? Do you think >> the what?
>> The DVD.
>> DVD?
>> Yeah.
>> Not heard that before. DVD.
>> Oh, no. No. the GDV.
>> Do you think we could view it at maybe like 4:00?
>> It would be too dark. I don't think >> half three could work and we can split off. Ask them if they've got any motivated sellers.
>> Ask them if they got any motivated sellers.
>> Just abort. Mission. Mission abort.
>> So, today didn't go exactly as planned.
However, we've still got more viewings from the previous day. The next day, we started by looking at this really juicy deal that Kane had found. This house here was valued at 180. This house is on the market at 100. So if we get this at about 80 90 grand, >> spend 4050 on it, >> you can then refinance, pull all your money out, investors like this.
>> Oh my. This just looks like money, doesn't it?
>> Hey, how you doing?
>> We've only got we've only got a few minutes, >> mate. This is actually perfect. And it's not it doesn't seem to have any structural issues or anything. Yeah, this is a really And you know what as I wonder if this would class as um uninhabitable for stamp duty might I speak to my sister because it's pretty >> well you want to live in it. So you reckon if this was done up nice you're talking about 180?
>> I look at a few comparable depending on standard I reckon 180 at least probably top top end 190.
>> I mean in terms of the the refurb we're probably talking in my mind probably about 40kish.
>> I reckon it's good.
>> I reckon you need to pack it off with like £25,000 cash. Yeah.
>> 92.
>> Make an offer. Make an offer. All right.
Well, look, we didn't >> we realized it. We did our numbers on the way here.
>> Okay.
>> And we got our solisters got cash. Got it all in place.
>> We'd like to make an offer of £92,500.
>> Okay.
>> And that'll be cash. You know, if it got accepted, then cash straight away.
>> Yeah. So, >> perfect. Perfect. Well, I'll do I'll put it back to the guys in the office. We'll get it put forward to the solisters after this. See what they say. Good to be honest.
As soon as this offer that he put down is accepted, Kane can then present that to an investor as a packaged deal and sell the opportunity on to an investor for anywhere between £3 and $5,000.
Crazy thing is that Kane is only 17.
He's not old enough to buy alcohol. He's definitely not old enough to buy a property, but he's taking so much action. He's doing more during this week than most adults do during the space of a year. And like everybody, he's got loads to learn. He only just learned after the last viewing what a cash offer actually meant.
>> I mean about like cash and like a cash offer. Where are we going to get that cash from? Because if you went into the bank, surely they wouldn't just let you take like £92,000 out.
>> So when you say a cash offer, you don't mean I'm not I'm not talking about physical actual like paper money.
>> It just means no mortgage.
>> Make sense?
>> Okay. Yeah.
>> Okay. So no actual physical notes.
>> No, no physical. You just say cash offer. You don't mean you're going to go over a suitcase.
>> The person who views the most houses wins. This is a numbers game. The people that I'm mentoring that are making 10 to50,000 profit per month are out there on the road viewing houses talking to people cuz that's what you got to do. Today was just viewing after viewing putting forward offers that were so low that we were embarrassed and seeing what offers were accepted. Now, it's day three, and while we're waiting to see which offers we've put forward already are accepted, we decided to head to Blackpool. Now, a lot of people think Blackpool is really, really rough, really cheap, and a bit of a ghost town, a bit dead. But actually, there's a lot of opportunities there if you know what you're looking for and know how to do your due diligence on the area. The prices are so low in Blackpool and the agents and sellers are open to do creative deals like vendor financing, option agreements and the tourism. It's not too bad on the weekends especially.
There's a lot of contractors there as well. So, this tactic here is to find guest houses and hotels that aren't really performing very well. Maybe they're a little bit rundown, they're shabby, they've got a tired owner, or they're just marketed really badly.
They're not even listed on Booking.com and things properly and then to agree to buy them, but down the line. So, we fix the price now. We have an option to pay for it later, but in the meantime, take control, run the property well and efficiently and make a lot of monthly cash flow, which we then use that cash flow to save up to buy the property with the option that we've got and we've got it all registered on land registry. So, that is the plan here. This is the exact strategy that I use to build my portfolio and I started when I was 17 as well. And I think that Kane can buy a bunch of properties this way using the exact same strategy. So, we viewed a bunch of hotels and some of them were just way too run down. They were too much work, too much of a project. Have a look at the roof. So, how long has this been like this for? Has the problem been fixed?
>> See, we came in.
>> Okay, cool.
>> Hey, technically >> there's a swimming pool.
>> There's a swimming pool.
>> Do you think we can charge £20 to use this? going to break the wall area.
>> This room's available now for £65 per night. Purple bed.
>> The one that Kane decided to go for himself was the final property that we viewed. He managed to get a purchase lease option, buy now, pay later on a really nice 8bedroom hotel that had a lot of potential to be improved and make a lot more cash flow. You're selling the business, is that correct?
>> That's correct.
>> Yeah. How long have you run the business for?
>> 15 and a bit years.
>> Oh wow. Would we be taking over the lease or would we be getting a brand new lease?
>> Brand new one from the day you sign.
>> And you pay £800 a month?
>> Uh we do. Yes.
>> What was the price that you were asking for the business?
>> Is 38950?
>> Yeah.
>> But we're leaving everything as you see it.
>> Have you got your books that is that is that part of the >> Okay, have we got it all?
>> Well, let us crunch the numbers and we'll get back to you. But >> if you are willing um if you just speak to David, the landlord, he's willing to sell the free. Oh, is it?
>> As in like sell the whole building, you mean?
>> So, he wants 120 for the actual building.
>> Mhm.
>> Okay. I really appreciate your time.
>> No problem.
>> Thank you so much. No pleasure. Great to meet you, mate. Thank you so much.
>> Thank you so much. It was at this point that we had an idea. Sure. Kane running a hotel and buying it in 5 years time would be cool. But really, what would be even cooler is if Kane would actually be able to buy something in his own name now as part of this challenge. if he could genuinely get on the property ladder with title deeds in his hand and say, "I own that. Yes, I'm just 17, but I own it." Now, you might have heard me say earlier that you can't buy a property below the age of 18. And yeah, that is true. However, we found a loophole. In Scotland, still part of the UK, you can actually buy a property at the age of just 16 years old. See that house just past that sign? That's in England. Guess what? How old are you?
>> I'm 17.
>> He can't buy that house in England because in England you need to be 18 to buy a house. But right here, we're now in Scotland. So, guess what? This house is for sale. And in Scottish law, how old you have to be to buy a house in Scotland?
>> You have to be 16 to buy a house in Scotland.
>> So, what are you going to do right now?
>> I'm going to buy a HOUSE IN SCOTLAND >> RIGHT NOW. LET'S GO. WE LOVE YOU, SCOTLAND.
>> NOW, THERE IS A PROBLEM THOUGH. While this is written in the law that technically you can own property at 16 in Scotland, we couldn't find any evidence that anyone has ever done it.
There seemed to be no case law and all of the lawyers in Scotland that we were speaking with said that they'd never seen it. And even though technically it might be legal, they were refusing to be instructed to carry out the conveyancing for someone who wasn't 18. So in theory it seemed possible, but is it actually?
We spent hours ringing lawyers. First I was ringing lawyers, then Kane was ringing lawyers. Everybody was saying no. And at the end I put a post up to my academy members and all of my clients and said, "Does anybody know any lawyers?" And we got recommended one particular lawyer by a guy called Suck.
And this lawyer said that they would happily act on Kane's behalf even though he was not 18.
>> That you can buy a property in Scotland at 17.
>> Yeah. Um, I mean, there's nothing to um stop that from happening at all. Uh, that's that's absolutely fine. You're more than welcome to have a good day.
>> Come on.
>> We found someone.
>> We found so was a lawyer. So, >> that's a lawyer, bro.
>> Mate, >> that's a lawyer, bro.
>> And he's in Scotland.
Another massive advantage to being in Scotland was there were so many parts of Scotland where house prices were way cheaper than they are in England. We were literally looking at houses that were like 3040 50,000 to buy cash. See the picture of that property I just sent you? How much do you reckon that's for sale for?
>> 150,000.
>> Yeah. You're thinking about England, bro. See here in Scotland the asking price is 50 grand.
>> They want to sell quick. They've said if we come in cash 45 grand. 45 grand. The thing is in Scotland, do you remember years ago in England? You probably do remember this now. Years ago, you could buy a property in England for 50 grand, rent it out for 500 pound a month, make a really good 12, 13, 14% yield. Buy was brilliant. Now, Blet's dead. However, in this area in Scotland, it's not. You can literally buy these types of properties for like 4550 grand, rent them out, £500 a month, make a good yield, and some of that is in a high street. That could work on Airbnb, you So, we viewed lots of different properties and they're okay. But then Kane found this one particular property that really excited him. Upon seeing the property, I just thought, "Yes, yes, he has to buy this one." So, I taught him one of my favorite negotiation tactics that I've learned in property. What do you want to do? Ring them up and say this. I know it's on 50, but I've only got 45 grand.
I don't want to waste time or anything, but is it worth booking a view in or not?
>> And then what if they say, "Oh, no. uh there's no point booking a view in cuz if you ring up and say what's the lowest that accept if you ring up and say what's the low that accept they won't tell you but if you ring up and say look I know it's on for 50 but I could only offer 45 that's all I got is it worth booking the viewing or not yeah >> and if they say you know what it probably is they are motivated then book a viewing that way we're saving time we're making the most time >> hi I've seen your property on right move is up for 50,000 offers a region of it's >> I'm I'm interested in it I was just wondering I've got a cash budget of around4,000. So, I would be looking at making like an offer on it. Is it worth me? Is it worth me um you know, knowing that I've only got that much money, is it worth me coming in and and taking a look at the property?
>> Yeah, I would say so. Our client is is keen to sell. So, he he has mentioned previously that he would be willing to consider an offer less than price. So, yeah.
>> Okay, cool. So, look, right, I'm in TD9.
I'm going to be in TD9 literally about 30 minutes. Do you think I'll be able to get in today by any chance?
>> Yeah, that would be fine. Uh the property's empty, so you could come into the office and just uh collect the key.
>> Absolute legend.
>> Cheers, man. Mate, that that phone went as as good as it could go.
>> Lovely little village.
>> I like this a lot, but I don't know what's happened here.
>> The hallway is clean. Come on then.
Let's go.
Don't get dizzy.
>> Magic is safer up here.
>> You wouldn't you wouldn't be able to, would you, mate? This is lovely, isn't it?
>> Needs no work, don't it?
>> This is actually my favorite.
>> That view's nice. This would be a nice cozy living room.
>> This is a lovely place to live.
Beautiful.
>> You're going to get a lovely tenant in here, mate. Look at the views, man.
>> Oh man.
>> COME ON. How is this property 45 grand?
>> Oh, I was expecting it's open sideways.
>> Yeah, that's good. That's safe. Oh, that's not safe. Oh my goodness, mate.
You imagine you'd be like king. I would live here.
>> Well, you can rent it off me if you want.
>> Maybe I will.
>> I love this. Should >> just go to the agent and make an offer then.
>> Yeah. What are you saying, bro?
Yeah, I really like it.
>> And you've got the keys.
>> Got the keys.
>> Manifestation. What do you reckon we shot for? I'm thinking 43 cash. I >> say you want to get wrapped up within the next four weeks.
>> Okay.
>> You got your lawyer.
>> And in the moment, he didn't go away and say, "I need to sleep on it. I need to think about it." He took action. He went straight to the agent's office and he put forward a formal offer. And in Scotland, when you put forward an offer, unlike in England where people put forward offers and then pull out all the time, it's very frowned upon and culturally unacceptable to do that in Scotland. And once you've signed the misses, you can't pull out legally. It's completely forbidden. So this was quite a courageous thing for him to put forward this offer in Scotland, especially considering he's 17 and he doesn't really have any money. Now, I've got my own finance company, Samuel Leads Finance, where I write the checks for my clients on their deals. And I said to Ken, I'll happily finance this, but you need some skin in the game. You need to put £10,000 in yourself. And that was £10,000 that he didn't have. when you step out and take action, everything just seems to fall into place. And it's at this point when Kane started to get a lot of phone calls from the previous estate agents where he'd put offers forward saying they'd accepted his offer. Meaning that Kane could now potentially package these previous deals, find investors, sell these deals, which would make his £10,000, which he could use as the deposit to be get on the property ladder by buying this property in Scotland himself. The only problem is Kane doesn't have any investors. He doesn't know any investors. How is he going to sell these deals? Now, I run an academy where we have networking events every month. In fact, we have over 50 meetups across the country every single month. So, we went to the nearest networking event in Liverpool, which was the Academy in a Circle. These types of networking events where people have paid a lot of money to be in the room. You got all different types of people with one thing in common. They're interested in making money and they're interested in property. If you can get in these types of networks, suddenly you'll realize it's not just what you know, it's actually who you know. During this networking event, Kane was really trying bless him to try and sell some deals.
And he was trying his best and it was going okay until this one awkward moment happened.
>> A Crollandberg.
>> Is that Was that it?
>> That's the one.
>> Hello. Please can I get a Crawling B?
>> It's for him.
Can we can we get two packs of water, please? And it's card only, isn't it?
So, I can't even give him the All right, I'll meet you at the table. I'll meet you at the table. I I want to get away from this part.
>> Yeah, he was too young to order a drink.
There he is buying houses and packaging and selling deals, but then he's getting IDed at the bar. Kind of awkward, but Kane kept going. Now, it's day five, and I was really hoping that Kane would say, "Thank you, Samuel, for introducing me to loads of investors. Yep. I've managed to sell a couple deals and I made £10,000. Did that happen? No. How much had sold? Nothing. He hadn't made a single sale. So, this is where we had to hit the phones and hit the phones hard.
I gave him a little bit of coaching, put him in the right mindset, told him what to say, gave him a list of some investors to call, plus the people that we'd met last night. But at this point, I think the pressure got to him bad because everything was relying on him making this 10 grand. I'm not going to back the whole deal. I'm not giving him 100% finance. I'm not giving him anything. He's got to do it himself. And I think he was close to cracking under the pressure. At one point, we were going from room to room, changing environment, and I was just telling Kane, just everyone that you can possibly think of, every single person that you met last night, just pick up the phone and call them.
>> Can we go? Can we sit for 5 minutes and come back?
>> Well, how's that going to help?
>> I don't know.
>> Well, time is of the essence, my brother. We've got like 2 hours before we need to get money in the [ __ ] bank. How's sitting down for 5 minutes going to help?
>> Go take a minute.
I feel like I'm I'm I'm just telling him what to do and it's like he doesn't want it. He's he's he's going from a boy to a man. That's what I'm saying.
>> I just start storing. I can't even say my own name without stirring.
We get in the car, we're in a different environment. I'm telling him, just hit the phone. Hit the phone. Hit the phone.
When the going gets tough, most people quit. But often it's when it gets really tough when success is about to happen.
>> Just say if I send you the payment link now, >> how soon can you get that payment?
>> That's all you need to out. You understand?
>> Hey mate. So yeah, just going back to that deal. So yeah, if I sent you the payment link, um if I sent you the payment link, how quickly do you think you'd be able to send those funds over?
>> Um literally within about an hour or so.
>> Okay, perfect. Well, congratulations.
I'm looking forward to I'm looking forward to working with you.
>> That's brilliant.
>> Good.
>> Deal sold.
>> Good. Well, not sold until we've seen the gold.
>> Yeah, >> but I think he's going to pay.
>> Yeah, same. Wait, the investor's met.
He's just paid. The investor's just paid.
>> No, he hasn't.
>> Yes, he has.
>> Come on.
Thank you for your payment.
>> Okay. A little bit of light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully now that's Is that giving you confidence?
>> Yeah.
>> Do you feel now like you can just boss these calls now and just be like, "Look, man, one guy just paid me. I just got five grand. So, what do you want to do?"
>> So, is that deal still available?
>> Yeah. Yeah. I'll send you the payment link. If I send that to you now, are you in a position to pay that now?
>> Yeah, pay it right now.

>> Hey, that's fan.
>> Okay, hold on.
Five grand. Another five grand in the bank. Again, when you've got a specific clear target, when there's a reason why you need the money, when there's pressure on you, suddenly things come into place. He made £10,000 in the space of 25 minutes. But this was my favorite part of the week personally cuz I knew that he was going to be successful. I'd got a little gift for Kane lined up on the basis that I would hold it back and see how he performed, but he's only 17.
I knew he was going to try his hardest, but ultimately it's all about viewing houses and he was really struggling with getting to viewings while he was with me was fine cuz he was in my car, but I knew that really Kane to have complete freedom. I knew that Kane needed his own car and that was the gift I'd lined up for him. I've got a little gift for you as well. Come with me. So, most important thing is your freedom. Wait.
>> No way.
>> There's your automatic.
>> Oh my god.
>> Homeowner and car owner.
>> No way.
>> Oh my.
>> You actually got me the car.
>> Yes, brother. Where on earth did you get this from?
>> Just a just a little gift to say well done for all your hard work.
>> Thank you so much.
>> He deserves it, don't he? He's worked hard. You know what? You made me so so happy.
>> Why is this? He needs it for his business.
>> He does.
>> I've got a cut. Wait.
>> Uhoh.
>> No way. Samuel Lee's bought me a car.
>> And look at that.
>> Wow. Wow. Wow.
>> Look at how happy I How happy is.
>> This is a proper get around vehicle. And if things couldn't get any better for Kane right now. He's got a car. He's buying a house. He's made 10 grand. He then got an unexpected call. call was from the estate agent in Blackpool.
>> Oh, wait. K's commercial just called me.
>> Oh. Um, about the lease option.
>> Yeah. So, I've spoken to the landlord and he's happy to grant you a 5year lease with an option to buy.
>> Okay.
>> Within those five years.
>> Okay. Perfect.
>> Come on.
>> What an ending to the week.
>> I feel like I'm, you know, when you watch them videos where they've just had like five good things happen to them. I feel that moment in person. That's crazy. a purchase option agreement, buy now pay later on the eight bed hotel.
Guess what they said? Yes. They said he could have a hotel and pay for it in seven years time, but take complete control now. Kane is now not just a homeowner, he has his own hotel. Fast forward to today. This happened a few months ago now. Kane has gone from strength to strength and now he's making over £10,000 profit per month. He has three hotels.
He's used all of these creative strategies. He's got a joint venture with a guy that he met on the financial freedom challenge who's also part of the academy. He's packaging and selling deals. The property that he secured in Scotland, he managed to complete on. He got the keys. He has the title deeds.
He's got a tenant in there right now paying in passive income and he's a teenager. He became the youngest landlord in the UK, which meant that he actually got had a conversation with the Guinness Book of Records who reached out to discuss his property ownership. She's just madness. And the truth is, I mean, I've helped a lot of people make money in property. I've made a lot of money myself. I've made many millions. But the feeling of helping people start from scratch and go on to become financially free, that has become my life mission. I want to help more people become financially free through property than anyone has ever done before in human history. That's my goal. So, well done, Kane. Your success is my oxygen. And if you're watching this and you want to learn how you can get started, too. I'm breaking down exactly what Kane did, purchase option agreements, how it works, how to make it legally binding, deal sourcing, how to find investors, how to get the deals. I've put it into a completely free concise online training which is going to be taking place very soon with me personally. And if you want to join me, it's completely free.
