So many of us just we come to the workplace with bringing our own bumps, bruises, past experiences, upbringings. Yet, when to your point, we walk in and we are sometimes still expected to be different, right? I have to either leave that at the door and can't be who I am or or I'm going to just be nasty because I'm I don't have I can't flex what I want at home, so I'm going to flex it and take it out soon.
