Now, today's topic, man, is going to be black people underperform at work because they feel like they're being mistreated. I'm going to say the topic again. Okay. I appreciate your support, man. Black people underperform at work because they feel like they're being mistreated. Larry, why do you say that? The reason I say that, man, often times I look at our race, man. I'm a black man saying this and I don't I don't discriminate, man. Listen, I love everybody the same. I want to let y'all know that right now. But often times when I go to work and I look on the workplace, most time I see us always on the phone, we in the bathroom, we hide. And I feel like the reason why we do that right there is because we're being mistreated.

[00:01:59]Often time when I see the supervisor going around, it's normally us that's getting caught, but I see other races that's doing it too. Often times I see us, the ones who do work hard on the floor, it seem like they're getting more work. This is just what I see. And I feel like that's why often times minorities, black people don't want to get to the next level on these jobs because they feel like they're going to be slaves. This is just my opinion on this though, man. Like I said, uh a lot of people might feel some type of way about this topic, but that's just the way I feel. You know, I see it all the time on these jobs. You know, they don't they don't really want it's not that they're lazy now. People are just lazy in general. This not a white or black thing or nothing like that. Uh, a lot of people are are lazy, but often times when one of us are lazy, one of us is black people are lazy, we are all being put in a box. And I don't think it's fair. You know, I feel like on these jobs and stuff, people should be treated equally. You know, we all supposed to be equally yolked. We're all brothers and sisters in Christ. But like I said before, often times, that's why I feel like we we hide out. I don't I'm a very hard worker. I go to work and I do my job every day. The work speaks for itself. If you look at my YouTube channel, that don't just come from doing that inconsistently. That come from hard work. So, I know my hard work speaks for itself. But that often times that's the way I feel. I feel like we feel like we're being mistreated. We feel like, well, why should I work hard when they, you know, they ain't going to do nothing but give me more work. Often times I look at the other races, you know, they don't seem to get all the work, but when I look at the black people, they look like they getting all the hard assignments. And this is why we hide out at work. This is why we we we we we run away from work. I'm not afraid of hard work. You know what I'm saying?

But today today's topic, man, we talking about uh I think the reason why black people on these jobs, the reason why we we slacking off cuz we feel like we're being mistreated. But often times too, a lot of us are distracted.

Like I said, this is why often times we don't move up because most times what I noticed too on these jobs, they always like to have the black person to be uh crossrained. They want him to learn everything. But when I look at other races, they don't cross trainin them. I'm just saying this this just just the stuff type stuff I see. So people can feel however they want to feel about it. Like I said, I really don't care how how people feel about it.

That's why our race don't go on these jobs and we like to work hard. Not me. I get on the jobs these jobs I'm on and I work hard. But I'm just saying often times why we get on the job and underperform because we feel like if we overperform they going to leave us to do all the work. And then you watch the lazy people I watch the lazy people on the job look like they get away with murder.

But especially our people though if we do it we we going to get called out on it. I'm going just be honest with you, but often times I see a lot of people, they are just lazy at work. You know, when I'm at the workplace, they hiding in the bathroom on the phone chattering when they should be working.

[00:14:55]If it's madomly white people, madamly Spanish, I'm going to work to my best ability. It don't matter. I have people telling me all the time, "Well, damn, well, why you get on the job, man? Why do you why do you work so hard, man? You working that hard. They they going they going they going to give you more work."

[00:15:13]I'm only going to get on the job and do the best that I can do. I'm not going to underperform. I'm not going to go and do everybody else's job, but at the same time, I'm going to get on a job and do the best that I can. There are studies on this. 50% of workers at any given company work hard. The other employees just cost coast off them.

When I look around, man, I see a lot of us in the phone, on the bathroom, smelling like marijuana on the job. I'm just telling you what I see it be our people and I feel like we try to do this to cope through the day. Like I said, I'm not one of them, but I feel like a lot of us as individuals, we try to do this to cope through the day. Why you going to go to to work smelling like marijuana? Our people, we got to do better. This is the ones I see doing it.

He going to make sure all things are coming towards you. But you also have to cut out these demonic entities. People are no good for you. It's not that we're doing it intentionally. Now, some of us are lazy.
