[00:00:15]If you don't have the infrastructure to keep it going. If you don't have the the charges or the right roads, then the intelligence doesn't exhibit itself. So, it you become a misfit.

[00:00:25]And technically brain chemistry point of view, you need more dopamine to regulate your emotions and you also have what we call as an executive dysfunction.

[00:00:35]So, the ability to initiate tasks, maintain focus, concentration is impaired.

[00:00:42]Then you procrastinate.

[00:00:44]You know, making decisions become harder.
