[00:01:57]>> [music] >> Basically, you need to take couple of steps back out of this situation like you were participating [music] in this situation, but just to take the place as the viewer at this situation.

[00:02:13]And then just realize how silly it is to >> [music] >> silly and dangerous maybe physically, maybe emotionally, psychologically to or for you to stay [music] in this position for a longer time.

[00:02:31]And it's really complicated thing.

[00:02:34]So, it's really important for the friends and the family who actually see [music] that you're experiencing this to pull you out of of this relationship if even for a couple of days, for a week just [music] to have a break from this and um to analyze [music] the situation from their side not as you are into this because emotionally you are still connected to this person and you cannot think clearly. This is from my own experience.

[00:03:10]>> I think it's very important for everyone to realize that if you're the victim, it's never your fault. A lot of victims get manipulated by even friends of theirs and of course by the abuser to think that it's their fault or they deserve it somehow.

[00:03:28]It's never on them. It's always on the abuser and guilt and shame should never be on them. And if they're experiencing that, I think it's important as a friend to listen to them and make them aware that if nothing is their fault and they never deserve what's happening to them.

[00:03:46]>> Nothing that you do will will be equivalent to the amount of pain, emotional, physical, and mental caused by the abuser. And that is the only the only responsibility is of the abuser.

[00:04:01]So, it's it's very easy for a victim to think that maybe I deserve this. What did I do wrong for this to happen to me?

[00:04:09]It's happening to you.

[00:04:11]It's It's You're You're not a part of it. It's not your fault, and it's always the abuser's fault. And I think as a mentality, as a people, we have a tendency to say to Oh, well, maybe she stayed in the relationship because of this, or maybe she stayed there because of this, or he accepted that abuse. That's never the case, and that's always a case of manipulation. So, it's it's very important to realize that it's never your fault, and it's always the responsibility of the abuser to accept his actions or her actions, their actions.

[00:05:21]>> So, I recommend to take a couple of steps back if you're alone, or for your friends to pull you out, and even physically uh separate you from this [music] person, so you're not feeling the emotion uh emotionally attached to that person where you're in the relationship with.
