The transition of Bitcoin into a sovereign strategic asset marks the ultimate triumph of game theory over traditional central banking. We are witnessing the birth of digital mercantilism, where scarcity is no longer just a market feature but a geopolitical weapon.

Trump Just Triggered The 1,000,000 Bitcoin Arms Race
Added:Everyone thinks Bitcoin is a race between the bulls and the bears. I don't. I think it's becoming a race between nations. Let me show you what I'm talking about. Imagine waking up tomorrow and discovering the world's most powerful nations aren't racing to build more weapons. They're racing to buy more Bitcoin. It sounds like science fiction, I know, until you realize it's already happening. For centuries, the world superpowers have competed for scarce resources such as gold, oil, land, technology, military dominance, and whoever controlled the scarce asset held the advantage. Bitcoin changes that equation forever. Because unlike every strategic resource that came before it, nobody can produce more Bitcoin. There will only ever be 21 million coins. That changes everything because every Bitcoin one nation acquires is a Bitcoin another nation can never own. Now imagine the United States starts accumulating Bitcoin not as an experiment, not as a political talking point or through confiscation, but as a strategic reserve. Do you really think China would simply watch? Would Russia, would the UAE, Israel, Japan, would Europe, or would they all arrive at the same exact conclusion? If Bitcoin becomes a globally recognized reserve asset, waiting isn't prudent. Waiting is surrendering a strategic advantage.
That's how game theory works. Nobody has to love Bitcoin. They only have to believe another superpower is buying it because once one nation moves, every nation has to ask the same question.
What if they're right? That's how game theory spreads, my friend. One move forces another. That's exactly why Senator Lumis recently described Bitcoin as the beginning of the global arms race. Not because governments are trying to pump Bitcoin's price, but because they're trying to avoid being left behind. History has shown nations don't willingly surrender strategic reserves, especially when money itself is at stake. Now, combine that with Bitcoin's fixed supply. Unlike oil, higher prices don't create more Bitcoin. Unlike gold, higher demand doesn't inspire more mining output. The protocol doesn't care how badly the world wants it. The supply never changes. Only the price does.
That's what so many people miss when they hear predictions like 1 million, 5 million, or even 10 million per Bitcoin.
Those numbers aren't driven solely by retail investors or Wall Street. They're driven by competition for scarcity.
They're based on what happens when governments, corporations, ETFs, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and millions of individuals all begin competing for the same exact finite asset. Every new buyer makes the remaining supply even harder to acquire.
Every long-term holder removes coins from the market. Every government that builds a reserve leaves fewer coins for everyone else. Eventually, price becomes the only mechanism left to ration the remaining supply. That's why I don't think the biggest Bitcoin story is the next ETF or the next having which is right around the corner or even the next all-time high when we reenter that beautiful price discovery. The real story is watching the world's most powerful nations slowly realize they're competing for something that can never be recreated. Because once that realization spreads, Bitcoin stops being just another investment. It becomes a strategic asset. In a world where governments compete for a finite monetary resource, the question isn't whether Bitcoin's price goes higher. The question isn't whether Bitcoin reaches 10 million. The question is, what happens when the world's largest economies start bidding against each other for the same finite Bitcoin supply? Because governments don't compete by paying less. They compete by paying whatever it takes. Now, let's find out whether this is just a story or whether it's already happening. Senator Lumis says, >> "Wouldn't it be fun if the next arms race was not for weapons, it was for Bitcoin? Wouldn't it be fun if the US is buying Bitcoin and it scares China and Russia so they start buying Bitcoin and we have an arms race over Bitcoin instead of over weapons. Globally, we're challenging each other to have a secure store of value.
>> This is happening like some people underestimate the power of the nation state game theory which has been prophesized by the likes of OGs like Maxiser. But what Cynthia is saying is absolutely happening. It may be happening a little slower than we were anticipating, but nonetheless, the US already has 330,000 Bitcoin. They're looking to acquire 1 million via a Bitcoin strategic reserve proposal and hodddling for 20 years.
There's no way the US moves forward with that and China doesn't join the arms race or Russia or Israel or other powerful nations on the planet. And that, my friend, is what most of you guys underestimating. Bitcoin is truly a finite limited supply asset. There's never been a form of money or an asset like this in human history. Oil, there's surplus oil in abundance in mother Gia earth. It just produces it like magic.
We're not running dry of oil. The scarcity is all propaganda. And the same thing with precious metals, gold, silver, even diamonds. They can now create lab diamonds out of thin air, believe it or not. And it's 1/5if the cost. What did that do to the diamond market? drastically crashed. Bitcoin, it's mathematically guaranteed to increase your purchasing power against the dollar because of the true scarcity, the one feature nothing else in this world has. Nothing. Real estate, yeah, relatively scarce. God is not creating more anytime soon. But Bitcoin, it's hardcoded, right? There'll never be more than 21 million. It doesn't matter how corrupt the world is or the governments, you know, no one can change that. And so the people hodddling Bitcoin and self-custody are going to have an advantage over everyone else on the planet because wealthy people focus on acquiring assets that appreciate and value. Want to know what poor people focus on? Saving in dollars. That's why Sailor has the infamous song, what do we call them folks? And that's not to make fun of the less fortunate. It's just to point out saving in dollars is like an oxymoron because you lose money due to inflation. Sailor described it as the melting ice cube. And it's so true. Look how much Bitcoin has appreciated against all other asset classes since inception.
It's not just going parabolic against the dwindling value of the dollar. It's going parabolic against real estate.
It's going parabolic against precious metals. It's going parabolic against everything. Everything will eventually trend towards zero against Bitcoin because it's the superior apex predator.
And before you know it, it's going to be virtually impossible for the average human being to ever acquire one Bitcoin.
Some would say it's almost impossible now, but it sure as hell is not impossible at 64,000. But not many Americans are walking around with an extra $64,000 in their bank. It's just a fact. What's going to happen when Bitcoin's a million per coin and nations are competing to get to the race towards a million to be like Michael Sailor and strategy? Then you find out how scarce Bitcoin truly is. Let me know your thoughts on the Clarity Act getting passed. And there's like a twow weekek time frame for us to get this move forward and signed into law. But first, it has to pass the Senate. Let me know if you think it will likely do so. This is so important to the United States because we need the regulatory clarity for the large pools of capital to start rotating into Bitcoin. This is that final step. I think we're most likely going to get it pass, but I want to know your thoughts. Now, on the other side of that coin, if we fumble the bag and it doesn't pass, I personally think the United States is screwed. I just don't see this passing under another administration. Consider the previous two administrations were anti- Bitcoin and anti-crypto. There was actually a war on crypto. And for the first time since the inception of Bitcoin, we have a pro- Bitcoin administration. So, it has to pass this time around. But I have faith it will, you know. Let me know your thoughts though, fam. Now, I also want to give a shout out to the Tangent Wallet. Today's show is sponsored by it.
And the reason I'm talking about it today, it's the final day to take advantage of the big promo where you can save 20% off at checkout. Typically, using my affiliate link, you get a 10% discount. So, they doubled it. You get 20% off. Expires midnight today. So, if you're on the sidelines, take advantage of it. But wait, there's more. You also get up to $40 in Bitcoin rewards back.
And I know the breakdown of how it works. If you order the three cards, which is this wallet right here, you're going to get $20 in Bitcoin rewards back on top of the 20% discount at checkout.
And if you decide to get the ring, you're going to get $30 back in Bitcoin rewards, which will be emailed to you directly from Tangent. It's a great wallet. They have dynamic Bitcoin addresses as a new feature they rolled out, which adds to the privacy. I recommend buying a few of them and gift them. Start buying them early so you can give them away for like stocking stuffers for Christmas. Why not? You know the gift that keeps on giving.
Instead of giving your girlfriend a dozen roses which are going to die in 5 days, give her the greatest gift you can give. A Bitcoin self-custody cold storage wallet from Tandem and maybe put 20 bucks, 50 bucks, 100 bucks depending upon how kind you are, how generous you are. But take advantage of it. Use my link in the description right down below. Let me know if you picked yours up. I highly highly recommend it. It's a no-brainer and the offer expires at midnight. Back to our show, fam. But yeah, let me know your thoughts with the Clarity Act. We got no more no cla Mr. Trump, Mr. President. But anyways, here's the updated odds. Now 64% Senator Ran Paul will vote to pass the Bitcoin and Cryptoclarity Act on Koshi. In 2015, he was the first presidential candidate to accept crypto. He believes Bitcoin may become the reserve currency of the world. Man, I can't wait. He says, "Fiat currencies are backed by nothing." And he does make a great point right there.
Next up, you can see here, track the Clarity Act vote in real time on Kawhi.
And right now, there's a 65% chance in real time of the Senate vote on Clarity Act before the August recess. So, most likely the votes going to occur. So, the next million-dollar question is, will they move it forward? Will it pass? And will it get signed into law? because it all becomes a big fat nothing burger unless it gets signed into law at the end of the day. Now, Sailor updated us, you know, recently he's been adding to his strategic reserves, building his fiat war chest so he could take care of the investors and pay them them sexy 12% dividends via STRC. But nonetheless, this morning he did update us at 8:36 a.m. posting the infamous strategy tracker, which shows they currently have a Bitcoin reserve value of 54.28 28 billion, which is a total of 113 Bitcoin purchases since adopting Bitcoin as legal tender back in 2020, being the first public company to do so. And they currently have 843,775 Bitcoin. Typically, when he posts the tracker, that means he's going to announce how much more Bitcoin or how much more of a fiat reserve he has acquired for his company, which he never reveals until the SEC posting on Monday.
So, do you think he will announce another big Bitcoin acquisition? Do you think he'll continue to stack for the fiat war chest or combination of the two or none of the above? Uh, let me know your thoughts. As you know, Sailor clearly doing big things, the biggest proponent out of all Bitcoin. I mean, their company has close to 900,000 bitties. There's no one even remotely close in second place as far as publicly traded companies. But we do have asset managers like Black Rockck which has damn near 800,000 Bitcoin, maybe a little less now because of the selloff.
However, nonetheless, those are the two biggest companies in the world as far as the largest Bitcoin holdings. Now, former PayPal president David Marcus, who I was not a big fan of at first when he was working for Facebook, but I've learned he's actually pretty cool. Uh, everything he's been pushing forward for Bitcoin adoption, I understand and I like. And maybe I'm just not a fan of Facebook and the Zuckerberg, but he says Bitcoin should be one and a half million and that it's going to happen. Here's a clip.
>> It is more funible than gold. You know, try to buy coffee with like a gold coin.
Good luck. It has more portability than gold. You can remember 12 words and carry around a billion dollars or more if you want. Like, you know, that's totally fine. So, if you remember in your head 12 words, pretty pretty remarkable thing, right? If you look at the market cap of gold right now and you adjust it to the number of bitcoin and all of that like you know the market cap of bitcoin should take it to a price per bitcoin that's should be anywhere between you know 1.1 and $ 1.5 million a bitcoin. I think that's going to happen.
The question is when >> it will happen. Send it. Now I agree. I think the bitcoin market cap will overtake that of gold because it's superior technology. Hence why it's gold 2.0 you know, or gold with wings, watch me fly, you know, Marty McFly. But let me know your thoughts. Uh 1 and a.5 million conservative in my opinion if it surpassed gold. And I remember when the Wlvoss twins, uh maybe back in 2017, 2018, they were the first one to make the case for a $500,000 Bitcoin. And their thesis was it overtaking the gold network. Now, gold has grown up significantly over the years, especially more recently when it broke out, hit the new all-time highs after being stagnant for the past decade. So, to surpass gold, we can do another 30x. But the bigger picture, Bitcoin doesn't stop there. It goes up forever. Bitcoin's competing not just against store of value assets like gold.
It's competing against digital credit.
It's competing against the global bond market, which is hundreds of trillions.
And it's also competing against real estate which is hundreds of trillions of dollars. The total addressable market of all the assets in the world is north of 900 trillion potentially even higher than that. And according to the top OGs out there like the Michael Sailors, Bitcoin will effectively take half of all the value in the world and suck it like a black hole into the network. So where do you think the Bitcoin price would be if we had a multiund trillion market cap? It's hard to fathom. That's when we start talking dollar sat parody, $100 million per coin. And it seems like just a fantasy from sci-fi, but I believe it's going to be a reality. And those who can see it, that's why they're so passionate about Bitcoin, they understand. And it's not just the come up of, you know, numbers go up forever type of thing, which we know Bitcoin has number go up technology. But it's what it stands for. It's what it represents.
The fact it's permissionless, the fact it's borderless, the fact it's unconfiscable, you know, it's decentralized. The transaction is the settlement. It's becoming strategic infrastructure for nations around the world like Iran. They're now accepting it for passage of the straight of Hormuz. Why? Because they can't censor it. They can't freeze it. And it can't be sanctioned unlike fiat capital and unlike your favorite stable coin aka CBDC. And that's just a fact. Coinbase CEO Mr. Clean said, >> "The cool thing about Bitcoin is that it doesn't, unlike fiat currency, there's no money printer. The supply of it is fixed. It's finite." And so, as more people integrate crypto and use crypto, there's more demand and finite supply.
That only means the price can go up.
That's why I said by 2030, I think it could hit a million dollars.
>> Let me rephrase that. If you don't have at least 90% of your network in Bitcoin, you will be sad. Not if you don't have at least 5%, you'll probably be sad.
What kind of is that, Brian?
Now, hypothetically, let's say you're in Bitcoin and you only have 5% of your net worth in it. Where's your other 95%.
Like, what are you hedging on at this point? And don't tell me fiat. There is no second best. Are you a gold bug? You following Peter Schiff with the foreign gold stocks for Christ's sake? Let me know. Like, genuine question. Why wouldn't you be 100% Bitcoin, you know, as far as investments are concerned? One of my favorite segments of the show.
This is OG of the day, the one and only high priest of Bitcoin, Max Kaiser. He shares with us here. The only Bitcoin prediction of mine that truly matters is back in 2011 when Bitcoin was $1. I said it was going to 100,000. This was said on my show and it was I verified it.
This is via the Kaiser report. Max and Stacy, he says, "As far as new predictions, the only metric you need to know is that everything is going to zero against Bitcoin." Max and Stacy saw it before anybody else. For the first time on international TV, Bitcoin being referenced was via the Kaiser report.
Now for Tart of the Day, Peter Schiff couldn't resist. Bitcoin crashes. And let's actually take a look at the Bitcoin chart right now. How much did we crash today, Peter? Oh my god, we're down.16%.
Peter, oh my god, this guy is the biggest clown. Sailor lives rentree in Peter Schiffmeister's head. Couldn't have said it better. Why does Peter Schiff got to focus all of his energy on trolling Bitcoin? just focus on gold.
It'd be equivalent to JV having a Bitcoin podcast and I just spend 99% of my energy bashing gold. No, I got better things to talk about. Bitcoin. Hence, Peter Schiff of the day. And hands down, he's received of the Day more so than any other person in the world.
He's a special type of if you know what I'm saying. Shifty might be a but he's got way more millions than any of us here. Facts. I believe he's worth north of 100 million. I could be off, but he's still a Doesn't change the fact he's a And the reality is is Peter Schiff really a I use the term loosely, but he's very smart. He understands the evil within the Federal Reserve. He understands how money works, but he's tarded about Bitcoin, but he does I think he's just playing a role. I think he understands it. He recently even admitted he regrets not buying it.
He's probably more deceptive than just being stupid. You know what I mean? But nonetheless, he's still tart of the day.
You're not changing my mind. Quick question. If one major country announced tomorrow they're buying 1 million Bitcoin, which nation do you think moves next? Let me know in the comments below.
