And what I mean is >> [music] >> the big rip the roof off the thing add a second story do a $150,000 rehab >> [music] >> does not excite me and the the huge change before and after doesn't, but things that are predictable, things that we [music] know what we're getting when we go in and what we're getting when we go out, I love that type of investing >> [music] >> and sometimes that isn't the fanciest thing and may not look the coolest, but [music] I love it and it pays off really well in the end.
