The video offers a sobering analysis of how extreme performance enhancement trades long-term health for a prematurely aged and distorted appearance. It effectively exposes the high biological cost of prioritizing muscle mass over basic physiological well-being.

He Is Ogremaxxing Too HardAdded:
But yeah, no. What did we learn today?
Eat tuna. Who cares?
I >> think that's good.
>> That's sad, man. I'm going to have my son on some growth hormone.
>> Yeah. My son eat my son going to be eat straight protein.
>> Is literally the embodiment of what the definition of ogre boxing is.
>> Like we have a coach and we don't even listen to him.
>> A young handsome man with a world ahead of him to a bloody egg, right? But no offense cuz the guy still has an amazing physique. No hate towards the guy. I'm just saying that these are the side effects that you get from taking performance enhancers. When thinking about the side effects of steroids, I'm sure there is one that comes to mind to many people, and that is aging or increased rates of aging. We see this all the time with guys on social media, especially with steroid transformations.
When they start taking steroids and start posting, they will actually look their freaking age. Let's say they're for instance 22 years old, right? And then they start taking performance enhancers and within the span of like 3 years they now look about 40 to 50 years old. We can take someone like Andre SM for instance. This guy believe it or not is 27 years freaking old when he looks about well I'm sure you can take a guess because the comments will usually say he's like 50 or 60 perhaps 40.
>> I still use my ability.
However, one of the most notable guys, especially over the last few years or so, who's had the major side effects of steroids when it comes to aging is Mike Friggin Tren, famous from the Trend Twins, if you didn't guess that. Both Mike and Chris have had crazy steroid transformations, but it seems that Mike has perhaps had more side effects than Chris has. We can see this mainly in his appearance and again with his aging because it is quite bad. And I actually want to go over his transformation and see how he's gotten worse and worse over time and how it's not looking like he's going to slow down anytime soon. He's making some major mistakes and he's admitted to that himself. We'll go into that, but first, thank you. Thank you for all the support you give to the channel. It genuinely does mean so much.
And if you consider subscribing as a new viewer, it would genuinely mean the world.
>> Subscribe to Cal. Now, I don't know how many of the Trend Twins audience are like new gens who've learned about them in the last like year or so, but I remember when the Trend Twins started blowing up. Not like the OG OG Tik Tok days when they started posting on YouTube at least. Now, we can see in their earliest freaking videos when they're posting about their grocery hauls and when they were doing the push day for gym motivation and stuff like that. There is something that stands out so freaking much in these early videos in 2022, especially keeping nowadays in mind. And that's the fact that mike especially looks so young. Bro, if you literally put these pictures of Mike Tren next to him nowadays, mate, no one would believe that these are the same freaking people. Or you'd think they were at least taken a decade or so apart. Two decades apart, mate.
They were natural at this point, I do believe, before they started taking stuff. So, they weren't really the trend twins at this time. But you can see already at this point that they have bloody great genetics. Even if they did take steroids, bro, they still have freaking great physiques and great strength. But of course, despite the fact that they were freaking blowing up, they still jumped on performance-enhancing drugs. And we can see here in a video, literally a year later than the videos that I just showed you, that Mike looks way older.
Literally way older, bro. His face looks notably more aged, perhaps more swollen, and his hairline is being affected, which is crazy, mate. The fact that these two pictures were taken a year apart is mad. Now, this is going to be down to the acute side effects of aging when taking performance enhancers.
Because of increased activity of things like the renin and aldoststerone system, there'll be more sodium and water retention, which makes your face look more bloated, which would exaggerate things like the folds, as well as creases in your face, making you appear more aged. Of course, there will be things like diet choices, higher carb and sodium intake, as well as things like growth hormone intake, which will also exaggerate. sodium or water retention, which means of course you will look even more bloated and in turn more aged. At this point, Bro could have reversed the side effects by perhaps lowering the dosage if he was blasting.
Perhaps changing his diet in some way.
I'm not entirely sure what he was eating at that time. Perhaps changing the compounds that he was using or of course just lowering them or coming off completely. It could have been perhaps that that Mike Tren was like, "Oh, bro, I just want to freaking blast, bro. I want to freaking the mentality that so many people have where they're like, "Oh, I want to live like a lion now and not care so much about the future." What is it again? Like, I live like a lion for 10 years and live like a sheep for 60 or whatever the hell it is, right? A mindset that plagues so many young men until they realize later on that, oh wait, actually, no, I do want to have some longevity in this life and then they end up trying to mitigate the the side effects that they've had and perhaps reverse the side effects and then try and focus on longevity then whilst, you know, unfortunately taking some years off of their life. Maybe that happened to Mike Tren. And the mad thing is we can literally look at edits of this time when people were joking saying, "Oh yeah, Trend doesn't age you that much or whatever, right?" And then of course he's aged drastically.
Now, of course, Bro is yet to get worse, but as you can see in different pictures that he was taking at the time, as well as the videos that he was recording and whatnot, that it isn't directly linear.
His aging isn't linear. You can see that sometimes he looks younger, sometimes he looks older. That's going to be down to things like facial hair. When Bro covers up the hairline as well, he looks obviously younger in a way. And you can tell, but when he's off cycle, he looks older as well because there's less stress on his body and less water retention. He of course competed and we can actually look around that time that he did compete that he still looks older. Now that's mainly down to the fact that when you actually get to an incredibly low body fat percentage and compete on stage, you do look more gaunt and more wore out in a way. There's like a prep look where your face is extremely gaunt and it does make you look older as well. The facial hair doesn't really help. I saw people using that reasoning when it came to Sam Sulk recently.
People were talking about, "Oh, Sam Sulk's aged like loads." But then people are like, "No, he's just on prep and he's competing. That's why he looks like the way that he does. And when he bounces back, he's going to look younger again and all this way." Okay. Yeah.
Look, when you get down to a low body fat percentage and compete on stage, you do look more g more wore out in a way.
And you're going to be using different compounds like DHT derivatives perhaps to get a dry, hard, grainy look on stage, which is great below the neck for your overall body, but for your face, it's not the best because you look more aged in that way. Of course, taking other stuff like Tren and other compounds will not help with this stuff, but of course, when you come off of that stuff, perhaps go into a health phase and rebound from your show, then you'll look better, which we can see is what happened >> for chest day tomorrow.
However, however, if we literally look at their most recent video and really jump forward to what Bro looks like now, bro. He's aged like crazy. It's It's crazy to me, by the way, that Chris does look so so much younger. That's mad. But anyway, if we were to look at Mike just stood here in front of his brother, mate, he just looks way more aged just in regards to his overall skin. Of course, his hairline's gone back and the facial hair, bro, that doesn't help. Bro looks like I don't know, bro. Comment what he looks like. In my head, I know he looks like a character, but I can't put my bloody finger on it. And of course, the reason why he looks a lot more aged now is down to the long-term side effects of gear usage and aging. It's not necessarily just down to the renin andotent aldoststerone system anymore or growth hormone and water and sod retention and all stuff like that. No, it's not. It's down to oxidative stress being increased and of course inflammation being increased. Not to mention the freaking hair loss, which will of course be down to increased exposure of androgens causing hair follicle thinning and the androgen receptors on your scalp, increasing rates of hair loss, which will make you look older. That doesn't mean that he can't reverse it. It doesn't mean that that's over for bro because of course he can reverse these things. It just don't blast literally don't do as much gear and of course that will mitigate the side effects in that way. You can do hard maxing as well.
There are people who do Botox and other facial surgeries perhaps to of course reverse the aging that they've had. Let the peptides that people may take like KPV for anti-inflammatory or GHKCU which will promote collagen synthesis and skin elasticity making you of course look more youthful. Many people use that nowadays because of course it's a great alternative alternative to doing surgeries and Botox. I don't know if Ro can can reverse the eggax. The egg max, bro. The egg photo. The egg maxing photo is literally is literally the embodiment of what the definition of ogre waxing is. If you've ever heard that before in regards to bodybuilding, there are looks maxes out there who might take performance enhancers to improve their looks, whether it be testosterone or other means, right? But this is to the next level where strictly just bodybuilding.
Yes, you look extremely jacked, but you pretty much lose your appeal in a lot of freaking ways, mate. Jacked, but low to annoy me. Like, I don't know. You're ogre maxing, okay? Or egg maxing. Now, what happened to bro? What mistakes was he making? Well, he went into this a bit when he went on the Stein podcast recently.
>> And there is healthy ways to do it. And I know people have done it like Jay Cutler, Sebum. Like, there's definitely you could be on wars and be healthy. I'm just not the person to do it because I'm not regimented at all. I I don't I don't take >> Unfortunately, my blood work probably should look better for the amount of steroids and things I do, but it doesn't because I don't take it as I got to take it more serious.
>> So, both Mike and Chris in that clip admit to themselves that they make some major mistakes with this stuff that they could be doing things a lot better. Now, of course, when people take performance-enhancing drugs, it's recommended by many performance-enhancing drug users, coaches, and top tier guys that you need to have everything in a freaking line, mate. You need to make sure that you're doing everything to the best of your ability to mitigate the side effects that you can have. That of course includes training, diet, recovery, getting your blood work done, making sure you're on top of ancillaries, and of course making sure you're doing your performance enhancers correctly at the right doses and not going too crazy, not trying to blast to get the most out of it as possible. And that will of course mitigate the side effects of there'll be genetic predispositions and how you react to certain things, which will of course you can't really avoid. But with this stuff, they're making a crazy mistake, >> right? I'll be honest. like I could do a lot of things better, >> right?
>> But at the same time, I'm just having fun with it. You know what I mean?
>> Cuz you guys are super healthy, but it's unhealthy at the same time to put >> Yeah. We're not taking every step that we should. And we know like we have a coach and we don't even listen to them half the time.
>> And bro, they literally just said that they have a coach and they don't even listen to them most of the time and that they're just having fun with it. I mean, if that's what they want to do, I guess, you know, you know, it is what it is. Do you know what I'm saying? When it comes to taking performance enhancers, again, it is quite strict. You have to be quite strict on yourself to make sure that you're doing everything correctly, making the most out of the cycles that you're taking whilst also mitigating the side effects that you could have from taking performance enhancers and they're clearly not doing that. Perhaps they don't have that mindset anymore of oh that freaking lion mentality anymore.
But at the same time, they're having fun whilst taking performance enhancers and they're getting a lot out of it still in a way from of course the fact that they are very successful on YouTube as well as the other social media platforms and they have a successful supplement company now. So their physique and of course their content which is heavily dictated by the way that they look and the performance enhances that they're taking is in correlation to how much money they make. If you know what I mean if they were to come off completely a performance enhancers reverse the side effects in a way be a lot healthier but have worse physiques then they will make less money. That's kind of the dilemma that many people have on social media.
I'm sure they would still have a major pull and if they grow their supplement company large enough then they wouldn't have to focus so much on the physiques that they have and the performance enhancer that they're taking or even competing for that matter. I'm not sure if they actually still want to compete because they competed like 2 years ago and they haven't done since. It's quite an interesting situation nonetheless.
It's mad to see their trans or especially Mike's transformation over this time because bro went from like a young handsome man with the world ahead of him to a bloody egg, right? But no offense because the guy still has an amazing physique. No hate towards the guy. I'm just saying that these are the side effects that you get from taking performance enhancers and we see that not only with Mike but with many of the body other bodybuilders as well. It's quite interesting. Either way, let me know what you think of this situation in the comments down below. Do you think Bro's being a bit of an idiot for what he's doing or do you think perhaps that he's quite smart in what he's doing and Bro's just getting jacked? Bro's just ogre maxing. Bro's Nick Walker maxing.
He actually kind of looks like Nick Walker in a way when Nick Walker shaved his buddy head not too long ago. Either way, let me know in the comments down below. Your comments on the video genuinely mean so much and I do read over uh most of them there. So, let me know what you think. Of course, if you want to support the channel, you can like and subscribe. Again, that genuinely does mean so much as well.
Check out the socials and until next time, I know the mic is going to get more jacked, but more yolked. Literally yolked cuz he's an egg.
