Love Island Stars Make Major Moves… Huda Speaks Out, Amaya’s Brand Deals & Olandria Everywhere

[00:00:08]Today I'm going to be giving you an update on Love Island stars. I'll be giving you an update on what they're up to and the things that they've achieved recently. So, let's get into it.

[00:00:18]Starting with Amaya, Amara will be starring on the password season 3 hosted by Keke Palmer and Jimmy Fallon on Peacock. And then she also partnered with Corona drink, Corona USA drink for like their new campaign. And also we saw her face in the stores for Habao Secret, which is a brand that she worked with when she came out from Love Island first of all.

[00:00:44]But during this new season of Love Island, they came back again to like partnering or using her again. And then she created the Amaya edit for um Kiss Nail brand, which is now a brand ambassador for. And actually came into like I think an article when they were talking about the new Love Island season 8 again. She was brought up in the article. And then she actually partnered with Maybelline to create a commercial that was going to like play during Love Island season 8. So, most of these brands actually created commercials with some Love Island stars that were going to like playing as ad during Love Island season 8. And Amara worked with Maybelline to create their own commercial. I think for this Maybelline Amara also worked together with Hannah to create a commercial for Maybelline.

[00:01:34]So, it's a big deal for her. And then Amara came to like Twitter to talk about like Love Island season 8. And she went out super excited for the new castmate.

[00:01:44]Wish them the best of luck and hope they really indulge in this one of a kind experience. I also hope they have a good support system to help navigate this new world they will step into after. But either way, Amara Papaya, all hugs and kisses from me. And so she was just like telling them that she hoped that they can really enjoy the experience and they also have good support system for the after. And then coming to Huda, Huda's new debut song Bad Girls which won million stream on Spotify. Okay, that's actually a like very lovely number for her. So after it reached 1 million streams on Spotify and she also got to 328,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, Huda went on a live where she actually talked to her fans. So this is what Huda talked about in total in the live. So in her live stream with fans, Huda officially announced a brand new single is coming soon. And she revealed that the upcoming track is her favorite song that she has made so far. Further building anticipation for the single, she also confirmed that she will not be releasing an album at this time that she'll just keep like releasing individual singles.

[00:02:53]And then again, this is now like the total summary of the live. She said hi to Huda HQ and was very happy about hitting 1 million views on her music video on YouTube and also 1 million views on Spotify. And she also told her fans to keep streaming Bad Girls.

[00:03:10]And then she talked about being on Twitch the next day with Playboi Max.

[00:03:15]And she also said that people keep reporting her for like sexual content when she's just singing. And she now talked about being a mom, talked about music. She played Bad Girl live and said she wanted to make a dance for it. And she's hoping to meet up with her choreographer. And then she also talked about another song coming soon. And then she spoke about an album but it's going to be at the end of the year that for now she just want to focus on releasing singles till then. And then she said people should prepare to be sick of her because she's going to be everywhere.

[00:03:46]She said her dream is SNL and her own show and that will be fun.

[00:03:52]She gave a little tattoo tour. She spoke on collabs, but said she's not spoiling it. And then, she also said a merch is coming. So, I think she was just mainly focused on like music, talking about like growing her music, and maybe starting her own show. And her TikTok live had on 226.3 thousand viewers, and that is actually a very big amount of numbers.

[00:04:17]So, I'm really glad that she still has fans that support her, because 226,000 300 viewers is actually like large. And then, during her TikTok live, DDG was her top gifter.

[00:04:32]I seriously do not understand what DDG's plan is, and I really do hope that Hooda doesn't even get into this Twitch streamers situation, because that was what got her into the first problem that she went into. And I really do hope she would leave men alone and just focus on herself, like focus on building herself, focus on getting mentally better, mentally at a very good spot. And leave men alone, especially DDG. DDG that just finished dating Haley Bailey, and I don't know who else he was dating.

[00:05:05]Please, do not mind him, because I don't understand why he's the top gifter for Hooda. When exactly did they become friends? And then, I um she talked about like her Twitch stream with Playboi Max, and I think the Twitch stream was like a very like lovely idea, because during the Twitch, she met Playboi Max. I really don't know him. I think I just got to know him during this like Twitch collaboration with Hooda. And he was actually quite cool. They were dancing.

[00:05:32]They were driving cars together. Hooda actually sang live on his Twitch stream, and she sounded quite good. She She I think she keeps singing like a lot of songs by Ariana Grande, and I think maybe she wants to collab with Ariana Grande. But her voice sounds good. And as we said before, her music video also hit 1 million views. So, right now the music video is at 1.1 million views in 2 weeks. That's nice.

[00:05:59]And then Love Island now used this Huda's infamous word where she said Huda like shoulda, woulda, coulda. And they used the line when they were asking the new Love Island cast what was their favorite What's your favorite new villa sign so far? So, they used shoulda, coulda, woulda. And Huda's fans were quite happy about that. And now onto serious business. Huda's restraining order with Louis' baby mama Nicole was actually dismissed in court. And if you like look at the court document, you know, the reason why the case was dismissed is because the court said there was not enough proof. And then also, the people who filed the case did not make an appearance in court for the hearing. So, therefore, the case was dismissed. And it's actually very funny to me why people who made the like who made the case didn't appear like Nicole didn't appear in court about a case that she was serious about. And you will see that in this place they wrote all temporary restraining order like declined like they canceled all the temporary even the temporary restraining order that they gave Nicole at the beginning of the case. But, you know that Nicole actually got a restraining order against Huda. But, now the court has canceled the temporary restraining order that was given to her. And then Huda also unfollowed Louis on Instagram.

[00:07:25]And now Huda's fans are saying that Nicole was just jealous of the fact that Louis was dating Huda and that was why she just went to court. Some other people were saying that oh Nicole was paid to smear Huda's name.

[00:07:38]I just at the end of all these things say I'm happy that Huda and Louis actually truly broke up. I hope so. I hope this is not like PR.

[00:07:47]I really do hope they broke up because in this case, I'm blaming Huda, but at the same time, for the evidence that was brought out to the courts, it came from Louis 100%.

[00:08:02]So, after that situation, I was like, "Oh, if she's still dating him, then maybe there's something upstairs." Because that means you're dating your enemy.

[00:08:10]There is no way those evidence did not come from Louis.

[00:08:15]But, anyway, I really do hope that she gets better and that she just like focus on herself and her music because that is like the best thing for her to do right now.

[00:08:26]And then, Taylor actually had his 26th birthday recently, and Clark went all out for him just like the same way like he celebrated her birthday and he went all out for her. She actually went all out for him. She had like balloons everywhere. She wrote like happy birthday Taylor in like the room with like the lightning, the balloon. She had like this picture of um Taylor and Clark everywhere. She also had like a um a pile of gifts in one corner like for him to unbox just like the way her own birthday was that he celebrated for her.

[00:09:02]And then, Clark also went on like, I think, a podcast by these besties.

[00:09:08]And on the podcast, they asked her about her friendship with Shelley and said that Shelley is like the beauty most beautiful person inside out. She gives the best advice, that she loves her so much, and she's very grateful for the friendship. Then, someone brought up this birthday um post that Clark made for Taylor for his birthday. The birthday post she made was she wrote, "All grown and Happy birthday, Tay babe." And then, she tagged him. And this person brought up this birthday post and to compare it with the birthday post that Olajide made for Nick. And in Olajide's birthday post for Nick, she wrote, "Happy birthday, Nikki Push. My biggest supporter and the one person I can always count on, no matter what.

[00:09:51]Thank you for all the laughs, crazy memories, and for always being there, even when I'm being a mess. Your 25 will be the best year yet." And the reason why this person brought up this birthday post was because during Nick's birthday when Olajide made this birthday post, a lot of people had issues with it. They were saying, "Oh, this is not a birthday post you made for a lover. This is a birthday post you made for a friend or a PR partner." And then this person was comparing it to the birthday post that Cleck made for Tello, who according to people are the real lovers, to see that there's not much difference. I don't really think there's anything bad in any of the birthday posts. I just think this person is trying to say that people should not be hypocritical and should not like set a pace that they cannot follow. And then coming to Nick and Olajide, you know Olajide had like he collabed with Poppy and her Poppy collab or her Poppy commercial, which was like also shown through Love Island, was out. And these are like some of the stills of the commercial. And then Ebony magazine asked Olajide how the Poppy commercial came about. They said, "How did the Poppy partnership come together and why did it feel like the right fit?" And Olajide replied them saying that Poppy actually reached out to her. She was like, "They actually reached out like, 'Hey, we think you'll be a perfect partner for this for the Poppy Bomb back. Obviously, it's Love Island themed and with me being on the show, it was just a perfect fit at the time. Poppy is such a summery drink and I was already a fan of the brand prior to the partnership." So, she said that her her team didn't reach out to Poppy.

[00:11:20]Poppy actually reached out to her and was the one that told her that it was going to be a perfect fit. And then apart from having a commercial with Poppy that showed during Love Island, she had another commercial with Joe Garrero, which also showed during Love Island. And someone was like, "Two commercial on premiere night, but I thought you all told me her 30 minutes was up." So, she had like two different commercial that showed up on premiere night. I think some brands that were like, "I'm throwing commercials and having them advertise on Love Island."

[00:11:48]actually works with like Love Island and former stars. And then, Olamide also dropped her song, which is "Ola Do Anthem" that she she recorded along with her friends during her birthday. And it was a very cool, just a very cool vibe song. And then, Pop Central posted the song and was like, "Olamide officially adds recording artist to her resume with the release of her debut single "Ola Do Anthem". And I think they dragged Pop Central so badly because they already know that when she was recording this song, people were saying, "Oh, she's trying to copy the other Love Island stars." They were saying they were going to go into music and have released music. That she's trying to copy who that has dropped her debut single. And then, now you have Pop Central saying that she is now a recording artist with her debut single. So, you already know that people were going to drag them to filth. And they dragged them so bad that almost immediately they came back to like give like an NPS and was like, "Note, "Ola Do Anthem" was released as a light-hearted birthday track with friends. At this time, it's not being promoted as her official debut single. The song is currently only available on YouTube and is expected to arrive on all platform later this week."

[00:13:02]So, therefore, they came back to be charged on the recording artist that they title that they gave Olamide because people were dragging them and dragging Olamide and everything in between. I already know that Olamide herself said that this is just a light-hearted song that she made with her friends for her fans. So, it's not really like she's planning to become a singer. But even if I don't really think it's a problem, but I'm just trying to show you that people were actually dragging that single a lot. And then a lot of other stuff was going on what I might actually call a press tour a press release because she was collaborating with a lot of like um brands. She actually went on a podcast um House of Mayors podcast. She also collaborated with YouTube on a new series that they have called Watch Hour.

[00:13:47]So in this series they asked about like the first channel she subscribed to with her new YouTube channel. They also asked her what was coming up on her YouTube account and she said that she just bought a house and so therefore we're going to be seeing videos of like house renovation house decor house modeling house designing and that's like the videos that she knew is going to be coming up. She's going to be doing a lot of BTS of trying to like arrange and remodel her house when like she gets back to focus on the house because I think for right now she's still like at work and working. And then she also like reacted to some videos on YouTube. And then she reacted to this video if you know if you remember this video a while back [snorts] I think last year during the end of last year during like November December um Olanja posted like her first um YouTube video she was talking about her Paris Fashion Week and in that video she had like this um clip where she didn't was not wearing makeup and she was making funny faces.

[00:14:44]And people went to her YouTube video and they screen recorded that um video of her making funny faces without makeup and they posted it on social media and she was dragged to filth for it. People on Twitter were saying she was very ugly because of the video insulting her. And so she actually reacted to the video on YouTube and she was like she doesn't regret posting the video because she doesn't see anything wrong with the video even though other people feel like there's something wrong with the video that she doesn't regret having that video online. She didn't even she didn't pull down the um Paris Fashion Week clip and everything. So she said she doesn't feel bad or regret putting the video up because I think she was asked because of the kind of like feedback that she got from that video. And even when she was reacting, she herself personally showed that clip that people screen recorded and were like posting virally to insult her. And this person was like, "The fact that she chose to show this clip knowing people were trying to use it to bully her, I love how she just refuses to give her haters power." And it's a very cool thing when you are like so confident in yourself and just focused on yourself.

[00:15:49]And then she was also asked about like the um channel that she loves and she said she loves Queen Latifah channel and her series where she tries to feed celebrities and that she would actually love to collab with Queen Latifah. And Queen Latifah actually replied on Twitter and was like, "Oh, this episode will go down in history."

[00:16:08]So, therefore, I really do feel that we should look forward to the collaboration between Olajide and Queen Latifah for her YouTube series where she feeds celebrities. I don't think this is the first time that Olajide has praised Queen. I think she's praised her saying things like, "Oh, she loves that she's real about herself, that she should keep doing like her headstand on red carpets and all and being just fun and herself."

[00:16:30]So, this collab is actually going to go down in history. And then Olajide was asked who her dream collaboration is and she said Beyoncé.

[00:16:38]And people had an issue with this again.

[00:16:39]People are saying, "Oh, why she saying Beyoncé? She's a musician." And then and then so people are like, "Oh, it mustn't be music for her to collab with Beyoncé."

[00:16:48]She can collab with Beyoncé on like her brand like Secret. And people also have an issue with that one like, "Oh, so she wants the same thing that Shelly wants.

[00:16:56]She wants to copy Shelly to collaborate with Beyoncé's brand Secret." When they were talking about music, they were like, "Oh, she's trying to say she likes Beyoncé. Maybe she dropped her uh song so that she's going to have a collab with Beyoncé so she wants to copy Huda."

[00:17:10]So, people are just dragging her. And I really don't about the Shelly Secret collaboration. I understand the fact that Secret is collaborating with Shelly and I think they also invited Klique to their brand event. But I think Olajide has been saying Beyonce is her um favorite collaboration for a while back and Olajide has been talking about Beyonce and loving Beyonce even right from Love Island house before they came out and secret started collaborating with Shelly. So I really do not think that she's going to change her dream collaboration because of what's going on or that she's copying Shelly by saying Beyonce is her dream collaboration. And then after Olajide's collaboration with YouTube for their new series watch history, YouTube actually made Olajide's face like the banner on YouTube. And someone was like YouTube making Olajide their banner following their recent video. This is iconic. She's everywhere.

[00:18:06]And I think that is like a big deal cuz a whole YouTube making it the banner of like their channel. And then this is not the first time we know a brand is using Olajide as a banner or their bio. You can remember the last time she went um to Bridgerton premiere and Netflix changed their bio on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter to Bridgerton Landra. So Olajide also collaborated with TikTok with um Olajide and some other creators collaborated with TikTok for TikTok creators where they asked them a small creative choice that really leveled them up. And Olajide said the lightning and I think she also said the sound. And I really do hope she talked to TikTok because I really feel like her TikTok channel is shadow banned to a certain extent because she doesn't really get like the engagement I'm expecting. And then she also went to InStyle and she did an SMRU with InStyle and yes she was talking about like her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit um collab. And she said that like the degree was very low and it was so cold. And she was also funnily saying that she didn't tell them that she couldn't swim because if she did, they wouldn't even allow her to like take the shoot. And she was also saying certain things here. I think she was very funny here. She showed a lot of humor. So, if you haven't watched it, you can go check it out. And again, for this collaboration, some people wanted to like drag her saying that oh, Wuda was the first person to do an ASMR. And I don't think that is a problem.

[00:19:33]Everybody can do everything. One person does not own have ownership over a particular thing. And I know that Olajide has been saying that ASMR is like her best style of content for a while. So, you don't expect her not to do something she loves just because somebody has already done it before. I really do hope we dead this copying And then Olajide and Poppy's collaboration has made it to physicals.

[00:19:57]Like they had like posters of picture of Olajide and the collaboration making it round town. They were posting it everywhere with like different captions like pull us pull us for a sip and all.

[00:20:09]Olajide looks very beautiful. Can you just see this poster? And also, customers are still getting their brand on Black Wood and Olajide bag collaboration. And the bag look has beautiful offline as it looked online.

[00:20:22]So, this is not what you ordered versus what you got. You get exactly what you ordered. People are like dropping their unboxing videos and it looks very cute.

[00:20:30]And then Neo wanted to put himself into a drag by posting this. He went to trade and he posted thoughts on season 8 so far.

[00:20:40]And yeah, people are actually using it to drag him. I really do not think that he doesn't have a right to talk about season 8.

[00:20:48]I don't know why people are using it to drag him because I know that if other people talked about season 8, they would not like have a problem like this the way that people wanted to drag Neo for having thoughts about season 8. They were calling him every name under the sun. They were calling him clout chaser.

[00:21:04]This person said, "I thought he wanted to be free from Love Island. Why is this clout chaser talking about season eight?

[00:21:11]They really were dragging him for that period he asked about season eight. And the funny part is that he didn't ask about any particular cast or anything.

[00:21:18]He just said, "Oh, how do you feel about season eight?" I feel if you're watching it, you can tell him how he feels. It's not really a big deal. But then the main issue was the fact that Nick had like a He had like a sold-out show and he was playing in the show. I think his show called Elos also came to the show. They were singing, they were dancing. But the issue was the fact that Fanita came to that show. If you know Fanita, if you remember the last two videos I made you where a creator made a video talking about the fact that Nicole and I just fans were the one that came together to push out um Sierra from the show and that it was not that Sierra was not eliminated from the show because of um her wish out's love, but because Nicole and I just fan wanted Nick and Olajide to come together. So therefore, they worked hand in hand to like dug out Sierra's wish out's love and then they now started like promoting it even though the person that talked about the wish out's love said Sierra already apologized 1 year ago and was very apologetic about the situation. So this is the creator that made that video recently that also started going viral and making people talk about the situation again. So I think maybe she was When she was doing that video, you see her trying to be like trying to show that oh, she's a Nicole and I just fan.

[00:22:35]But the video also put Nicole and I just Nick and Olajide at a bad place and Nicole and I just fan at a bad place. So some Nicole and I just fan are not really happy with her about the video.

[00:22:45]And then for them to look around and come and see her right beside Nick on his show. And she was like very energetic, shouting out, you know, like oh, she was all the vibe. And if she didn't do that video, people would have been like, oh, no problem. Oh, she's very energetic, it's not even been up to 2 weeks of that video and now she's beside Nick and she's going all crazy. So, people are not liking the situation at all.

[00:23:11]Somebody said, "Fanita, please have the decency and courage to go and find some shame. Being all over Nick like a teenager in heat just days after entertaining heat for him and Olandria, given how low your character is." And that is the thing. It It doesn't even been up to when she made that video. But as I said, in the video she was trying to show that oh, she support Nick and Olandria, but that video was not a good idea at all. But in all, I feel like everybody is doing their best and things are going well. They all have like so that show they have things moving for them. But what do you think?
