So, its own regulatory structure to a certain degree, its own taxation structure to create a using private funds. No government assistance or subsidy or tax breaks, anything like that. So, using private funds to build the island into the community. And then, once it's built up, it would be governed by by the city government. Bow Isle would be a 50,000 person city with its own with its own governance system.
