Today's video, we're going to talk about how I built a company over the last 10 months to six figures [music] and profit.
Stay tuned to the end and I'll tell you exactly how much we've earned in 10 months.
Firstly, I'm going to tell you about why I built this company. I have a roof cleaning company. I bought a roof cleaning compressor from a supplier and and um I'm not going to lie, from start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare of an experience. Uh communication, lack of customer service.
You can hear the machines in the background. I apologize for that. But the lack of customer [music] service was just shocking. Um So, I was running out of brushes that I needed. So, I decided that I'll make my own brushes and I'll make my own system.
That's what we did. So, it's all done through necessity to keep my roof cleaning company going. So, that was the why I did it. I never wanted to do it, but that's why I did it.
So, now you understand the why I did it.
So, then I built um the team.
We had business partners. One of those business partners is no longer with us.
He's not passed. He's just moved on to other things [music] cuz it wasn't a perfect fit for us as a company. But there's me and Alana who are still in the company and we own 50% [music] each of this company. Um so, we've built this company solely around customer service. It's not about the money, bizarrely. It was about keeping [music] the roof cleaning business running. Yes, it makes money, but it's never going to make millions cuz that's not what it's about. It's about supplying my roof [music] cleaning company with what it needs to carry on working.
Because I'm supplying me, then we must [music] also supply everyone else. So, we launched properly in October last year.
Um and then since then, it has just grown.
We have over 30 machines out to end users. Um the reputation's good. The customer [music] service is good. They're all in the private WhatsApp group.
And we just look after them like I should have been looked after originally.
So, that's what we do in Cobra Air. So, the future of Cobra Air for the next [music] foreseeable time is literally we're going to carry on building the brand, getting awareness, and getting machines out to roof cleaning specialists [music] who want an alternative from wet cleaning. Um we've secured UK rights of the Kaeser C 13.5 compressor. And we're also just about to secure UK rights for the Foreman compressor.
Um so, we've got some really exciting things coming up. Um we're looking at new modifications to the equipment that goes on the compressor. And the future's bright. The word of mouth is spreading. Our advertising is working. And you know, I said that everything is built on customer service.
You know, and I built this company on customer service. It's not anything new.
People will say I copied >> [music] >> the other company.
And I'll agree with them. I did copy them. I copied everything they did cuz that's how business works.
You find something, you copy it but you improve it and I and Elena have improved it sevenfold. How have we improved it?
Because of we care about you the customer. If this rings we answer [music] it. If you email us we reply. If you WhatsApp us we get back to you.
We don't sell anything that isn't ready to go the next day.
If it's on the website you can have it the next day. We don't take your money and then you never hear off us. We don't do that. So that's the trick and [music] while we're talking about money I said at the start of this video I'd tell you how much we've earned in this company and I think currently we're about 140,000 [music] we've invoiced in six months seven months.
So the idea behind this video was to tell you how we've done it why we've done it but to show you you can do this too.
