[00:00:00]There's a reason why the divorce rate uh likelihood goes up as people get remarried more and more and more. You would think they divorced the wrong person, so now they're going to marry the right person. You you've learned something. You you you've gotten skills.

[00:00:11]You learn from your failures. But marriage is unique in that every time you divorce, you haven't necessarily learned something. You've possibly, and this ain't everybody, but you've possibly just run away from yourself in the mirror. Exactly. And you can never escape yourself. And what marriage does is it turns a mirror on yourself. And you find out more about who you are.

[00:00:29]That's really the challenge of marriage is finding out who you are. And the people who draw away, who refuse to connect with this thought, it's because it's revealing more of who they are.
