It means our business plan should reflect our values.

[00:02:16]It means our decision should be guided by purpose. And it means we should continually ask ourselves, am I operating in alignment with my God-given assignment right now? When you seek first the kingdom, you don't necessarily work harder. You build wiser. You build with order, with vision, and with a blueprint God has already placed within you.

[00:02:40]I believe every person has that blueprint inside of them if they become quiet enough to listen for it. So, moving forward, my goal for BDM Worldwide is simple. [00:21:17]Has there ever been a member-owned network marketing company? Not that I'm aware of, but I've seen this business model work extremely well with a couple of grocery stores that were struggling until the original owners made a decision to create a memberowned situation where all of the employees were owners and only owners could work there. So, what would that look like? If we determine that there is a good amount of interest after sending out this video and questionnaire, we will formulate an exact plan, if this is something that will work. We want to implement it right away. We never want to let grass grow under our feet because when you have a great idea, but don't put it into action, someone else will soon get the same idea and act upon it. Now this business model makes sense to me for a number of reasons.

[00:22:14]Number one, owners are more committed than people who were not owners. Owners would show up at every webinar. Imagine have three having three or 400 members on every webinar. People visiting for the first time would want to join simply from the excitement in the air. Everyone wants to be part of something successful.

[00:24:09]I was wondering like when they put that together, is it going to be like a board uh like like the owners like from each division you have so many people then they get elected to the board and they go to the meetings once a month and they find out what's going on and come back to other people tell them what's going on and kind of have that kind of situation or there's I see there's several different types of way that they they want to do it but I would like to know a little bit more about what's the best way to do that. [00:24:41]>> Uh yes, what what I envision is uh those who are members would have a voice in the company. Uh we'd have maybe a meeting, a quarterly meeting or you know, however often we decided to. It could be uh you know we could call a meeting for uh decisions that need to be made and and have input from those people who are are owners, member owners and so yeah they would be they would be acting like a board of directors.

[00:25:22]Did that answer your question? Yeah, that because that answer my question because I was in another I was in a company like that and uh the board of directors sold out underneath us. So, we didn't have a lot of control above above that as members as member owners, right? [00:33:59]>> The I'm sorry, the price because of gas increases because of the gas. you know how to get the gas is over 500. I live out west. I live in portion say it's $6 a gallon. So I was wondering if that had effect on how price is or is it just because you got a new product and it cost more to do it.

[00:34:23]>> We we've actually we launched relaunched the brand in in 2020 and we relaunched at a price of 40 uh somewhere around 2024.

[00:34:34]We we had a price increase to 50 where it is now. We haven't gone up in a couple years. Well, most most product almost everything has. Cereal, milk, you name it. Almost everything has gone up.

[00:34:49]We haven't. Uh so we've kept our prices pretty low. The primary driver of the price increase is the cost of doing business which includes a new website so we can handle international sales as well as the um liability insurance uh for international sales that goes up too. So it's really just the cost of business behind the scenes that that drives the increase makes >> lots of sense.

[00:35:33]>> Okay. um about the the antiviral product and I was wondering what is it that makes it be the antiviral because I I mean I can see what it says as the ingredients but now that it's changing to super immunity are the same ingredients going to also be in super immunity and there will just be additional ones or I was just trying to figure out what is it about the antiviral that makes it be antiviral.

[00:36:02]>> Yes. So, um, great question.

[00:36:05]Humic and fulvic naturally is an antiviral and we're going to use the same amount that we have in the red labeled product and we're going to add to it a couple of other vitamins which are also strong immune support vitamins. That includes vitamin C and vitamin D3.

[00:36:29]Uh zinc is another mineral that is is well known for immune support. Human fulvic already has zinc in it as a trace mineral. So that's uh that's the new formula.

[00:36:44]But humin fulvic specifically terl uh was tested by the NIH in 2002. That information is on our website under the clinical page. [00:37:58]>> Well, that's wonderful because, you know, I um I had something going on last week. So, I I kind of increased um from one of the the straight terl I increased from one to two in a day.

[00:38:15]And then I I also took the antiviral in the morning and the the detox in the evening. And I got something that people said would last a while, but after a week, I see it mostly gone. So, I I was just wondering specifically about the viral, but yeah, I I love your products.

[00:38:39]If two times in six years, I I felt like I was getting something. That's it. And uh I I did what you did. I loaded up. I I took a few a day and by the next day I I could barely notice anything. So I I will never not take this product.

So I didn't know if I should take in addition to the the two of the regular folic and you know hear me if I should take more than one of the antiviral a day. So I was only just taking one of those plus the other plus one of the detox at night.

[00:39:53]>> Yeah, you you hit it from all angles. Um no that's great. I think the um that you're exactly right. uh shingles is a virus and uh the vericella virus and and that was one of the viruses that was tested in a lab setting by the NIH. Um the the other there was a bunch that were tested uh mono which is Epstein bar uh virus uh even abola um interl human did well against Ebola in in a lab setting too.

[00:40:28]So yeah, it's uh we we've heard this for years that people that didn't want to get the shingles vaccine would take humic mostly daily, but sometimes people would keep it in their cabinet in case they got something and then if they did, they would load up on it like you did and and uh you it would it would pass quicker.

[00:40:53]That's the thing with the virus is it in order to all viruses fundamentally work the same. They have they can't they can't replicate on their own. They have to infect a healthy cell so that they can spread cell to cell to cell. So if you have an antiviral on board like territol, then you're going to cut down on the opportunity for that virus to continue to infect cells and you're going to make the it the course of that illness decrease significantly.

[00:41:30]You can't um prevent a virus from getting into your system, but you can sure do something about how long you're going to have it and how how bad you're going to feel about it.

[00:41:42]>> Right. Right. Yeah. That's why I was trying to figure because it said calcium and magnesium and I thought how does that make it antiviral with the terteratin? I mean with the other main, you know, humic and folic acid. That's why I was wondering. But it seems to work great.
