💣ZBCN and Canton Just Got REAL | Documents Exposed!

[00:00:04]ZBCN and Canton holders is Zebeck the missing layer for Google. Now, you may be wondering why in the world would you include something like Canton into the mix. We're heading you on that. You see you smash the like back with Robin Roo of the Coin Vault Crew. Let's jump into this and again, a lot of people share this. Robin Roo have shared this on their live as well as some recorded videos, so they're already studied up on this. Let's get into it. So, for one it's this right here.

[00:00:29]You've seen it, but we're going to expand it to it. So, for one we have Google's latest AI developments highlight a growing shift. AI is evolving beyond assistance into operational workflows. As AI agents, or I should say agents, operate across commerce and subscriptions, infrastructure for real-time creator payouts and subscription payment via stablecoin is streaming and it's going to become more increasingly important. So, is Zebeck the missing piece? Some people say, "Well, it's Canton." Maybe it's both. Maybe it's again complementing infrastructure. Draw your own conclusion, but this was reported the other day May 26th, again, depending on when you get the video.

[00:01:02]Now, when I jump into this here's something I want to also point out. Uh right here it says from AI assistance to AI operators.

[00:01:10]Again, so much emphasis on workflows.

[00:01:13]But, where I want to get into the whole thing is the missing layer. And like it says here, the missing layer is agent handling. Um you guys know I cover a lot of Quant Network, right? We also do this here at the at the Coin Vault. Notice how it says creator focus agent operating across YouTube subscriptions sponsorships, digital services may need access to recurring budgets and merchant payment rails. I mean, we're creators.

[00:01:36]Could that be right up our alley? Uh in other words, agents require more than wallets. They require treasury access.

[00:01:44]Think about it. They do a lot of specialization when it comes to treasury, right? Uh it's literally all over Canton, right? So, this is something I want to get more into. And like it says, why this connects naturally to Zebec? More mentions of payroll and of course treasury. Now, just real quick, Zebec originally developed streaming payment technology to modernize payroll and treasury management. Instead of batch payments and delayed settlement cycles, funds can move continuously in real time governed by programmable rules defined at the treasury level. All right, that's really, really important, is it not?

[00:02:19]We're going to get into a little bit more of it, but uh nonetheless, I want to get into why we're here with everybody. And this is where we're going to have Rob and Rue and all you guys.

[00:02:33]You've been covering a lot even on your live shows breaking down some of the connections, and I think from there, we're going to have Rob obviously you're going to simplify this. You're going to bring it to everybody in layman's terms.

[00:02:43]After that, I'm going to come back and I'm going to show you guys some actual documents. There's a particular bank it's called Sunflower Bank, and they specifically highlight streamlining payroll, and then we're going to get into some things from a white paper, as well as a smoking gun in my opinion to Canton, where brand new update everybody, they have integrated into the code. Yes, Zebec, and nobody's really talking about this. You want to stick to the end on this one. Boy, did we ever get into a lot of this, but first, Rue, take it away.

[00:03:13]>> Yeah, so I wrote this down on my channel yesterday guys like Zebec Google is it is it a real partnership? Let's break it down.

[00:03:20]So, let's get into a little bit here.

[00:03:23]Basically what I seen there and and I broke down what Max just read there.

[00:03:27]The agentic AI is going to be a big part of the future with these treasuries, right?

[00:03:33]Robin and I were at XRP Las Vegas, and one of the things that Simon said in his speech is that the treasury flywheel is going to be a big part of what happens with Zebec and them getting in together with Ripple and DLT Treasury, they're going to be able to use that and make treasury basically a part of what Zebec's doing. So, now everything kind of flows down from the treasury part.

[00:03:55]Not only payroll, they'll get to do the instant payments, they'll get to do the billing, they'll get to do any investments, everything will go flow down from the treasury, and those agents will basically do the payroll, they'll do all of that. They'll do the billing, everything. So, one of the things that I pointed out was that pay.sh with Solana, which Zebec is built on Solana, they have a partnership with Google Cloud.

[00:04:19]So, it's all kind of moving together when you see those three companies kind of united there, and this is just the next phase of it.

[00:04:27]>> Yeah, absolutely. And now I'm going to try to go through this and simplify it for people a little bit, as as we commonly get that request. So, basically what's happening is the agentic economy, in plain English, is this simple. Right now, most AI, like ChatGPT, waits for you to ask it something. The next phase, what big tech, like Google, is pushing for is agentic AI. Persistent agents that work in the background, like digital employees. For example, a marketing agent that automatically buys Facebook or Google ads when it detects a good opportunity. Great if you're doing marketing.

[00:05:02]A dev agent that spins up cloud servers and pays pays for them as needed. A treasury agent that stems streams payments or freelancers or handles recurring bills, right? Very, very simple. These agents need money to operate independently, not just a wallet for one-off transfers, but continuous rule-based access to funds.

[00:05:25]So, why payments are the missing layer?

[00:05:29]Traditional banking or payments systems are built for humans. Batch processing, slow approvals, not programmable by software, not designed for 24/7 machine speed operations. Crypto helps with instant global transfers and stablecoins, but most projects focus on trading or simple sends, not programmable continuous money flows with spending controls and real-world spending like their cards. Zebec has been building exactly this for years with streaming payrolls and programmable treasuries.

[00:08:36]And just the cachet, the name value of being tied to someone like Google, oh man, there there's a lot there's a lot there.

[00:08:46]>> Not to mention they're already have have credibility from companies like Visa.

[00:08:52]>> And Ripple and Stellar, right?

[00:08:54]>> As Rob would say, 100%. What we're going to do now is we're going to transition over to some updates. We got to give you some of these updates and how we're going to tie it all in. This is going to be some of the most best research for tying the now as well as the past, the whole shebang.

[00:09:08]For one, let's pull this up on the screen. This is good stuff. So, for one, how about Google? Yeah, Google. Watch this.

[00:09:15]10 hours ago, it was reported from Let's Data Science that Google integrates AI agents across product portfolio. Shout out to Shook Focus, you guys are going to get a video probably within the next few days where we literally share a key portfolio with like XCN and some of their partners. More importantly, Pantera. But, how about this for size?

[00:09:35]Google, with this product portfolio, says 10 hours ago at Google I/O 2026, Google unveiled a broad push to embed AI agents. See how this is adding up?

[00:09:45]Across its consumer and enterprise products, led by new models. And if anything, this is the highlight. Again, look at this for a moment. You have AI agents across its consumer and enterprise products, led by new models and tooling. Per Google's I/O blog and Google Cloud Communications, the company released Gemini 3.5 Flash, now generally available via the Gemini API. Now, it gets into the whole thing of personal agents and enterprise, etc., etc. But down here, they point out specifically the next web describes a redesign of Google Search. Now, keep in mind, we at Coin Law, as well as our individual channels, specifically mentioned a lot when it comes to the internet of value, the internet of trust, and again, Web3.

[00:10:27]In my opinion, we're in roughly 2.7, maybe 2.8, but we're definitely not in a full-fledged Web3, and we're definitely not in the fourth industrial revolution yet. So, the next web, all right? You better believe Google doesn't want to miss out on that. So, it says there's going to be a redesign of Google Search toward AI information agents, with AI overviews reaching 2.5 billion monthly users, and conversational search crossing 1 billion monthly, according to that report. Now, watch this, okay? We have to include some Quant on this again.

[00:10:57]We see here the automation, the whole thing of AI agents that connect Overledger and 3,000 plus other apps in seconds. And immediately, you have 24 examples of Google integrated into Overledger. Now, you may think, "Well, Max, I've been here, I've done that with you. Is that all you got?" Well, hold my beer, because check this out. Remember how we just mentioned Gemini? Well, as the saying goes, boil it, mash it, stick it Google Gemini right there. And we even have I'm not oblivious to it, which I need to learn the skill set. You have Claude and Gemini and ChatGPT with Harpa AI, a browser extension powered by hybrid AI engine that combines those three and more. Do you find it to be a coincidence? I do not find it to be a coincidence at all. On top of that, when you look into basic things about streamlining payroll, well, guess what comes up? It's this particular bank called Sunflower Bank. [00:11:53]Notice how it immediately it points out 10 tips for streamlining your payroll process. Last I checked, that's literally the slogan of Sebaek. And more importantly, they are also FDIC insured.

[00:12:05]Right down here, they need something to complete payroll records, etc., etc. Work with your accountant to set up a payroll system. All right, the reason why I'm also pointing this out is because back in 2025, more particular, September 2025, with 8.5 billion in assets, you have 71 licensed Oops, I have to go back to that. 71 licensed branches in seven states and mortgage capabilities. Now, from what I gathered, and you're welcome to look into this more yourself, there is a Ripple connection. And say what you want, there is something about the partnership with Ripple that has been confirmed as unveiled at XRP Vegas, which brings me to this next thing, and that is this right here.

[00:12:52]I find it interesting that in the MiCA white paper, they specifically have this whole thing of uh accordance with crypto regulations. Again, European Union and European Economic Area. From what I gathered, not many people are sharing this, but it says crypto asset white paper not approved by any competent authority or any member state of the European Union that you have basically the the the utility token and the projects. Um and it gets really into the plans for the token as in what ZBCN.

[00:13:21]Uh remember how we talked about subscription? They literally point all this out in the white paper. Yeah, the MiCA white paper for Zeback page three of 32. I also find it interesting. Maybe we'll go further into that at some other point. But, how do we tie in things like Canton? Now, watch this. This is brand new and to my knowledge, nobody's sharing this with you. We have found out here at the Coin Vault that you have proof of Zeback protocol and Zeback Canton payroll. It's literally called Zeback Canton payroll. This is from GitHub, everybody, and shout to Rue, he makes spin on this here soon when we get to him. But, nonetheless, he is coder.

[00:13:55]And what we see here, specifically speaking, is Zeback times Canton payroll. You have this proof of repository that contains the code base and project documentation for Zeback network payroll and programmable payment app on Canton. Now, notice how I highlighted programmable. Why would I do that? We know that Quant Network specializes in programmable liquidity.

[00:14:15]And what is the definition of programmable liquidity? Tokenized deposits. Canton recently collaborated with who? The Quant Network. Again, Rob is right. This is a multiverse world. We have more proof about it. But, look what it says here. And Rue, you're going to love this. The project aims to deliver public good production grade streaming payroll protocol on the Canton network, natively supporting USDCX as the default stable coin for on-chain enterprise payments. And more importantly, how many integrations do we see here in regard to Zeback? Well, what's the objective? To bring Zeback's streaming payroll infrastructure to the Canton ecosystem as a public utility, enabling continuous fee-free payroll, treasury flows, and programmable payments for any enterprise or user. My God. And people, if you still haven't seen it, remember when Zeback shared back in February 23rd, 2026 that they're partnering with Lattice Finance, the first neo bank built on Canton network? This marks Zeback's entry to Canton ecosystem. To me, I could put two and two together and I could realize that my goodness, this might be the biggest Zeback update that most have not shared. Definitely want to get some of you guys' closing thoughts in that regard.

[00:15:37]We've always known that they had a deepening of a project with Canton. Uh so Simon Babakhani told us that. Um and I've always said a couple times on my shows that they have a relationship with Canton with the USD USD CX. That was there also in the notes with GitLab. Oh man, that's amazing, bro. That's an amazing find.

[00:16:01]>> Yeah, I got I got to say all of that kind of made me think about how Zcash very quickly starting to look like it's going to be almost the chainlink of their narrative. Where they're the glue that ties everything together. Just partnered with everybody. The integrations, uh the rails putting it It's just they're going to be the chainlink of DeFi.

[00:16:22]>> And and think about how we told you guys in a couple different shows that the DTCC is planning to tokenize quadrillions coming up here um on Independence Day and everything's supposed to go live July 13th, right? So, Zcash might be a part of that, right?

[00:16:39]Um Cannot wait until all of that happens.
