Hello, folks. David Lunsford is on balance.com. If labor laws required something akin to the formula in Rouse Solution, it would be a giant step towards solving Social Security's solvency crisis, the need for immigration, and the risk of dangerous population decline. In my four prior videos, I've demonstrated, despite what many people think, and like it or not, that we urgently need much more immigration. Why? America's birth rate is way too low, mostly because Americans don't think they can afford babies. This causes a worker-to-retiree ratio imbalance that creates problems for Social Security. Rouse Solution helps to solve the immigration, retirement, and population decline problems. Rouse Solution will lessen the dangerously widening income-wealth gap and help save our democracy from oligopoly.
In short, the solution is tie worker pay to CEO pay. If CEOs get paid more, so do workers.
It's suggested that the changes of Rouse Solution be incrementally phased in over a 5-year period. Examples two and three in the slides are the most interesting.
Example two is close to a real-life General Motors situation. A minimum salary of over $90,000 definitely helps with child rearing and retirement.
Example three is my favorite. Musk doesn't get all the $50 billion bonus, just a mere 35 million. Aw, but 141,000 employees get $350,000.
That's a lot of college and child rearing expenses paid for.

His approach see secure the border and deport is largely a waste of taxpayer money. Yes, border states need some help with a flood of immigrants, but that's a separate issue.
But Trump's sending ICE and the National Guard everywhere it's wasteful and oppressive and even worse, Trump's approach is sure to endanger the financial well-being of seniors when 2033 rolls around.
Is Trump sacrificing the welfare of the less fortunate and our seniors to pay for war, ballrooms, and monuments?
Low birth rates, Social Security insolvency, population decline, the urgent need for substantial immigration are all addressed in the videos and web pages you see on your screen.
Better pray increases the birth rate and decreases the need for immigration.
