TOP 10 Hidden Risks Of Penile Enlargement!Added:
Hey guys, it's Hank here. So, this is a video that is extremely important to me and I often think it goes overlooked in the community and that's why I want to talk about the top 10 hidden dangers when it comes to enlargement exercises and this enlargement community at large.
So, we're going to be breaking it down.
It's not necessarily going to be in numerical order, but I think all of these are important. So, stay tuned.
Before we get into it guys, just take a second, hit the thumbs up button. It means so much, especially at this point for me and consider subscribing if you're not a subscriber. So, number one.
Now, this one actually I do feel is the most important one and that's desperation. When you are desperate, that's when things get dangerous really in all walks of life, okay? But when you are desperate, you when you would do anything to get bigger, that makes you do things like trying very dangerous exercises, trying very dangerous coaches. You are opening yourself to exploitation by I'll buy whatever device there is and it opens you up to dangerous techniques. Somebody says, "Oh, well I gained X amount injecting DHT into my pee-pee." You're going to go online and be like, "Oh bro, tell me where you got that." And I see this all the time guys and that's why I'm trying to make you aware. So, the next one is going to be dangerous devices. Guys, not everything that you see, just because there's a product on the market, it does not mean that it is safe. There's something that's called a noose extender where it's literally an extender, but it has a little silicone strap that straps down just below the head of your penis and essentially acts as a tourniquet, okay? It's actually made from the same material that they used to make certain tourniquets out of. There's other water-based devices where you put it on your pelvis and you have a pump that's pressing directly on the area just above your penis where you have your basically dorsal nerve of the penis comes through and you have your suspensory ligament and very important structures and you are jamming that pump down on there and then on top of that, it is shooting the water out at a very high rates and so you have this rapid jump in pressure. In my opinion, that's not safe, but yet there's a lot of people that still buy those types of devices and that's just a few of them. Guys, you really need to be careful with the purchases that you make and make sure that it is a safe device.
What is a safe device? That is a very long conversation. If you guys are interested, just I've covered it in other videos. Check out my other videos like my extender playlist or my pumping playlist guys. Now, next is dangerous coaches. Guys, just because somebody claims to be a PE coach, a penile enlargement coach, it doesn't mean that they are or doesn't mean that they should be, okay? There is no like PE coaching course certificate that you get that says like you're a personal trainer or something that says that you are qualified to give this advice. What you have is people that come onto the internet and say, "Trust me, bro. I've gained X amount in X amount of time.
Therefore, you should hire me for coaching." And often times these guys don't have pictures and when they do have pictures, it's questionable at best. I've had people come to me with injuries after having coaching from other people and they say, "I broke my D. How do I fix it?" And I've had other people come to me and just said, "Hey, I've been doing this and it hasn't worked. I've been trying this for a year. Do you have any suggestions?" And their advice was just absolutely terrible and I don't even know where this comes from. So, just be very careful with that guys. Just because somebody posts a certain amount of gains in their bio, it doesn't mean that they're actually gain that much. And guys, this next one goes along with the dangerous coaches and it's similar, but it's false prophets. There are people that get up and they say basically, "Trust me, I'm the one true leader in PE." They rely heavily on something called an expert fallacy, meaning they make themselves come off as an expert and therefore you should listen to everything they say without questioning the actual science that goes into it. Often times, once again, these same people have either little proof or very poor proof of the actual gains that they claim. So guys, just be very careful with who you listen to. What I try to do in all of my videos is I actually try to provide you the evidence that I'm using, okay? Is it possible that I misinterpret the data? Sure. Do I get it right every single time? No, but I still provide you the document, provide you the paper and say, "Hey, here's the paper that I got this from.
You read it for yourself. Make your own conclusions." So, even though yes, I am an actual medical doctor, I don't say, "Hey, trust me for your PE advice cuz I'm a doctor." Because I'm not a urologist. I am not technically a medical expert on this subject. And so, just be careful out there guys. Make sure you're using the brain. Make sure that you're vetting these conversations.
Make sure you're vetting this material for yourself. Now guys, this one is a pretty bad one that I see more and more often, okay? People with an actual poor understanding of actual science, okay?
Just because you use big words, you use fancy words like matrix metalloproteinases or collagen or endothelial cells, it doesn't mean you actually understand what's going on. You can use words like that to try to make yourself sound smart so people don't question what you're saying. In my opinion, a true show of intelligence or understanding is when you can actually talk in such a way that anybody would understand what you're talking about. You don't have to rely on fancy words and flowery language to try to convince people that you're smarter than you actually are. So, one example of a guy who does a great job at this.
Now, sometimes it's still a little hard for me to even read, but is Karl Wikman.
And so, if you read his posts, he has sources and he has documentation for basically everything he says. Now, I'll be honest, I don't agree with 100% of what he says sometimes, but the science is there and it's sound and at least it's something that you can reference for yourself. So, just be aware guys.
Now guys, this is one of the worst ones that I've seen as well and that's false promises, okay? Somebody says, "I you know, I promise you you can gain 4 in in 4 weeks using this pill, buying this course, using this device." And you're like, "Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah."
Guys, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. So, just be careful out there. Use your brain. And just because somebody oh, "If you're not gaining an inch in a year, then you're doing something wrong." Just because somebody claims that, it doesn't mean it's actually true. I've alluded to this one as well guys. Exploitation and financial loss. People are preying on your insecurities. They're preying on your desperation to get bigger and therefore, instead of saying, you know, "Hey, here's something that I could sell you at this price, but no, I'm going to double, triple, quadruple the price just because I know people will buy it at that price because they're desperate."
There was a device that I'm certainly not going to mention by name. It was $20,000 for 1 year guys and there was people who bought it and I don't blame them to an extent because they were desperate to get bigger and the guy said, "Oh yeah, there's a money back guarantee." But the people didn't read the fine print that said, "Actually, if you have any experience with PE and you try this device and you don't gain, then there is no money back guarantee." So, please guys, just be careful when you're purchasing and make sure you shop around and find something that actually is a reasonable price, especially in today's economic climate. Ignoring injury risk.
Guys, this stuff is dangerous, okay?
There's no way around it. Part of what I do is actually injury coaching guys. If you need me for coaching or consultation about this, patreon.com/dochank.
The link is in the description below.
But I can't tell you how many guys I coached through injuries. Now, fortunately, I'm able to get them to bounce back whether it be hard flaccid or a blister or just erectile dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunction, but the fact of the matter is injuries are a very real thing and they happen.
People often like to minimize that because if they're trying to sell you the product which is enlargement, they're not going to say like, "Hey guys, let's do a deep dive of the injury risks." One of the first things that people come to me when they come to me for enlargement coaching, I say, "What is the point of having a bigger D if it doesn't work? Please make sure this is worth it to you." That is literally the opening phone call that we have. And so, please just be aware guys. This stuff is not zero risk of injury. And guys, I'm going to sound like an old man here, but ignoring future injury risk. Guys, this repetitive microtrauma and damage to the penile tissue, I don't know what it's going to do long-term. Now, it's interestingly enough, I do know people that have been doing PE for 20 years, even 30 years. There's a guy on the live stream today that have been doing it for 30 years. But you need to make sure you're using techniques that are going to be safe and they're going to be effective and they're not going to ruin your D when you're 60 years old and it doesn't work, okay? So, please be careful with that. And please don't do that I'm young and invincible thing.
Everything's fine and dandy until your D doesn't work. But y'all don't want to hear me, you just want to dance. And guys, not managing expectations. There are people out there like I said, "Oh, I guarantee you'll gain this much if you buy my coaching or if you get this pump or this device or whatever." Guys, I tell people expect a half an inch in a year in length and a quarter inch in a year in girth. Now, I actually have my Hink trial, okay? Shout out to my guy Karl Wikman for hosting my Hink trial.
Now, you can see the photos and the entire write-up yourself. Check it out if you don't believe me, but you can actually see the guys gained with actual photo evidence. So, even though my Hink trial showed basically twice the gains or the same gains in half the time, I still tell people gain expect a half an inch in a year and a quarter of an inch in in girth in a year just so you have more appropriate expectations and hopefully you exceed that and you're like, "Oh man, this is awesome. I'm even gaining at an even faster rate." But if you somehow fall down to that level, you're still like, "Okay, this is expected." So, just be careful of people trying to upsell you or trying to promise things that they can't because they're trying to say that you should be growing at a faster rate. So guys, let me know, is there anything I missed? And I know I'm not immune to some of these at I at certain points in my career, which is almost 6 years now, I've fallen into one of these 10 things. But let me know what you think. Let me know what I missed. Let me know how much of this you've encountered personally. Now guys, if you want to learn how to get bigger with the most science-based and evidence-based with actual photographic evidence of people gaining, you know, consider my course. I update it all the time. You pay it one-time fee and you get it for as long as the course is live. You get all of the updates that come with it guys. So, as the data changes, the course is going to change.
But guys, that's going to do it for this one. I love you guys. I appreciate you guys. Catch you on the next one. Peace and love.
