Saying no to data centers, Biscuit Belly to open soon, Mona Lisa in the Short North?

[00:00:03]Jackson Township is saying no to data centers for at least the next year.

[00:00:08]Trustees have now passed a one-year moratorium for unincorporated areas. The Township administrator says they want to better understand the impact of data centers and review what regulations may need to change. He says there are no plans to build one in the Township just yet, but early discussions are happening for a possible data center nearby in Grove City. If you drove past West 5th Avenue it recently, you may have noticed some new paint on the former home of Hot Chicken Takeover. There's new signage, too. Biscuit Belly is set to move in this summer. Their menu includes scratch-made biscuits, pancake corn dogs, and other southern breakfast items. The restaurant opens on June 2nd.

[00:00:43]Biscuit Belly says the new spot is designed to feel like coming home with a community-focused space and special opening day giveaways. All right, check out this new mural in short in the Short North. Columbus artist Mandy Kaski, also known as Miss Birdy, just finished She Moves with Color. It's reimagining of the Short North's iconic Mona Lisa mural that was up since the '90s. It spans 1,000 square feet and is installed on the second story of Moxy Hotel.
