The video provides a professional and accessible overview of high-density hair restoration, effectively simplifying complex surgical procedures for the viewer. However, its emphasis on near-perfect survival rates and a "painless" experience feels more like a marketing pitch than a nuanced medical discussion.

Every hair transplant journey is different and every patient has a story behind it. Today, let's take a look at some real surgery experiences. Here's Swapnil's journey, a look into the procedure phase where planning and execution come together to build the foundation. Hi guys, this is Swapnil and uh I'm from Abu Dhabi.
I've come from Abu Dhabi to Arido.
Just put your hands up in the air to get my hair transplant done from QHD.
Hit it.
>> Hi guys, this is Swapnil and uh I'm from Abu Dhabi. I've come from Abu Dhabi to Aridoir to get my hair transplant done from QHD.
We're buying some Rudra Mada.
Hi guys. So we are here in Rishies now with the QT team and uh they suggested me a cafe here which is very cool. It's a very nice location and we've also ordered some good food here. We've ordered in iced americano and some bruschettas and sandwiches. So, let's try and let's see how is it. Cheers.
This is uh Swabnil and uh I'm from Mumbai but living in Abu Dhabi for last 10 years. We landed uh in Dhadun yesterday. The team uh got me here in Harido. They assisted me with the transport and after that uh we went to Rishiesh which is around 40 45 minutes from here and the team took me there. We went to we went for some sightseeing. We went to some really good cafes. Uh and there was amazing food there. The weather over here is as usual. It's always nice and it's quite a great fun and it's an adventure here. So, it's amazing. So, I've been having this uh issues with hair loss from the past 9 to 10 years almost since I moved into the Gulf. And today it's I'm here in QHT. It's my first day and uh I've been researching for a lot of clinics to get my hair transplant done and I've been looking from last two years. I've been looking in Dubai, Abu Dhabi. So I came across I came across some videos on YouTube uh with people having some good results which I hadn't which I haven't seen other places. So I tried uh going in more details and I found out that uh this all transplants have been done from QHT clinic. So I gave them a call. Uh they have their number online. So I gave them a call. I researched about their procedures. So they told me they have some latest techniques and equipments uh which helps in getting more density in the during the transplant. I am a bit nervous but uh the team here is quite helpful and they made me little more calmer and um but still nervous. So, here I am today and uh let's get it done.
Hi guys. So today is the surgery day and as you can see uh this doctors have been performing my surgery. We've started early morning today almost 8:00 after 8:00 and it's afternoon now. So the surgery is still going on.
Whatever my thoughts were is completely changed. This is a very very very normal procedure. It's not painful at all. As you can see, I got I'm talking to you and I haven't realized yet any kind of pain. So, this is perfect.
Plus, uh I had my breakfast in the morning before the surgery and also during the midsurgery uh these guys provided me food and uh that's it. It's amazing.
Hey guys, so as you can see I'm completed with my surgery. So total number of graphs used was 5,500 and uh it took it took them over 2 days to completely finish the whole process of implanting.
Um I must say completely totally when I when I came here I was nervous as any person would would be who would think about hair transplant for the first time but this is amazing. This is a completely painless procedure. Not even a single time I felt that I'm having any kind of pain or anything. the do the doctors the technicians they took special care inside the operation theater and uh they were continuously engaging and asking if you're okay if there's any pain in any certain area do you want something do you need something and that's amazing and the surgery went quite well uh these people are I must say they're completely professionals they know their job and they've done it very well I'm just waiting for the best results to come out now and again uh Harido Uttarakhan being very nice weather, very nice climate, it does help uh rather than going into those major cities like I'm from Mumbai originally but I I I was planning to do it from Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore or let's say any metro cities but you know you are in that fuzz in the in that traffic in that pollution you come here out of all those things when you land here in Dadun your mind automatically sets to a nice and a calm level. So which helps actually which helps and I have uh what I have done is I've kept two two more days for myself to stay here and enjoy this weather. So this is it. This is the best place guys.
Now moving on to Ashotoh Prateesh. His experience gives a deeper insight into the surgery process.
>> All right everyone. So now we are here at Harido and it has been a super long journey 30ish hours. We started from Chicago, Illinois and in the US to Istanbul, Turkey. We had a layover and then landed in Delhi and now QHT provided us with a taxi. So we came from the Delhi airport all the way to Heredoir. And now we just are checking in. And after the check-in is done, we'll be doing some sightseeing, going to hero, Ganga Arti, and all the fun stuff. and then finally connecting with the doctor.
So now we have done getting freshened up the shower everything is done. The lunch was amazing here at the hotel and now next stop is Hakipuri Gangarati at around 6. Currently it's 4:30 so we still got some time after Darati we'll get the blessings for tomorrow's surgery.
>> All right everyone first day of We are here with the first day of hair transplant and right now it's 6:00. We literally just attended the Ganga Arti at PI and the atmosphere, the vibe, the goosebumps, it's all truly a blessing.
Seriously, first day is like 20 out of 10. It's been amazing and got the blessings from Gangama for the hair transment procedure starting tomorrow.
So yeah, stay tuned for updates. Thank you.
>> All right, everyone. So, yesterday was day one and yesterday included check-in, introduction to the team. We did our blood samples as well as physicals. Uh, and the best part of the evening was actually the Gangarati like I mentioned yesterday. It was super relaxing and peaceful, all rejuvenated for day two, which is today. And today's agenda is consultation with the doctor, which we just did. So they asked us, you know, answered our questions, queries, concerns that we had. The better and the fun part is actually drawing the hairline, which is going to be a creative discussion between doctor and my family. So excited for that. And then we'll be doing the trimming, the actual uh implantation and the extraction. So I'll keep you all updated on how that goes. Uh and uh back to the team.
Hey everyone, Ash Patel here. Uh, I'm from Chicago, US. Came here with my family. Uh, I've been experiencing baldness since my mid20s. I'm currently 29, so it's been about 4 to 5 years. And when I was at home, uh, my family and I tried couple of things like biotin or like the hair max laser comb, and it helped. It improved the quality of my hair. uh but family was like you need to get actually full head back. So here at QHT in 2024 January and excited for the procedure. So uh we decided to go with QHT for several reasons actually. So I'm originally from Gujarat but we were researching lots of clinics in Delhi in Rajasthan and Gujarat and Heredoir was actually not on our agenda at all. Uh but when we were talking with people, Suitta who was our uh consultant and one-on-one coordinator at QHD, she was super helpful. She answered all the questions promptly. And one thing that was really important for us was actually getting uh you know hand-to-and service.
So picking us up from the airport to dropping us off even the stay and everything is accommodated for so that really lifted the burden from our shoulder so that we didn't need to do that much decision making. So uh QHD really uh delivered on that and uh again we just landed here hoping to keep you guys updated. So when I initially started getting in touch with uh folks from QHD they quoted about 5,500 uh grafts for majority if not all of the area uh including the crown and uh the the hairline itself. Uh the procedure would take 2 days. Uh day one is when they make the slits and then day two is the implantation. And uh everything was super smooth in terms of coordination.
Again, like I mentioned, they're always available. So whether it's through WhatsApp, text messages, or even calls, uh they're very prompt in replies. Uh even booking the reservation was very seamless. Uh it was easy. So uh like I mentioned, I started experiencing baldness in my early to mid20s. And it was actually my father who was helping with whether it's like hair trimming or like hair styling. And he noticed it first. And uh we have a actually a generational thing where he's also experienced baldness but not as as early as I did. He experienced it in like mid-30s whereas for me it was like 15 years sooner than he was. And it was initially in the crown area where I started experiencing it and then it started getting bigger. Um again it's been this way for some years now. It's stabilized uh if anything. Um like I mentioned the the laser hair comb really helped to get the hair quality better and get the the volume a bit back. So the thing that stood out for Q's technique over uh the other clinics that we researched is uh the extraction and the implantation happens very very quickly. Uh at other clinics it takes again the whole procedure is 10 hours.
So they may do all the extraction first and then do all the implantation. The issue with that is that if the hair is left left outside of the body for a long time then it survival rate goes down really fast. So what they do here at QHD is they actually uh extract an implant right after. So the hair is outside of the body for like an hour or even less than that, like a couple of minutes sometimes even. So that's why we pick QHD for that higher survival rate. And one thing that also stood out for me specifically is the FUE versus FUT. So with FUT, uh they do strips, but with FUE you get a more artistic, more realistic hairline, which is something that was really important for me. So that's why I went ahead with an FUE approach. So the one thing that's really good for uh QHT's technique like I mentioned earlier is because they're doing this in such a fast manner the extraction and the implantation. Uh the survival rate for each follicle is around 95 to 98%. Uh so that's amazing.
So right now there is a lot of questions in my head uh how long will the surgery take? Is it 10 hours, 12 hours, 8 hours?
I'm little bit you know uh worried around the pain area and the swelling.
I've heard that some people swell up a lot, some people don't. uh also going to ask doctors on the instruments or you know what kind of hygiene we use here at the clinic uh and one thing that's also on my mind is you know how will the before and after look like like will we be covering the entire head or we won't um I also have like you know good amount of density like on the body hair will we use that or not how creative the doctor will get and how long will the procedure take because uh heard a lot of beautiful things about Harido especially Harido and Ishikesh so planning to stay hair a little bit longer after the procedure.
So that's something else on my mind like how big is the timeline. Is it a short recovery and a short uh you know surgery or is it going to be longer? So excited and also we'll be asking doctor a lot of questions. So now moving on to the surgery uh and consultation with the doctor. I'll keep you guys updated. Uh stay in touch with the Hey everyone, this was day two of the surgery. Uh the procedure all inon lasted about 10 hours. Um the staff has been amazingly supportive and energetic.
Uh we did um the extraction and the implantation. Majority of it is done. Uh we'll just be doing final finishing touches uh with the beard hair and the crown area tomorrow. I'll let you know how that goes. But so far uh the whole team has been super nice and cooperative. And the one thing that really stood out to me was that everyone had a patient centered care approach to it. So everyone was empathetic making sure that I'm fine. Um if I'm getting hungry or thirsty, people were checking up on me. So we just like to give a shout out to the team. And the one more thing that really stood out was that u uh there was literally like 0.1% pain.
Uh anytime there was anything that was causing me pain, doctors were super fast and up to date to making sure I get the local anesthesia. So really I felt almost none of it. Thank you.
All right, everyone. So now I'm outside of the OT. The whole procedure is done with QHT and I'll meet you all at the photo shoot where I'll tell you in detail everything around the whole journey. See you there. All right. So, we are done with the whole surgery. Uh everything from uh slitting to extraction and implantation all of that is completed. Uh we had about 5,500 grafts. Most of them were taken from the donor area on the head. Some of them were taken from the beard. It was super smooth. Uh there's a lot that I want to tell you when we'll be covering the journey. I'll go in detail about how all of that went. Um the surgery itself took a couple of days. Uh there was one day for slitting. Uh another day for majority of the implants and then we left the last day uh mainly concentrating on the beard. So the doctors really wanted to make sure that they took their time and they did a great job at it. So it was very paced procedure. It was not like a quick in-n-out, which is actually a good thing, I would say. So, that's how the procedure went. Um, the doctor explained the medication and all, and now we're just going to be wrapping things up. Uh, but the procedure is finally complete.
So, uh, all in all, I would say we took about 5,500 graphs. Most of them came from the donor area from both of the sides and underneath like the neck. Uh, there were about 500 to 700 that came from the beard. And the area that we covered was above the temple. So not the temples themselves but above it. And majority uh of the vortex area. We also covered majority of the crown. Not completely but I would say good 80 85% of the crown is covered as well with this whole surgery.
And uh one more thing before I forget which is uh the doctor explained uh the post care which is super super super important I would say. Um there's medication we need to take care of.
There's a cream that make sure that the donor area and the beards are not getting uh infected. There's also like sunlight radiation, light radiation that we need to be taken care of. Uh as well as things like you know what kind of shower do we take? Uh do we take strains or not? Uh is there any like food dietary restrictions or not? Um, so all of that was explained as well.
>> Now let's take a look at Shnell's journey where the procedure reflects a structured and carefully managed approach.
>> When I did my lookup with doctors, reviews, the reputation of the clinic, it became very clear as to why should I should I choose QHD. I think this is a very um bold big step that I have taken in my life.
Hi, my name is Shnel Sen. I am 31 years um old. Um I've I've come here from Sydney, Australia. Today I'm here at QHD Harido Clinic for my hair transplant. So I've started to experience hairless for about 3 to four years now. Um and major cause would be um stress walk um change of weather conditions. I've lived in a few countries um including Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai and others. And the change in weather has really caused my hair loss. Um so yeah, I've been thinking about a hair transplant for about 2 years now. But the the the recession of my hair has been going on for about 4 years now. Um, professionally I hold a a a leadership role in a very big um global FMCG. Uh, which means that I do a lot of public speaking uh with my employees, organization, directors and all sort of that. And I think the higher you go up the rank, you you create a lot of visibility um to a lot of people. It needs to come with a little bit of confidence. And I think um the only confidence that I lack was my my hair being being reciding or or getting a hair loss. So I think okay if I'm getting this professional journey I need to feel full confident and I think with a full head of hair I I'll feel a bit more confident than I feel today. So um before the hair transplant decision I have tried uh a few things. I've tried a number of medications from minoxidil.
I've also done um SMP um but nothing lasts. Yeah. um it's either temporary or you don't see results at all. Um and then I was like okay you need to do something more permanent. So the first when you when you decide to have a hair transplant the first thing that comes to your mind is okay let's go to Turkey um and get it done there. Um but I have never seen anyone personally who have gone to Turkey or any other place to get a hair transplant. Recently one of my friends um from Fiji he came here at QHD Harido he went through his transplant journey and a few months time I I saw the result that brought me a lot more confidence and I felt a bit more comfortable from deciding QHD. Um so yes um I've seen one of my friends go through it with utmost um results. Um and that's the reason I have chosen QHD and looking at all other reviews, the way you guys communicate, the way you guys do things is is what made me choose um QHD over anyone else.
So the the major concerns are firstly um will it be very painful? Um what are the options there um for that? The other concerns is how long will it take to show the actual result? Um there's a bit more concern. Okay, what happens from my donor area? how quick my donor area recovers and I got all the answers from from QHD. So, of course, I did my research before making the decision to to come to Harido. Um, a couple of things I researched is what actually is QHD? Uh, because I've heard about extraction, I've heard about strips transplant and then this is QHD. So, I did a bit more research to fully understand what does it entail? Uh, what were some of the pros and cons behind it? I did my research um to see the reviews firstly of of the clinic uh which is of course um all very positive.
I think this is a very um bold big step that I have taken in my life. So the reputation of the doctors, the reputation of the clinic is is the most important thing that I was looking forward. Yeah, there are other clinics, other doctors who have got reviews that are not properly um positive um and and the the reputation of the clinic the doctors makes a lot of a difference and gives you uh a level of other comfort comfortable confidence uh when when deciding. So when I did my look up with doctors reviews, the reputation of the clinic, it became very clear as to why should I should I choose QHD. My my first expectation from the surgery is hopefully it goes um all smooth um with less pain as I can imagine and then what I'm expecting from this hair transplant is is get a natural hairline, get a natural density, get a natural look um um and and very quick kind of result is is what I'm expecting from from this edgery. So um ever since I have started to to notice my hair loss, um I have always thought of all options to to get rid of hair loss. Yeah. to get more hair. I think um today I've got very mixed feelings. When I came in in the morning, I was like very nervous. Um getting all this anxiety to okay doing it for the first time. I'm here all alone from so far. Um and I was like, okay, what am I doing? But now when I've gone through a little bit of day one kind of procedure and I'm talking to you guys, it makes me very excited. Um I do have um I'm a little bit scared if I'm being honest, but I'm very excited to to go through the procedure. um and see what does it have for me. So my my experience with QHD in just a few hours has been really amazing. Um truly enjoy the the experience. Everyone has been quite friendly, quite open and making me feel comfortable. Um and now I'm ready for my procedure. So I'll keep you guys updated. Please continue watching QHD videos for more updates.
