If you're being asked to increase productivity by 40% in 30 days without added resources or improve metrics that take 60 to 90 days to generate or even take on additional responsibilities while fixing performance, that's not improvement.

[00:00:46]That's them exposing you. Okay. So, step two, document everything. Pull your last performance reviews. Gather measurable outcomes. Save client feedback. Compile emails that show impact. You're building a factual record and we're not building an emotional defense here. And the last step, schedule a formal meeting with manager and HR. Do not argue. Do not spiral.
