Judge vs Jury: Who Decides Your Fate?

[00:00:29]>> A judge is one trained mind. You roughly know how they'll rule. A jury is 12 strangers and one of them might convict you just because they don't like your face.

[00:00:44]>> A judge is a single yes or no. A jury usually has to agree, all 12 of them.
