Restaurants can enhance community value by offering in-house prepared items and serving as local grocery alternatives, particularly in areas without nearby grocery stores, while maintaining a welcoming outdoor dining experience.

Aaron Rejino from Rejino Barbeque in Olton, Texas追加:
Hey, I'm Aaron. I'm Raho and this is Raho Barbecue in Alton, Texas. So, this is our patio here. It's nice little spot. We definitely feel like outdoor seating had to be a priority for us at our new spot. And so, we wanted to do a little something where there was just enough room to have a little outdoor vibe. So, we're excited about the patio.
And if it ain't blowing 100 miles an hour wind here or if it's not 105° outside, it's pretty nice place.
Let's go inside.
This is our dining room. Not real big, but big enough for where we are. Excuse me. I'm going to get right by you.
>> How you doing?
>> Good. How are you? Good.
>> Good. How are you guys doing? Good.
Okay. So, this is our market. We carry a few selections. We do some deli items.
This is all stuff that we make here in house. It's a way that we can use some repurposed items and stuff like that, but it's all fresh stuff, all made right here in house. And here in Alton, we actually don't have a grocery store or a market or anything like that. And so, one of the cool things we were able to do was be able to offer some fresh produce, just a small selection of the basics to where if you need a couple of tomatoes or some lettuce, we have what you need right here. And we're excited to be able to offer that here in our town of Olton. And so, here we're also going to find just some fresh meat.
We're going to have some repurposed items, some discounted barbecue items and stuff like that. just small selection. And then of course you got to have Blue Bell if you're in Texas. So that's always a nice thing to finish your barbecue meal with is just a little bit of Blue Bell ice cream.
